Chapter 46 - Season 3 – Chapter 10 – “Behind Closed Doors”

The rain had slowed… but the storm hadn't passed.

Inside the fellowship building, the top floor lights were still on.

A restricted area.

No entry without permission.

And tonight—something important was happening there.

Rishan looked at Aarav.

"They're meeting tonight," he said.

"Who?" Aarav asked.

"The committee."

Aarav's eyes narrowed.

"The people behind all this?"

Rishan nodded.

"If we want answers… this is our chance."

Minutes later, they slipped inside the building quietly.

The corridors were almost empty. Only the distant hum of air conditioning and faint footsteps echoed through the halls.

Rishan led the way toward the elevator.

"Top floor," he whispered.

As the elevator doors opened, Aarav's heart started pounding.

Something about this felt dangerous.

But turning back wasn't an option anymore.

Meanwhile, Meher sat in her room, restless.

She had tried calling Aarav.

No answer.

A strange fear crept into her chest.

Where is he?

Her phone buzzed again.

This time, it wasn't an unknown number.

It was a message from Aarav:

"Stay in your room. Don't trust anyone. I'll explain later."

Her heart dropped.

What is happening?

Upstairs…

Aarav and Rishan stood outside a large conference room.

Voices echoed from inside.

Serious. Controlled.

Rishan gestured for Aarav to stay quiet.

They moved closer to the door.

Inside, five people sat around a table.

Faces partially hidden in shadows.

One of them spoke:

"Meher is becoming a problem."

Aarav froze.

Another voice replied,

"She's digging into internal files. That can't continue."

A third voice, colder than the rest:

"Then remove her."

Aarav clenched his fists.

Remove her?

Before he could react, another familiar voice spoke—

Reyaan.

"No," he said firmly. "That's not necessary."

The room went silent.

"She's talented," Reyaan continued. "We can control the situation without destroying her career."

Aarav's breath caught.

Control?

So Rishan was right.

Reyaan wasn't just involved—

He was part of it.

Suddenly, a chair scraped loudly inside the room.

Someone stood up.

"We don't need risks," the cold voice said. "If she continues… we act."

Footsteps approached the door.

Rishan quickly pulled Aarav back into the shadows.

The door opened slightly.

Light spilled into the corridor.

A silhouette stepped out.

Aarav held his breath.

If they were seen now—

Everything would collapse.

Inside the room, Reyaan stood still, his jaw tight.

For the first time, even he looked unsure.

Because the storm he thought he could control…

Was now getting out of his hands.

Outside, thunder echoed again.

And this time—

The danger was no longer hidden.
