Haru remembers the plan Regi told them "beware of your surroundings... If you see any movements at anywhere... Do not hesitate to make your move... Don't care about Riya... She is used to seeing that kind of stuff because she is with me".

Haru feels pressure for a moment...

Haru and Yamado holds Riya's hand and move towards the centre.
They reach and stands infront of the tree.
There was a crowd of people surrounding the tree.
They could hear what the crowd said.
Can't wait for it to begin.
It is the biggest carnival that has happened so far.
There is a happy atmosphere surrounding the tree, people laughing, smilies everywhere, girls in their kimonos and men's also wearing their casual clothes.
And in the middle of the tree... Stood the man above them all... The Mayor.

Haru sense something's wrong here.
Crimson Devil inside him speaks to him.
"This is my going to be good Haru, the fun is just starting"...
Haru's heartbeat quickens...
Yamado looks at Haru and catches what he is thinking.
"What is it Haru" Yamado with tensed face.
"It's the Devil inside me!" Haru replies.
Riya "what's happening to Haru-kun... What are you putting both your hand in your forehead".
Mayor speaks.
"Prayer time... Let's pray everyone".
Everyone gets into prayer mood...
Silence keeps building... As Haru's situation worsens...
Devil inside him keeps telling him "fun is about to begin..."
As at the right moment Mayor smirks.
"It's about to begin... My Lord... Your mass awakening" Mayor.
Tentacles burst out of his body...
His body changes form...
His bones crack inside him...
His heart has been exposed...
It changes to a flower...
He screams...
He is a devil...
People also notices his transformation... But it's too late now...
The Mayor is not just a regular Devil
He is...
The Roots Devil...
The Root Devil is a part of the Essence Devil which gives it energy...
His form is revealed.
He has just a root body, the roots are twisted wickedly, there are millions of roots in his body, his head is muddy and a flower is replacing his heart.
"Checkmate" Root Devil.
He grabs hundreds of people at once and puts them inside the centre of the tree at the same time a when it opens...
The Devil grabs people who refused to run inside the open centre...
Those poor people who were scared to move after witnessing such a madness...
The tree absorbs those people and gradually glows even more and also the flower inside the Root Devil blooms as well.
The blooming flower gives the Devil more and more power as it grows more and more stronger.
People panic and starts to run everywhere...
But Root Devil easily catches them using its long roots which can expand as long as it wants from his body. There are thousands of roots in his body.
It was like as if the roots were alive... As if they could sniff people out of anywhere...
"This is all for your Grand Return tonight... My Lord" Root Devil.
Root Devil looks at Haru...
"So you are here huh... Crimson Devil" Root Devil.
Haru and Yamado gets fired up.
"It's not a good choice to run... So stay behind us Riya... Run when you get the Chance" Haru.
Yamado use Metal Amplification to pull his sword using a metal fragrament.
"Tonight you the entire Town with all these people are going to die... Witness My Master's awakening" Root Devil.
People can't escape because the tunnel is flowing with water and blocked by a waterfall pouring down the mountain.
Regi, Adryn and Toxin also hears the news about Mayor turning into a Devil...
"That bastard Mayor. He had been planning this all from the start..." Regi Grumbles.
Regi moves to the centre...
Toxin also starts moving as well...
"So Regi... The strategist... Has been outsmarted by some filthy Devil huh" Adryn.
He starts towards the centre looking at the tree...
The centre of the tree were people were putted inside now glows even brighter.
A Sinister figure starts forming.
"Is this the Essence Devil" Adryn figures...
Three of them are running towards the centre...
"Please hold back that Devil for sometime Guys..." Adryn, Regi and Toxin...
