The nobles flinched back in shock.
Julian's eyes widened. "What the hell do you think you're—"
Sera didn't let him finish. She blurred forward, completely ignoring the drawn swords. She grabbed Julian by the solid steel breastplate of his armor. Her black-and-white aura violently flared around her gauntlet.
She lifted the fourth-year noble entirely off the ground with one hand, her grip crushing his expensive armor inward until his ribs cracked loudly.
"GHK!" Julian choked, his eyes bulging as his feet dangled in the air.
The fifty Vanguard enforcers completely froze. They had their swords out, but Sera had just bypassed their entire defensive line and crippled their leader in less than a second.
Sera leaned in, her fiery crimson eyes locking onto Julian's terrified face.
