Chapter 1
In a town of umuoko kingdom,there lives a man called Patrick,who was an engineer and his wife Joyce works in an oil company ,they had only three daughters named favour, beauty and sarah.They were the family everyone admire because of how peaceful, lovely they live, they three kids attend I'm blessed nursery and primary school which is the one of the best school in the town, favour was a brilliant and intelligent girl while beauty in the other is brilliant and so quiet as if she doesn't talk at all, while sarah the lastborn is very stubborn and naughty.
Other parents use them to compare with their own children, some are even jealous of them while some smiles anytime they're coming.four years later, favour is done with her secondary school about to enter university, Joyce her mom went shopping for her daughter who was so excited about her admission ,she was gradually packing her things because she had one week left to start the journey of been a medical doctor.
favour in the other hand,is still in s s 1, struggling and trying her best as well while sarah was still in junior class proving her stubbornness.
A night before favour, her mom called her and gave her some motherly advice that will help her in school,I don't want you to keep bad friends, Joyce said "as she continue, avoid men for your own good, they are nothing but a deceiver . favour sat on the mat listening carefully to her mom and then her father patrick joined, saying few things because he wife have already said it all. In the morning, favour stood up and was getting ready to leave when her two best friends came to escort her to the bus stop where she can get a bus heading to school
When she was done,she rush to her parents room to let them know that she's leaving,her mom started crying while her husband console her "telling her that their daughter will be fine if only she listens to the advice they gave her last night, she probably told them she will abide by the rules and she left
Through out that day,joyce was not happy because she didn't know if her daughter favour will be able to handle university lifestyle, she just keep saying her short prayer for god to guide and protect her from danger
