We took Sasha to the nurse's office so she could rest and ice her knee, while Malo headed off on his secret mission to erase that video footage from the basketball court. It was entirely up to me to stall Princess. All I had to do was wait right here until she stepped out of the private classroom I was currently standing outside of, and then keep her busy until Malo signaled that he was done. That was his direct instruction. I have been leaning against this wall for about two minutes now, checking my phone every few seconds.
I stood outside the door, trying to see if I could hear even a tiny bit of whatever was happening inside. I pressed my ear against the door, but I couldn't hear a single thing. It was completely soundproof. Whatever was going on inside stayed totally quiet, with no sound leaking out into the hallway. It made me wonder what kind of mental health class needed that much privacy.
