The next day Helga's mother wants to test Alric and Stella, through a mock battle.
As a Mother she wants to know how strong Alric and Stella are?
If they can be trusted, Helga have talked with her mother and it's been decided she can become an Adventurer.
Alric and Stella are caught offgaurd by the challenge for a mock fight.
The fight is a 2v1, Alric and Stella Vs Serra (Helga's mother).
As the fight starts Serra uses physical enhancement, dashes towards Alric and hits him multiple times.
It happens so fast Alric didn't even notice anything.
Stella is also unaware Alric is already hit by Serra.
Just after Serra's attack finished, Stella casts shield Magic on herself and Alric.
Serra is in disbelief Alric is still standing and not even hurt.
Serra targets Stella, a barrage of hits landed on Stella her Shield magic shatters.
Stella falls unconscious, saying what just happened.
I couldn't see her move even a little !
Says Stella.
Seeing Stella fall, Alric thinks Stella is tired from yesterday's monsters attack.
Serra now targets Alric, Helga is also surprised Alric has lasted more than 5 minutes.
When Helga faces her mother she would fall immediately because of her fast movement and attacks.
But Alric is still standing, he believes Serra have not yet attacked him.
Unknown to Alric, Serra has already hit him more than 50 times !
Atlast Serra decides to not use fast attacks, rather use slow and heavy attack to deal massive damage.
She moves closer and slashes Alric, 2 hits were connected.
Alric clashes the swords and Serra unarmed him.
Alric's sword falls on the ground !
Serra Lands a decisive blow on Alric but it was totally blocked by his armour.
Alric throw his fist towards Serra landing a hit on her chest plate.
Serra is pushed back to 20 meters.
Helga is watching with a comical face !
The fight is not over yet.
Alric decides to take his lose, Serra is astonished by that last hit.
Sending her 20 meters far, but she's not happy with the sword play of Alric.
And Stella was taken out really fast.
Serra suggest Alric to learn sword use, Stella to train more on her spells.
Alric and Stella stays with Helga and train under her mother.
Practicing swordmanship from Serra and spell casting.
A week passed Alric learned everything about the swordmanship.
(Due to his ability to improve faster)
Stella can now use Grade 3 magic, before she was using Grade 2 magic.
