The next morning, I woke up and did something I rarely ever did: I partook in breakfast.
Even before my awakening, I rarely ate a morning meal because of my overweight stature. After the awakening, I still found eating three full meals a day to be somewhat excessive, unless I was hungry from training. Usually, I simply ate a massive lunch to compensate for the skipped meal, and that worked perfectly fine for me.
Today, however, I made an exception. I had spotted Eleanor wandering the halls early this morning, and I needed to speak with her.
So, here I was in the magnificent royal gardens. At my strict instruction, the servants had set up an elegant little table beneath the shade of the blossoming trees, arranging two ornate chairs. A lavish spread of breakfast dishes, delicate sweets, and steaming pots of aromatic tea had been prepared for us.
