Chapter 59 - Chapter 59: Wolf-level monster? Tiger-level monster!

The two arrived at the supermarket. Saitama pushed a shopping cart, weaving between the shelves: "Beef is 50% off! Eggs are buy one get one free!"

Allen watched Saitama excitedly stuffing discounted items into his cart and couldn't help but smile. He casually picked up a box of special offer beef and put it in the cart: "Saitama-kun, let's eat our fill tonight."

"That's great!" Saitama's eyes lit up.

The two pushed their overflowing shopping carts to the checkout counter. Just then, Allen's phone suddenly rang. He took out his phone and saw a message from the Hero Association.

"Wolf-level Monster have appeared on Third Street in Z-City's commercial district. Heroes in the vicinity are requested to handle the situation."

Allen put away his phone and said to Saitama: "Saitama-kun, Monster have appeared. You pay first, I'll be back very soon."

"Eh? I'll go with you."

"No need, it's just a Wolf-level Monster. I can deal with it quickly." Allen waved his hand and turned to walk out of the supermarket quickly.

Saitama watched Allen's departing back, touched his bald head, and looked at the ingredients in the shopping cart: "Then I'd better take care of these things first..."

Allen ran quickly along the street. The location sent by the Hero Association on his phone helped him accurately pinpoint the Monster' position. After turning two street corners, he saw a Minotaur Monster in the distance fighting Licenseless Rider.

Licenseless Rider was riding his bicycle, fiercely hitting the Minotaur Monster's nose with the bike. The Minotaur Monster cried out in pain, grabbed the bicycle's wheel, and flung it away.

When Allen arrived, Licenseless Rider happened to fall at his feet. He grabbed Allen's pant leg and shouted: "Run! It might be Tiger-level!"

Licenseless Rider's combat experience couldn't be called extensive, but it was certainly not little. Although C-class Heroes are not responsible for dealing with Wolf-level disasters.

But as the number one C-class Hero, he had fought Wolf-level Monster several times. The opponent's terrifying strength absolutely couldn't be just Wolf-level!

Allen helped the blood-covered Licenseless Rider up. He frowned and looked at the roaring Minotaur Monster.

The opponent's muscles were bulging, and white mist continuously puffed from its nostrils. It indeed seemed much stronger than the Wolf-level Monster described by the Hero Association's official reports.

"Leave this to me. You get some rest." Allen helped Licenseless Rider to the wall and turned to face the Monster.

The Minotaur Monster beat its chest, its voice like thunder: "Another Hero coming to die! I'll grind all of you into meat paste!"

"Roar!" It roared and charged at Allen, each step causing the street's ground to tremble slightly.

Allen stood still, not moving. He had already predicted all of the Minotaur Monster's movements.

As that sandbag-sized fist gradually enlarged in Allen's pupils, he merely tilted his head slightly, and the fist grazed past his temple.

"What?" The Minotaur Monster's eyes widened, clearly not expecting its attack to be dodged so easily.

Licenseless Rider leaned against the wall, watching this scene with great anxiety. That Hero just now seemed to have been scared silly by the Monster, but thankfully he dodged the attack at the critical moment, otherwise, the consequences would have been unimaginable, and he would regret it for a lifetime!

Licenseless Rider anxiously shouted: "Concentrate! Its strength is terrifying, try not to get hit! Otherwise, you'll lose your combat ability!"

In the Hero Association's monitoring room, the operator was nervously staring at the screen: "Supervisor! B-class Hero Allen, rank 102, has arrived at the scene and is currently engaging the Minotaur Monster!"

"Raise the disaster level to Tiger! Immediately contact nearby Heroes!" The blond man looked at the main screen, a cold sweat forming on his brow.

According to the test data at the Hero Association, this Rookie named Allen should be able to win, but he is, after all, just a Rookie lacking practical combat experience. Now, they can only hope he can hold on a little longer.

The Minotaur Monster roared, continuously throwing punches, each blow accompanied by the sound of rushing air. But Allen, as if he had already anticipated them, deftly dodged and weaved through the attacks.

"How... how did he do that?" Licenseless Rider leaned against the wall, his eyes wide, watching this scene. He noticed that although it looked incredibly dangerous every time, this young man was always able to perfectly dodge.

In the Hero Association's monitoring room, the blond supervisor also noticed something was off. He pushed up his glasses: "Zoom in on the screen!"

The operator hurriedly adjusted the screen, zooming in on the image.

While dodging, Allen looked at his system panel. The upgrade progress of the Hanma Bloodline had already reached 85%, but the growth rate had started to slow down.

"Kid, if you've got guts, don't dodge!" The Minotaur Monster roared furiously, white steam spewing from its nostrils.

"It's time to end the fight." Allen stopped moving. Since there was no more use for it, this Minotaur Monster could die now.

Seeing Allen finally stop dodging, a hint of excitement flashed in the Minotaur Monster's eyes: "Have you finally run out of stamina? Watch me smash you into a meat patty!"

Its hooves stomped hard, shattering the concrete. The entire bull-like creature leaped high, both fists clenched and raised above its head, its whole body's muscles bulging to their limit, and it brought them down towards Allen with a whistling sound.

Licenseless Rider struggled, trying to stand up: "Dodge quickly! This blow will kill you!"

In the Hero Association's monitoring room, the blond supervisor slammed the table: "Quickly contact nearby B-class Heroes and above! Hurry!"

The operator fumbled with the communication equipment: "A-class Hero Snakebite Sneck, rank 38, is rushing to the scene! Estimated to arrive in 3 minutes!"

"It's too late..." The blond supervisor stared intently at the screen.

The Minotaur Monster's fists, carrying terrifying power, were about to strike, yet Allen remained standing still. His right fist quickly drew back, his entire body's muscles compressing to their limit like a spring.

His Demon Back, normally in a calm state, also began to emit white steam from his entire body due to Allen's burst of power.

"Bang!"

The moment the two fists collided, the air exploded with a visible shockwave. The Minotaur Monster's thick arm twisted and deformed like a fragile branch, and the sound of bones shattering was clearly audible.

"How... how is this possible!" The Minotaur Monster's bull-like eyes widened, looking in disbelief at its twisted arm. The next second, Allen's fist, its power undiminished, directly blasted through its chest.

The Minotaur Monster's massive body instantly froze, the fierce light in its eyes gradually dissipating. It looked down at the large hole in its chest, blood gushing out like a fountain.

"This... you..." The Minotaur Monster painstakingly uttered a few words, and its enormous body crashed to the ground, kicking up a cloud of dust.
