It has been a week since Smith's visit to Eva's home, and since then, she hadn't seen him. He didn't call either, and she had thought of calling him many times but always hesitated.
What if he didn't want to see her again? Or what if he sees her as a nuisance? A clingy girlfriend.
Thoughts like these always held her back, and she had tried to keep him off her mind, but it was impossible. Even tonight, here at Sensual Nights, he still occupied her mind. She wished he would show up here, even if by mistake.
"Sasha," Stacy called, and Eva turned to look at where the voice came from. Stacy had just exited Jon's office and she looked conflicted. The tight frown on her face and disorientation in her eyes said it all.
But what really caught Eva's attention was the look of accusation in her eyes.
"You can't use the pole," Stacy began, "so serve the guests wine. Attend to their demands, whatever it is as long as it's not illegal," she said, a frown still sitting between her brows.
