Keifer's PoV
We were asleep but I woke up first, it was afternoon already and she was still sleeping in my arms. But I didn't leave her because this was a new place and I don't want her to get scared, So I just stayed there hugging here.
And I could look at her face all day.
I slowly tucked her hair that was falling in her face, she just snuggled more into me when I did and she looked so cute.
Then I thought how this day is going to turn into a memorable one for us, they same day when we became a couple 11 years ago.
I couldn't believe 11 years has passed already. i mean it seemed like yesterday we were roaming around the university and now we are going to be married soon. Hopefully if she says yes!
I just placed a soft kiss on her forehead.
Then after sometime, she slowly woke, she yawned and looked at me smiled,
Jay: "Morning." She said and placed a kiss on my cheeks,
Keifer: "Well darling, it's afternoon but thanks for the kiss though."
She just chuckled and said, "Where is mine?"
I just started kissing her whole face while she laughed.
Jay: "Okay okay stop." She said mid laugh,
I finally did and we just looked eachother,
I suddenly got nervous, I didn't know why, my heart was starting to beat fast.
I was nervous about her reaction, what if she didn't like it.
I was thinking while,
Jay: "Hey, what happened? What are you thinking?"
I just shook my head and said
Keifer: "Nothing, Now get up, I know you will be hungry, let's go and eat."
Jay: "Wait, Wait I have to know where we are yet."
I smiled and said,
Keifer: "Just go and look for yourself."
I said and she jumped out of bed and I followed her, she went straight to the balcony,
Where she got the full view of the sea in it's magical blue.
Jay: "Wow." Slipped from her mouth involuntarily.
I hugged her from behind,
Keifer: "So do you like it?"
She just turned her head while being in the hug,
Jay: "It's one of the beautiful places I have ever seen."
I just smiled,
Jay: "So what is this place called?"
I chuckled and said,
Keifer: "Well, you have to tell me that?
Jay: "Ahnn what?" She said and turned fully towards me while being in the hug,
Keifer: "Well it's your island, So I guess you should name."
I could see the pure shock in her face
Jay: "What? Mine?"
I nodded my head,
Jay: "Mark Keifer Watson are you crazy?"
Keifer: "Yeah, about you."
I said and leaned in for a kiss without letting her to speak.
We shared a sweet kiss, and then we pulled away,
Keifer: "I am hungry and I know you are too, come on."
I said and held her hands went downstairs,
She looked at the food,
Jay: "Did you make all this?"
Keifer: "No, I ordered them for you."
Jay: "How?"
Keifer: "I have my ways, Now just eat."
I said and we started eating,
In the middle, the bell rang, I went and opened the door, it was few women professional stylist, make up artist and masseuse. I showed them the way.
After that I came and sat and started eating like nothing happened, while she stared at me,
And smacked me so I finally looked at her,
Keifer: "What?"
Jay: "Who are they?"
Keifer: " ohh, they are here for you."
Jay: "For me?"
Keifer: "Yeah, we are going to have a special dinner, they are here to help you get ready."
Jay: "Special dinner?"
Keifer: "I have took care of everything, you just have to go , I have given them every instructions. And I'll say it now no more questions."
Jay: "What? Why?"
Keifer: "What did I just say, you go up and start getting ready for your massage and for our dinner and I will clean this up."
After that I pushed her upstairs and started cleaning and doing the dishes and called the planners to make sure everything is ready and according to Jay's liking.
they sent me a picture of the place, It was perfect, I had a feeling that Jay would love it,
then I decided to get ready, I got ready in my suit, a nervous feeling hit me right away, I exhaled to calm myself down.
I checked the pocket for the rings, I made sure it is safe,
It was almost time, I made arrangement for Jay to come there and then left to the place.
Jay's Pov
I know something is going on because this guy he is acting sneaky, because at first I thought he would take me to the usually vacations spots that we have always talked about instead he takes me to an island and says it's mine, I mean who does that,
and now too he has prepared a spa and whole makeover just for a dinner, I don't know what is he actually thinking doing all this, and my phone, he is purposefully keeping me away from it,
Is it my mom, is she blackmailing him again, I don't know what is happening, I mean he wouldn't tell me what is happening, just let me here to glam while he is downstairs doing I don't know what,
I just hope my mom is not involved in this by any means.
I didn't know how time went by but I was ready now, I have to say this they have done an excellent job, I stopped thinking and stared at myself, and I have to give to Keifer for picking this outfit,
It was such a pretty white dress, and Now all I could think about was seeing his reaction to my look,
I thanked the team and went downstairs and called for Keifer,
Jay: "Keif. Keif." But he wasn't there instead, I found a note with a rose that said "follow the path you will find me"
, then I saw the there was a pathway filled with rose petals. I smiled looking at it, this guy have planned something cheesy but still it made my heart flutter and happy.
I follow the path and I reach the place, it looks like a fairy tale pathway, I have never seen anything this exquisitly beautiful.
The flowers, the lights and everything else but most of all him, I was facing his back, I know something is about to happen and I maybe know what it is, but suddenly I felt nervous,
Like I am confessing to him for the first time.
I slowly walked to him and I think he sensed me and turned around.
Our eyes met and everything else stopped, the sound of the waves and the shine of the lights was the thing I focused on,
It was only my heartbeat and his eyes.
I slowly walked towards him and I noticed his eyes getting teary, So I went to him.
I stood before him while breathing a little heavily,
Jay: "Keif"
Keifer: "Jay." He said in a sweet tone,
He smiled with tears in his eyes and then cupped my face and I returned the smile.
Maybe both of us know what is going to happen next,
He got down on his one knee infront of me, my eyes teared up suddenly,
Keifer: "Jay, I can't believe this happening right now, I am I didn't know how did I get so lucky to get two time in the same lifetime but I promise this time I am not going to make he same mistake, I promise no matter what happens I will stay by your side and will never leave your hand,
I survived the hell of you not being in my life as a punishment for the mistake I did for 8 years and believe when I say this, before you entered my life all I ever wanted was to build a successful business and have safe and rich life,that's it that's all I wanted all along
I did get all of those things but I lost the most important and precious thing that mattered to me the most, You.
Even after getting all those things, I was never happy.. "he chuckles with tears and says…
"Happy what I never wanted to live in the first place.. " as soon as he says that I close his mouth nodding a no with tears in my eyes,
Because I couldn't imagine a life without him too, he slowly removed his hands and smiled at me.
"So I don't want to waste anymore time spending it away from you and also
I could speak or write thousand words about you and it will never be enough. "
It made me the happiest woman when he said.
Then he took the ring box from his tux and asked
Keifer: "So Jasper Jean Mariano will you.."
I interrupted him
Jay: "Yes.. Yes I will." I said with a huge smile on face,
Keifer: "Wait.. I didn't ask it yet." He says and I laugh,
Jay: "Okay."
Keifer: "Jasper Jean Mariano will you marry me now?" He asked and I was stunned for a moment, did he just ask now? Like right now?
I was just starring at him,
Keifer: "Jay?" He asked with voice filled with little panic,
Jay: "You mean now?"
Keifer: "Yeah, I don't want to waste any time anymore, I want to marry you right away, I want to be your husband Jasper Jean. Do you?"
He asked in the sweetest and cutest way possible, I mean how could I say no when I wanted the exact same thing.
I smiled,
Jay: "Yesssss." I shouted and hugged him and it kind of took him back that's how strongly I hugged him, I mean my very soon to be future husband.
