Chapter 3 - The First Strike: Storm of the Sentinels

The night sky of Alwar was no longer dark. It was lit by the haunting blue glow of fifty hijacked Sentinel Drones, hovering like a swarm of angry hornets above Siddharth's rooftop. Below, the soldiers of 'The Order' were in a state of absolute panic. Their high-tech communication headsets were filled with nothing but static and a deep, rhythmic pulsing sound—the heartbeat of the Loyalty System.

"Unit-0, target their transport vehicles," Siddharth commanded. His voice was calm, but his eyes were blazing with neon-blue data streams. He felt as if his mind had expanded, connecting to every sensor and camera in a three-mile radius.

"Understood, Administrator," the android replied.

With a silent leap, Unit-0 jumped from the third-story window. He didn't fall like a human; he descended like a meteor. Upon landing, the ground cracked beneath his metallic feet. Before the nearest soldier could even raise his rifle, Unit-0's energy blade hissed through the air. In a blur of silver and blue, the soldier's weapon was sliced into two useless pieces of scrap metal.

[Combat Mode: Active]

[Unit-0 Status: 85% Efficiency]

[Targeting Priority: Tactical Commanders]

Siddharth stood at the edge of the roof, his fingers moving in the air as if he were playing an invisible piano. To any bystander, he looked like he was dancing, but in the digital world, he was rewriting the laws of the battlefield.

"System, initiate 'Chain Reaction' on the Sentinel fleet," Siddharth whispered.

[Command Executed.]

[Special Skill: Digital Domination - Level 1 Activated.]

Suddenly, the fifty drones divided into three squads. One squad dived towards the armored trucks, firing concentrated blue ion bolts that melted the engines instantly. The second squad created a defensive perimeter around Unit-0, intercepting any bullets fired by the panicked soldiers.

The third squad stayed with Siddharth, forming a protective shield of light.

"Who is this kid?!" Captain Malik yelled from behind an overturned jeep, his face pale with terror. "Check his DNA records again! No one should have this kind of override authority!"

A drone hovered inches away from Malik's face, its camera lens zooming in. Through the drone's eyes, Siddharth saw Malik's fear. Using the system's voice modulation, Siddharth spoke through the drone.

"The records are correct, Captain," the drone's speaker boomed with Siddharth's distorted voice. "But you forgot one thing. The Pratap bloodline doesn't follow your rules. It rewrites them."

Boom!

A massive explosion rocked the street as a nearby fuel tanker, hacked by Siddharth, ignited. The shockwave knocked the remaining soldiers off their feet.

Siddharth felt a sharp pain behind his eyes, and a single drop of blood trickled from his nose. Using this much power was draining him faster than he expected. He was a 'King,' but his body was still that of an eighteen-year-old boy.

"Administrator, we must depart," Unit-0 said, his voice echoing from the street below. He was standing amidst the wreckage of the tactical unit, his energy blade dripping with blue sparks. "Reinforcements from the Regional Command are only four minutes away. Their 'Vulture' class gunships carry anti-system dampeners. We cannot win a prolonged fight here."

Siddharth took a deep breath, forcing the pain down. He looked towards the horizon, where the faint lights of a larger military convoy were visible. He knew this was just the beginning. By tomorrow morning, his face would be on every 'Wanted' screen in the country.

"You're right. Let's get to the Vault," Siddharth said.

He tapped a command on his wrist tattoo.

[Executing Protocol: Smoke and Mirrors.]

The fifty drones suddenly released a thick, ionized fog that scrambled all thermal and satellite imaging in the area. Under the cover of the grey mist, Siddharth leaped down, landing perfectly on a customized, high-speed hovering bike that Unit-0 had pulled from a hidden compartment in the black casket.

As they sped away from the burning street, leaving Alwar behind, Siddharth looked back one last time. His home was gone. His old life was ashes.

"Unit-0, you said my father's signature is active in the Forbidden Zone of Old Delhi," Siddharth said over the roar of the wind.

"Correct, Siddharth. But the path is dangerous. The Forbidden Zone is where the 'Great Reset' started. It is a wasteland of dead tech and rogue AI."

Siddharth gripped the handles of the bike, his eyes turning cold. "Then that's exactly where we're going. If my father is there, I'll find him. And if it's a trap... I'll hack the person who set it."

[New Objective: Journey to the Forbidden Zone.]

[Distance: 1,980 Miles.]

[System Update: New Skill Unlocked - 'Neural Stealth'.]

The bike vanished into the desert night, leaving nothing but a trail of blue light and the echoes of a revolution. The night sky of Alwar was no longer dark. It was lit by the haunting blue glow of fifty hijacked Sentinel Drones, hovering like a swarm of angry hornets above Siddharth's rooftop. Below, the dusty streets were in a state of absolute chaos. The soldiers of 'The Order' were screaming into their headsets, but all they heard was a rhythmic, soul-crushing pulse—the heartbeat of the Loyalty System.

"Unit-0, target their transport vehicles. Do not let them call for heavy artillery," Siddharth commanded.

His voice was eerie—calm, yet vibrating with an underlying power. His eyes were no longer human; they were glowing screens of neon-blue data, scrolling through thousands of lines of code per second. He wasn't just standing on a roof; he was 'connected' to the very air, feeling the radio waves and the panicked heartbeats of the men below.

[Combat Mode: Active]

[Unit-0 Status: 92% Efficiency | Weaponry: Thermal Blade Engaged]

[Targeting Priority: Tactical Commanders & Communications Hubs]

With a silent, predatory leap, Unit-0 descended from the third-story window. He didn't fall like a man; he hit the ground like a kinetic missile. The concrete shattered under his metallic feet, sending a shockwave that knocked the two nearest soldiers off their feet. Before they could even scream, Unit-0's energy blade hissed through the air. In a blur of silver light, their 'Pulse Rifles' were sliced into useless scrap metal.

"It's an Android! A Pratap-class model!" Captain Malik yelled, scrambling behind an armored Jeep. "Open fire! Destroy the machine!"

A hail of bullets erupted. But Siddharth, watching through the eyes of a hovering drone, tilted his head. "System, 'Aegis Shield' protocol. Protect the Guardian."

[Executing...]

[Energy Consumption: 15% per minute]

Five drones immediately dived from the sky, forming a circular formation around Unit-0. They projected a shimmering blue hexagonal barrier. The bullets hit the shield and flattened, falling to the ground like harmless pebbles.

Siddharth stood at the edge of the roof, his fingers dancing in the air as if he were playing a phantom piano. Each movement sent a new command to his fleet. He felt a rush of adrenaline—a 'Digital High' that made him feel like a god.

"My turn," Siddharth whispered. "System, initiate 'Internal Overload' on those armored Jeeps."

[Command Received.]

[Scanning Engine Cores... Overriding Safety Valves...]

Suddenly, the three military Jeeps began to hiss. Their dashboard screens flashed the Pratap family crest—a stylized phoenix made of circuits.

"Get out! The engines are—"

BOOM!

A series of massive explosions rocked the street. The pressure wave shattered every window in the block. The soldiers were thrown back like ragdolls.

But the victory came with a price. Siddharth suddenly gasped, clutching his head. A sharp, white-hot needle of pain shot through his brain.

[Warning: User's Neural Load at 78%!]

[Alert: Synaptic Overheating detected.]

[Sustainment Alert: Prolonged Admin-Link may cause permanent brain damage.]

A single drop of crimson blood trickled from Siddharth's left nostril. He was a 'King,' but his biological body was a weak vessel for such immense power. He fell to one knee, the world spinning.

"Administrator!" Unit-0's voice echoed through his mind link. The android was now standing over a pile of unconscious soldiers, his blade humming. "You must sever the link. Your brain cannot handle the 5G frequency for more than ten minutes. We have cleared a path. We must move now."

Siddharth forced himself to stand. He looked down at the carnage. He had just defeated a specialized tactical unit of the world's most powerful government, and he had done it without firing a single bullet himself.

"Not yet," Siddharth gritted his teeth, wiping the blood from his lip. "They have a 'Signal Jammer' in that black van at the end of the street. If I don't destroy it, they'll track us to the Vault."

[New Quest: Silence the Jammer]

[Reward: Stealth Mode Unlocked]

Siddharth didn't wait for Unit-0. He ran across the rooftops, leaping from one building to the next with a grace he didn't know he possessed. The System was enhancing his muscle fibers, making him faster and stronger. He reached the van and, with a roar of effort, commanded all fifty drones to fire at once.

A pillar of blue light descended from the heavens, vaporizing the van in an instant.

[Objective Complete.]

[Level Up! Current Level: 5]

[Attribute Point Gained: Intelligence +2]

The static in his head cleared. The 'Order' was blind.

"Unit-0, the bike," Siddharth commanded.

From the wreckage of the black casket, a high-speed, matte-black hovering bike emerged. It looked like a jet engine with wheels. Siddharth leaped down, landing perfectly on the seat. Unit-0 jumped on behind him, his metallic weight making the bike hum.

"Where to, Administrator?"

Siddharth looked towards the horizon. The desert of Rajasthan stretched out before them, and beyond that, the ruins of the old world.

"The Forbidden Zone," Siddharth said, his eyes turning cold. "If my father is alive, he's waiting in the graveyard of the internet. And I'm going to bring him back."

[Journey Started: Alwar to Old Delhi]

[Estimated Time: 12 Hours]

[Danger Level: Extreme]

As the bike roared to life, leaving a trail of blue ion-fire in the sand, a final screen appeared in Siddharth's vision. It was a file he had never seen before—locked with a DNA key.

[File Found: 'Project Rebirth - Message from Bhanu Pratap']

[Status: Locked until User reaches Level 10]

Siddharth gripped the handles tighter. He had the power, he had the guardian, and now, he had a reason to survive. The revolution had begun in a small street in Alwar, but it wouldn't stop until the world was rebooted.
