Archie and Seraphine walked in under the curious eyes of the members of the barony.
"What happened at the Earl's Manor Milady" the enforcer Calendor asked curiously "Nothing of your concern, if you were required to know the details of the meeting and invitation would have been sent to you" Seraphine replied coldly and she walked right past him with Archie. Calendor stared at Archie's back with hate filled eyes
"That was cold, I do not believe that is the appropriate way to treat you right hand man" Archie said in a tone void of emotions "He might be my right hand man but he needs to learn the right question to ask and also when to stick to his job and not be curious about task that belongs to me" Seraphine said obviously pissed at Calendor
"If that's what you believe then so be it. A war is coming soon and this is definitely the wrong time to make enemies out of friends so I'll advise you hear his concerns and thoughts to avoid rebellion" Archie said before he disappeared from her view.
Nightfall came, there was a blood moon in the sky as vampires went along their activities. One the Barony's towers stood Archie as he looked down at the city below him. "I've been here for a few days now and I believe it's time I find out how I got here and why I was brought here. I have no idea what that black wind was but whatever it was not only was it able to bring me to this city which location remains impossible to figure out but also weaken my connection with magic" Archie said to himself with a thought look.
Wearing an all-black cloth, a long hood with silver edges with a bracer on both of his hands and a black piece of cloth to cover his face. Archie looked down at the city one more time before he disappeared from the top of the tower reappearing on the top of another building. Archie moved so fast no one could see him including vampires of over 400 years of age.
Far away in the Earl's manor, Marius looked out of his window with a dark smile on his face seeing Archie movements. "I expected such movement from him. He's fast" Marius said to himself before he disappeared from his manor. The next time he appeared he was trailing behind Archie with Archie having no idea he was being followed.

Everywhere was quite, blood on the ground everywhere with only one man standing in the pool of blood in the manor. The Vampire Viscount Duncan Silverhood stood in the blood of his clan members with a creepy smile on his face as he stared at the blood moon in the sky while holding a teenage looking girl in his hands.
"I commend you witch, with your help I have broken through the chains which age and time places on our strength. I am now in possession of strength well beyond my age, strength to get what I want, strength to get revenge for those dear to me" Duncan said as he pulled the girl up by her hair. "You have outlived your usefulness and since witches are believed to be myths that should be killed on sight I will rid you of your miserable lonely life. No one will miss you or come looking for you" he added before tearing the witch head off.

Archie finally stopped moving as he landed at the gate of the city library. Just as he was about to enter, two men stopped him at the gate. "Show us your city mark and tell us what clan you belong to" one of the guard said "City mark?, I don't have one" Archie replied with a frown "The you are not allowed to enter" the second guard said in a loud voice
"Please do not misunderstand my intentions, I'm not here to ask for permission to enter. I am here to enter either you allow me to or not" Archie said and before the two guards could react he raised them up by their neck and snapped it. "Sleep for a little while" Archie said before he walked into the library
The Earl appeared at the library entrance and looked at the two guards and the gate with a frown. "He just had to choose the worst place to enter. There are forces as old as the Duke himself in the library he just chose to enter" the Earl said as he shook his head before disappearing.

Archie walked by rows of empty shelves in the library and the more he walked in the confused he became. He found out that as he moved forward it seems like the rooowas stretching with him. There was no ending to his walk, he kept on walking in the endless hallway. Suddenly books started appearing on the shelves making Archie look around confused. "What sort of library is this?" Archie said confused as he picked up a book flipped through it and found it empty, he picked up another book and flipped through it only to find it empty also
"What's going on, first endless roads, next empty books, what's next a quiz?" Archie said to himself and just then an arrow went for his head. Moving his hand he quickly caught the arrow before it went through his head. The shelves disappeared as countless puppets came pouring out, each using different weapons.
"Interesting" Archie said irritated.
One of the puppetos ran forward making a diagonal slash towards Archie's neck, Archie tilted his head to the side and slammed his fist on the puppet chest with full strength blowing it into pieces, a spear went straight for his stomach through the broken puppet part, snapping the spear in half slamming the broken part through three puppets pinning them to the shelf. The puppets with bows raised their bows and fired. Archie disappeared appearing behind the crowd of puppets, every puppet fell to the ground broken into parts.
*Clap, Clap, Clap, Clap*
Sounds of applaudes echoed in the small hall as an old man with wrinkles all over his body and a long white beard walked out of the space in front of Archie.
Archie entire body went cold with fear, the simple presence of the man infused his entire body with terror, he couldn't move a single finger of his. "Archie Acadia, chosen of the werewolf king you've impressed me" he said and Archie eyes widened in surprise. He never told anyone the name he was given at the celestial fair recruitment.
"Be at peace boy, there are lot of things I know about you that you yourself know not about yourself" the old man said before standing in front of Archie
