I sat down on the ground in my room, the floor soft beneath me, while Princess helped me dry my hair. She was using the towel first, sitting on the edge of the bed behind me as she worked. I could feel the gentle tugging and the rhythmic movement of her hands, but my mind was miles away.
My mind was still stuck on the fact that she had actually accepted to fight Yuki. I still don't get why Beam was attacked and got her arm broken in the first place, picking a fight with those bikers. Yesterday, I was honestly happy to see someone get hit, it's usually funny when it's someone like her, but just not Princess. I don't want my girl to be the one taking the hits. I don't want her to be hurt.
I started pouting, my bottom lip sticking out as the worry started to bubble over.
