Chapter 6 - Chapter 6

Jota stared into Viola's eyes for a while, trying to read something from her gaze.

"Are you feeling shy?" he asked.

Then he added casually, "Hmm… usually you'd punch me while I'm asleep."

Jota shifted the topic.

"Later, we'll be hunting vampires," he said calmly.

"Hunting them at a school."

What Jota meant was the Royal School—a prestigious academy attended by nobles from all across the country.

The entire enrollment process there was handled directly by James.

Jota would take the role of a teacher, while Viola was registered as a student.

The next day.

That morning, the sky still looked overcast.

Viola stepped into the Royal School wearing its distinctive uniform. The school building appeared grand and imposing, reflecting the status of its students.

Before all the students of Class G, Jota and Viola stood at the front of the classroom.

They introduced themselves—

Jota as the new teacher,

and Viola as a new student at the Royal School.

"Alright, Viola, please take a seat in an empty desk," Jota said in a teacher's tone.

"Yes," Viola replied shortly, without excessive expression.

Inside, Sofia took a quiet breath. This time, she had to portray Viola far more perfectly. Her earlier slip-ups had nearly made Jota suspicious.

This time, she needed to immerse herself deeper into the role.

Sofia decided to play Viola as the Royal School's wild student—a persona completely opposite to her real personality.

Viola walked casually and dropped herself into an empty seat beside a male student. He looked goofy, slouching lazily in his chair, his face clearly showing his indifference toward class.

"Yo," he said with a wide grin. "Name's Wils. Nice to meet you!"

Wils had a fairly handsome face and neatly kept short blond hair—unfortunately, that impression was immediately overshadowed by his vacant expression and foolish attitude, something Viola picked up on right away.

Not long after, Jota began teaching.

Even though it was his first day, he seemed highly skilled. His explanations were structured, firm, and easy to understand—clearer than those of the other teachers.

However, that meant nothing to Viola right now, because…

Viola wasn't paying attention at all.

Beside her, Wils did the same—except he went even further, falling fast asleep out of boredom from listening to the lesson.

Then the bell rang for break time.

The ringing bell signaled the end of the lesson period and the start of recess.
