(Jay Jay's POV)
The courtyard was still buzzing.
Students were celebrating.
Some were already planning trips.
Others were taking pictures in front of the result board like it was a historical monument.
And Section E?
They were louder than everyone.
Blaster:
"TONIGHT WE PARTY!"
Felix:
"AT THE WATSON MANSION!"
Calix clapped.
Calix:
"YES!"
Eman raised his fist.
Eman:
"SECTION E VICTORY PARTY!"
Eran looked excited.
Eran:
"I'm bringing snacks."
Denzel grinned.
Denzel:
"I'm bringing music."
Ci N pointed dramatically toward Keifer and me.
Ci N:
"And the hosts will provide the mansion."
Keifer sighed beside me.
Keifer:
"I regret meeting all of you."
David shook his head.
David:
"You brought this on yourself."
I leaned closer to Keifer.
Jay:
"Looks like we're hosting."
Keifer:
"You're enjoying this too much."
Jay:
"Obviously."
Before Keifer could answer—
The loudspeakers turned on again.
Principal:
"Attention students."
The noise slowly quieted.
Everyone looked toward the main building again.
Principal:
"Now that your final examination results have been announced…"
He paused.
Principal:
"I would like to remind all graduating students of an important date."
Students started whispering.
"What date?"
"Another exam?"
"Please no."
Then the principal continued.
Principal:
"Your graduation ceremony will take place in two weeks."
For a moment…
The courtyard went silent.
Then the reactions started.
Some students cheered.
Some gasped.
Some suddenly looked emotional.
Blaster froze.
Blaster:
"Two weeks?"
Felix blinked.
Felix:
"That's… soon."
Calix scratched his head.
Calix:
"Wait."
Calix:
"Does that mean we're actually graduating?"
Eman nodded slowly.
Eman:
"We are."
Eran looked around the courtyard.
Eran:
"This place…"
Denzel sighed.
Denzel:
"…won't be our school anymore."
Ci N dramatically held his chest again.
Ci N:
"This is tragic."
David looked calm as always.
But even he seemed thoughtful.
David:
"It was bound to happen."
Meanwhile…
I felt something strange in my chest.
Two weeks.
Just two weeks.
This place had been chaos.
Drama.
Fights.
Secrets.
Memories.
And now it was almost over.
Jay:
"Keifer."
He looked down at me.
Keifer:
"Hmm?"
Jay:
"We're graduating."
Keifer nodded slightly.
Keifer:
"Yes."
Jay:
"That's weird."
Keifer:
"Why?"
Jay shrugged.
Jay:
"I feel like we just got here."
Keifer smirked.
Keifer:
"You spent half the year trying to get out of class."
Jay:
"That's not the point."
He laughed quietly.
Jay looked at him again.
Jay:
"What happens after graduation?"
Keifer looked thoughtful for a moment.
Then he said calmly—
Keifer:
"Life."
Jay:
"That sounds scary."
Keifer:
"It is."
I leaned closer to him.
Jay:
"But at least I'll have you."
Keifer smiled slightly.
Keifer:
"You're stuck with me."
Jay:
"Good."
Behind us…
Blaster suddenly shouted again.
Blaster:
"WHO CARES ABOUT TWO WEEKS?!"
Felix laughed.
Felix:
"PARTY FIRST."
Calix pointed toward the school gate.
Calix:
"LET'S GO."
Eman nodded.
Eman:
"WATSON MANSION."
Ci N dramatically saluted.
Ci N:
"SECTION E MOVES."
Denzel grinned.
Denzel:
"Graduation celebration begins early."
David sighed but followed.
David:
"This will end badly."
I grabbed Keifer's hand.
Jay:
"Well."
Keifer raised an eyebrow.
Keifer:
"Well what?"
Jay smiled.
Jay:
"Looks like the holiday has officially begun."
Keifer sighed dramatically.
But he squeezed my hand.
Keifer:
"I have a feeling this holiday is going to be very chaotic."
Jay:
"Obviously."
And just like that…
With graduation only two weeks away…
The final chapter of our school life had begun.
