The traffic was heavy in New York, me and my girlfriend—Thea, who's heading to airport as we will travel for a vacation in California, and both of us are already fed up. Even more annoying is when the light turn greens the ambulance about three vehicle in front of us didn't move an inch the three other cars on the back of the ambulance started to come out of their car.
"The fuck is wrong with you!! Move!!" The man with the car on the back of the ambulance comes out of his car and started to complain.
"Motherfucker, if you won't move I'm gonna get down here and beat your ass down, doesn't matter if you guy work for the Hospital!!" The man who's car is in the second row behind of the ambulance, started honking aggressively.
"Fucker get down their let's fight." The man on the first row behind the Ambulance comes toward the Ambulance driver's door.
When the man open the door, me together with the other people watching get shocked as he was immediately stab in the eye by the Ambulance driver. What's weird is the Ambulance driver has a crossed, plus shaped in his face and smiling sadistically, then the patient compartment of the Ambulance door open, the patient also has the same crossed-plus symbol on his face, and on his hand was a male nurse head, and a naked female nurse who's bloodied and groin filled with semen stand up following the male patient.
Another one on the passenger seat comes out, he's bloodied and stab on his clavicle, he's running away from the ambulance, and his face is filled with terrors, he's sweating and screaming.
"Help!! Help me!! Help me!! Call 911!!" The people from the streets surround him, but they started to scatter when the male patient and female nurse ran towards the crowd of people, the male patient take a scalpel on the female nurse ass, and the female nurse grab a woman from the crowd and she bites her face.
"The fuck, stop watching Kane, turn around let's get out of here!!"
"How am I supposed to turn around, there's a lot of cars surrounding us, and we are near the Airport it's just 20 minutes drive"
"No, turn around and let's get out!!"
"Are you out of your mind, do you want me to slam into other people's car?"
"Then let's get out and run!!"
My girlfriend gets out of the car and started to ran the same path as other people, before I followed her, I get in the back of my car trunk and takes my M1911 and four magazines.
"Hey wait for me, Thea!!"
I was able to follow behind Thea, I can see her sweating and panicking, then I saw an abandoned motor-bike with keys still in it, and I immediately hops on it.
"Get behind me Thea, we are going to my cousin—Shane's apartment unit."
Thea hopped on my back and immediately embrace me, I can feel her tears coming on my back and she's shaking out of fear. Yet as I drive faster and forward, there are three policeman in my front shooting indiscriminately, they also have the same symbol on their face. After seeing it I accelerate the speed of the motor-bike as they shoot me and my girlfriend, yet none of the bullets hit us, and even as I get passed them they were still shooting at us, and one bullet luckily graze my shin.
"Shit!! that hurts" I then try to man-up from the pain, and continue driving so that I can get out of the hell hole.
What's shocking as I drive more people have the same symbol on their face, and all are committing atrocious crime. Three man ganging up on a man and started to eat him alive, there's a female one bashing a mans face with a side-mirror of a broken car, and their are c****ren with the same symbol who starts to put people on lamppost while stabbing them multiple times, others are tied hanging on the windows of apartment units from commercial and high-rise buildings.
55 minutes later
Then we are both lucky to arrive at my cousin's apartment unit on the second floor, yet as we go towards her unit I encounter those weird people again some started running towards me yet due to my military training I was able to land a hit enough to slow them down, yet what's wondering is that despite shooting them in heart they still continue to move, by the time me and Thea get to the apartment reception hall, I block down the apartment building's door. Then I was greeted in confusion by Ryan who's one of the receptionist of the old Apartment building who's my cousin new ex-boyfriend.
"Hey the fuck why are you barricading the Apartment, for god sake open it."
"Fuck off man!! You don't know what's happening outside, it's a fucking nightmare!!"
"I said open the damn door or else I'm gonna call my supervisor!!"
"Yeah call him, I'll be upstairs at my cousins unit. If you ever make it out alive."
I stop listening to his bickering and grab Thea's hand and immediately went to my cousin apartment unit, yet as we go up, the hallway was already bloodied, and two weird man started to come towards me yet before they get near me and Thea, my cousin immediately call us, thus we run towards her apartment.
Then constant banging on the door is all we can hear as we barricade it with furniture. We are all sweaty and terrified, even my cousin Shane is also terrified even though she hasn't go outside for a lot of years. Then we all got silent in the room despite the constant banging in the door, it was an awkward silence as Thea knew that I used to have date and have sex with my cousin Shane, and that I was he old ex-boyfriend.
