"Little Rias-chan, let me become a Magical Girl too! I'll do whatever you want!!"
Serafall acted spoiled, but it looked more like fawning; she had no dignity as a Maou whatsoever.
Watching Serafall's antics, Rias said speechlessly, "That's just something similar to a Sacred Gear. It shouldn't be any different from you transforming directly, right?"
"There is a difference!" Serafall argued plausibly, "First of all, that kind of transformation has no soul. Secondly, a Magical Girl wand is entirely a toy; it has no power and no intelligence. That kind of thing can only be considered cosplay!"
"This is new equipment I developed that is distinct from the Claw of Evil and Sacred Gears. It's very precious~"
Rias said with a hint of feigned distress, "I believe in equivalent exchange, but I honestly can't think of any use for you..."
