Enid was alone in the outskirts of Nevermore, after both Dante and Wednesday decided she could handle by herself Tyler if the time came, neither she liked the idea of being alone or knew who Tyler was.
Now she was standing all alone in the woods, with her only company being her cellphone and a radio she was given by Wednesday.
"I hate when they do this where they go together and leave me alone..." She whispered as she was being frightened by every sound that come from the woods.
"I mean they're all cutesy when they're together but still..."
"I wish they would take me in account more..." She said to herself as she leaned on a tree.
She sat down, her eyes wandering up to the red moon, her eyes closed as she felt a sudden sensation of cold crawling on her back.
"ENID!" A buzzing voice came from the radio in her pocket.
Enid instantly stood up like a puppy who just got yelled at, her eyes wide open, claws out and her breathing was already quickening.
Only one second after she realized who was calling for her.
"Yeah Wednesday?" Enid asked as she already was walking towards Nevermore, it was the first time she has heard the girl so agitated.
"Crackstone and Laurel are on their way to Nevermore and we still don't know where Tyler is." Wednesday said the only key information required.
"And Dante?" Enid asked right away, deep down she felt the agitation didn't come from Nevermore being under a threat.
"He's busy." Wednesday responded instantly, her voice coming faster once he was mentioned.
"Where is he?" Enid insisted as she felt Wednesday voice wavering.
"Fighting another one like him." Wednesday responded.
"What!?" Enid asked as her eyes widened once again in surprise, the idea of a create close to Dante was already strange, but one equal to stronger was never something she thought about.
"He'll kill her, I'm sure of that."

5 minutes before tomorrow
Dante kicked Jane on the gut, the hit shattered to splinters her bones, her organs destroyed and most of her mid section suffered from the normal kick.
Jane took a step back, taking 10 seconds before her body was healed again.
'Ten seconds...?' Dante asked himself as he counted the time it took her, he got into a defensive stance as his mind delved into the information he just realized.
'I normally take 4 seconds to restore my organs, 5 when bones are gone and 14 when my brain is gone...'
'But I'm 15 years old and God knows how old she is... comparably, she should heal in matter of milliseconds, but she's slow...'
Jane suddenly rushed towards him, but the boy was able to dodge sideways, grabbing Jane by the arm and throwing her into water of the lake.
'So that means... her healing is slow without increase like mine...' Dante thought as he saw Jane slowly rise from the water with her suit drenched.
'I'm either better than her at this "adaptability" thing inmortals have or she hit her peak long ago...' Dante thought, and now Jane seemed different in his eyes.
He had the idea of her as am utterly better version of him, but throughout the fight Dante has only closed the gap between the two, without any sign of resistance from his sister.
'Almost like... if she isn't adapting to the things, like she truly doesn't understand how our powers work...' Dante thought as his eyes widened.
He thought he'd be an undeveloped version of an inmortal, but the environment he was put his entire life only pushed him to understand his powers better than anyone.
Comparable as if this was chess, a experienced player that started when they were 30 will never be better than the kid that grew up playing regularly, the kid whose brain developed seeing chess and living it, they are not comparable in the slightest.
The kid would still lose against a really good player, but give it some years and the kid would win most of the games.
Dante realized exactly a reality he didn't have in account, one he didn't thought could be possible.
The reality that he pushed his reversing powers to a limit, rather than just thinking they work like immortality.
"What now?" Jane smiled at him with arrogance and excitement, a mixed up of feelings as she felt how Dante grew every exchange they had.
"Are you playing with me...?" Dante asked as he got into a defensive stance once again, this time it was better than before, as if he instinctively understood Jane's attacking pattern.
"More or less... but I'm getting loose every punch you hit." Jane said, but before Dante could make another question he felt a change of the air in front of him.
She appeared like a blur before her hand struck him down, creating a massive crater with his body as the meteorite, a bloody destroyed into pieces meteorite.
8 seconds
Dante stood up, shirtless once again after his upper half was detached, but it was different this time, he should've taken at least 1 minutes as he had to heal up most of his body most important and complex parts.
'He's healing faster and faster as we fight.' Jane thought as Dante stood up.
"Again!" Dante yelled, and this time Jane was the surprised one as he blurred just like her, she was barely able to grab his hand before it could land on her shoulder.
"How..."
"How what!?" Dante yelled with a smile, an exalted thrill as he felt how his body became stronger and faster almost like those times he was being tortured and his body found ways to heal faster, better or regularly.
"I'm actually surprised you aren't becoming stronger!"

Enid kept running through Nevermore, she has already searched everywhere where could Crackstone be, but she barely even found some students around, struggling who were already leaving the school to the entrance, a place which should be safer.
Enid was already feeling tired, her legs were giving up on her the more and more she ran without an actual place to go.
She leaned against the wall of Quad, her eyes were looking around in the different doors where she still hasn't looked.
She was about to go towards another door before the main door of the place was open wide.
She looked at the two figures approaching the middle of the place, a tall figure holding a staff, his clothes the complete resemblance of a Pilgrim.
Next to him was Ms.Thornhill or Laurel Gates for the goth or inmortal eye.
She was about to run towards them with the intention of doing something before they did, but a small squeak made her turn around.
"Agh..." a small redhead was on the ground, the poor student looked in pain as she grabbed her leg.
"Stupid Agnes..." The girl said to herself.
"Hey you let's get out of here first!" Enid said grabbing the girl pulling her up easily, but as soon as the redhead tried standing her leg gave up due to the pain.
Enid looked at her worried and then at the normies standing in the middle of the quad.
"Let's get you to safety first!" She said to her as she grabbed the girl easily by the waist like nothing.
Laurel looked at the girls leaving the quad, her eyes squinting as she took from her pocket her cellphone.
After she dialed a number and got her phone next to her ear she only muttered two words.
"Go berserk." She said like a command, and a command it was, the other end of the call didn't say anything, only noises of hurting and growth with a deep gutural growl.
1 minute before November 8.
Enid finally left the small redhead girl with the group, she turned as soon as she saw the girl was safe.
She knew she had to help Wednesday take care of Crackstone, and after that is done probably both will rush to help Dante.
Enid had her eyes full of worry, her inner feeling to protect the one she considers as her pack were rising with each second, a dreadful feeling that someone may even get hurt.
She was at half the road towards the quad, but a sense of danger made her ears perked up, hearing everything.
She heard a small rustling, like if the ground was brushing against a heavy object.
She rose up her head watching towards the roof of the place, the red moon shining on all it's glory.
She felt how her body gave up for a moment, falling on the ground.
"What's happening... what's this feeling?" She said as she put her hands on the ground to stand up, and only then she realized the look her hands had.
Her fingers were twisting into a larger more savage shape, a sound coming from within her like woods clenching from the inside out.
"It's happening!" She yelled as she touched her face, the shape already was changing too, her nose pulling up and her ears perking up, in the literal way.
A deep need to let go of any restrain her heart had washed over her, she looked up towards the moon as her clothes ripped off her body the bigger she became.
A loud lighting struck down the place like splitting the moon half, and just then, at November 8, she became a complete werewolf.
"OWOOOOOOOOOOO!"
...
...
...
...
...
"TRUS!" Dante yelled as he sent a lighting punch towards Jane, the woman somehow caught the punch with her bare hand.
The tonitrus still worked it's way through, a lighting came down to strike down both hands.
Dante looked at Jane, who gave him a wide smirk from ear to ear, only then he realized the magic around his hand.
'She used magic to tank and deflect most of my attack...'
"OWOOOOOOOO!" A loud howl echoed around the whole place, able to be heard the each corner of Nevermore and even Jericho.
"Huh..." Jane pushed aside Dante as she looked up at the moon.
"Happy birthday little brother." She said with a smile.
"Hey... Dante, now that you're 15 so that means your sperm can finally fertilize mine, so..." She looked towads the boy, who seemed wary and ready to attack again, afterall, if he stops moving the enchanced magic output he has will run out pretty easily.
'Happy birthday? Is it actually today...?" He thought.
"Last chance for you to give up." Jane said as her smirk started to fade away into a simple smile, a charming smile with fangs he knew way too good, it was completely the same he used a lot during his time being tortured.
"Give up..."
"Yeah, give me a baby and we won't have to keep fighting..."
"What assures me you won't just kill everyone after we're done..." Dante said as he clenched his fist.
"I promise!" She said as her smile was innocent, but he knew that one too.
It was the same smile he used during torture, to mock and laugh at the people whenever their experiments failed again and again.
"Liar." He said flatly, before he jumped foward with a raised leg.
"To!"
"Ni!"
He shifted in the air, staying almost motionless as his leg came down with tremendous speed.
"Tr-!" He tried yelled, but once again his leg was grabbed and deflected with ease even before he was able to complete the attack.
Jane pulled him down as she sat on him, somehow a magic working over his body to stop him from moving a single inch.
"I'll let you on something Dante..." Jane said as her voice softened, a small sincere smirk came along her voice as she put one hand on his forehead.
"What...?"
"There's two ways on how to kill an inmortal, the suicide way, where they have to have children to stop their healing powers."
"And the second way, the way our mother used to kill her brother and marry the vampire she loved so much..." Jane said as Dante felt something odd.
He felt like if he was being wrapped around by something, but not completely, like parts of him were being left out during the process.
"Us inmortals regenerate from our soul, as long as it exist we can't die, normally for mortals once the body it's damaged enough or can't function properly the soul leaves the body, not our case as we heal so fast." Jane kept explaining as Dante felt that odd sensation around him getting stronger, like a cold silk wrapping over every inch of his body.
'She keeps saying regenerating and healing... does she even know how our powers work?' Dante thought.
"If you erase the soul of an inmortal or damage it so much until it can't come back, then the inmortal will eventually die, or die completely, depending on the method."
"You mean that...-"
She interrupted him before he could finish his sentence "I mastered for 500 years the same spell our mother used, to cast it silently and at a top speed." She said.
And Dante opened his eyes wide as he realized what she was doing.
'She's going to erase it! That's the feeling, her magic around my soul!' He thought with panic as he tried moving, but he literally couldn't do anything as he felt another spell restraining every move.
"We a good fight little brother, I wish you didn't have so much humanity in you..." She said standing up.
Dante immediately tried to stand up, but a sensation of emptyness caressed his body while he did so.
"Vanish." Jane said a simple word, and with one spell, Dante's body disappeared in flames, and without a soul, he's dead with no way to come back.
...
Jane looked towards the sky, a sensation that only happens in very few times in her life came again, a sensation of ownership over her life.
