*Back to the present*
*Isaiah's POV*
"This is mine now." Red Moon said as he waved the Chand Script gently. His tone was possessive and mocking yet his face betrayed no emotion.
I quietly put down the plate and looked at him. I used the gentlest tone I have as I said
"Have you ever heard of Lucien?"
Red Moon's eyes widened a little and for a moment something flickered. For a tiny moment, I saw something vague yet dark. However, his eyes came back to normal as he said bluntly
"No."
I put down the plate.
I am sure that Red Moon has to do something with Lucien. The same man with the most beautiful smile yet have the mind of a demon.
However, I don't really have any guess about their relation. Maybe friends? or rivals? or... Was he one of the costumers?
my mind continued to wonder into places. Not necessary pure but possible none the less.
Red Moon slowly picked the plate. His words echoed leisurely as he turned
"You may leave after two days."
"Won't it be fourth day of Night Polar?" I asked
He chucked lightly as he said "Just wait and see for yourself."
*Two days Later*
"Where were you all this time?" I asked as I reached out to take his hand.
My sweet moon had disappeared for two days after he went some where taking the plate with him.
"None of your business."
"It is my business. You are the one who took me here and locked me up. So, I have all the rights to ask where you went leaving me all alone."
"You got your medicine and food in the time. So, I don't see the problem."
"There is a problem."
"What problem?"
I hugged him as I said "Well... Can't you just... Show your face?"
He got out of my grip and said "There is no point in continuing the conversation with a idiot like you."
"Speak carefully... I am your idiot."
He just looked at me bluntly. The silence continued in the air until he said
"How is your injuries?"
"Well, it is fine just that it still hurts sometimes... thanks to someone."
"It is your fault." He said glaringly.
"What did I even do? I was just dancing with you."
"Did I ask you to dance with me? on top of that, it was not even the correct dance form to being with."
"What do you mean it was not correct dance form? wasn't it Chandni Dance?"
"No, idiot. It was Sulkhimine dance."
"Sulkh... What?"
Red Moon rubbed his hands against his head as he sighed. He slowly reached out to one of the books. But at that moment, I saw a swollen bruise around his wrist.
I grabbed his hands as I pulled back the sleeves.
His... His whole hand was bruised.
"Who did this to you?" I asked.
"You." He said
Wait me? When.. how.. No way... right?
"Not directly but you did contributed quite a bit in this injury."
He unhurriedly gave me the book and said
"Just read this. If you have any questions... Better leave it be."
I took the book and looked at the title
"Originals Of Sulkhimine and Chandni Dance"
However, when I looked up I saw him heading the same direction as he disappeared in two days ago.
I hurriedly grabbed him from behind as I said "No... Not again. You will not leave."
Red Moon slowly touched my hands as he sighed. His eyes pierced through me as he said
"get off me or you will regret it, Isaiah."
