China working with few other asian countries decided to form a united country. It was named 'The Alliance'. It consists range of countries ranging from Japan to Pakistan. However, this was opposed by United Nations led by USA.
Suddenly, the opposition vanished and the world falled into a era like the cold war between USSR and USA. Ignorant people were thinking global tensions were high but, only a few select people in the world knew the reason
A discovery was made by China which which was the reason behind The Alliance and the rising global tensions. A mysterious force was acting upon Earth, according to studies. This will push humans to evolution but, everything in this world has a price.
50% of the humans will fail the evolution and become mindless beast, categorised as zombies while 0.01 will turn into mutants which have alot of interesting abilities.

A black-haired person with a skull mask covering half his face is sitting into of The Alliance's top military leadership. Who is he? He is the supreme commander appointed by the council to protect interest of The Alliance during the apocalypse.
As for his name, Aron. He was the world's only Mutant who developed both his non-combay and combat ability, his ability is 'instinct'. Not only can he sense danger but he can also pinpoint it.
Dual mutant are so rare becauuse they can only work if a person talented into combat ability unlocks his evolution through non-combat way and vice-versa. The world has a balance and if he is talented in one way then he will be an idiot in the other.
Aron was chosen with other 5 million people to attempt evolution before the apocalypse. Out of that 5 million, only 100 people became mutants while others died or became crippled. Thile Alliance was criticised of carring out human experiments but omunder. the iron-might of the military, none did anything.
Evolution before the apocalypse is much haarder and have a lower success rate but due to desperate needs, that were forrced to carry it. These people will made to fight with each other to the death so they can be pushed to human limit to trigger the evolution. They were trained by the standards of special forces for 2 years before the fighting.
The supreme commander only took his position right before 6 months of the apocalypse. The public is unaware but the military has been preparing for the past 3 years.

The Alliance current standing military is at 150 million personal. Not all are soldiers, there are alot of other military related departments which are included in this.
Research, Intelligence, Logistics, Manufacturing, Military Police, Ground Troop, Air Force, Navy, Special Force and Operations Departments are all under military's command.
A central bunker with 10 floors covering a area of 60000 square kilometres. Each floor has a height of 100 meters, they were designed to hold the central military command during the apocalypse. Made to hold 80 million troops and be fully sustainable.

1 year ago, a vaccine was developed in the laboratory which will automatically kill any humaan who fails his evolution and becomes a zombie.
Following the full support of the The Alliance, 300 million people were vaccinated including the 150 million standing military.
These were administrated under the name of Covid 2.0, as the public and even majority of the military is still unaware of the incoming apocalypse.
