The screens switched to Ring 10. It was a completely ruined coastal city. Buildings were already on fire.
"Match Number Thirty-Six!" Heimdall shouted from a helicopter miles away. "The wielder of the Attack Titan, Eren Yeager! Versus the King of the Monsters, Godzilla!"
Lightning crashed down from the sky. Eren transformed instantly. The fifteen-meter Attack Titan let out a blood-curdling, furious roar, its muscular body steaming in the rain. Eren hardened his fists, ready to beat this giant lizard to a pulp.
Then, the ocean boiled.
Godzilla rose from the water. He didn't roar. He just looked down at Eren. The Attack Titan, which normally struck terror into the hearts of men, came up to Godzilla's kneecap.
Eren, fueled by pure rage, charged forward anyway. He leaped into the air, aiming a hardened, diamond-like punch right at Godzilla's shin.
Godzilla didn't even look annoyed. The massive dorsal plates on his back began to glow with a terrifying, pulsing blue light. The humming sound drowned out the storm. Godzilla opened his jaws, and a beam of concentrated, pure atomic energy erupted forward.
Eren didn't even have time to scream. The atomic breath engulfed the Attack Titan completely. In less than three seconds, the titan body, the hardened fists, and the surrounding three city blocks were completely vaporized into ash. Only a small, smoking crater remained where Eren had been standing.
"Match Thirty-Six winner... GODZILLA!" Heimdall announced, his helicopter flying away as fast as possible.
"Well, that was a short shift!" Deadpool laughed, eating a handful of popcorn. "Size really does matter, tum! Don't let anyone tell you otherwise!"
