Chapter 30 - Flying Aircraft Carrier!

Under Scylla's guidance, Jun Hao and the others made their way toward Elizabeth's "chambers" in a calm and harmonious atmosphere.

Dido and Sirius, in particular, stayed close to him, just as Jun Hao had requested.

As he had expected, their hearts were already filled with an indescribable sense of intimacy and happiness.

Even as Scylla led the way, she occasionally glanced back at their blissful expressions, showing not the slightest trace of complaint or regret.

She knew her sisters deserved this happiness, and that sooner or later, she too would experience the same warmth.

In short, everything was progressing even better than planned.

"Master, Her Majesty the Queen's bedroom is just ahead," Scylla said as she stopped in front of a door.

It was slightly ornate, yet overall, still rather modest.

"Mm."

Jun Hao gave a small nod of acknowledgment, and Dido and Sirius reluctantly stepped away from his embrace. After all, near Her Majesty's chambers, they still had to maintain their elegant image as maids.

Scylla stepped forward and, without using a key or keycard, gently pushed the door open.

"Please, come in, Master."

As the door opened, the scene within was fully revealed to Jun Hao.

Just as he had expected, the interior was indeed luxurious. However, this sense of luxury was not much different from that of the other rooms he had seen along the way.

It seemed that the Queen, who always spoke of "magnificence," did not reserve such splendor for herself alone, but shared it with all her companions.

"Not bad. Since the living conditions of the Royal Navy girls are fairly equal, Elizabeth truly is a qualified queen."

At Jun Hao's straightforward evaluation, the three maids behind him smiled with shared pride.

Sirius, in particular, puffed out her chest, as if she herself had been the one praised.

"Her Majesty will surely be delighted to receive your recognition, Master," Scylla said with a gentle smile.

She stepped closer to Jun Hao and leaned in slightly, whispering into his ear.

"Hehe, actually, the reason we could bring you here so directly is that we received Her Majesty's permission long ago~"

Hearing this, Jun Hao glanced at her with mild curiosity.

"Oh? Did she predict that I would come today?"

Scylla shook her head.

"No, Master. In truth, Her Majesty issued the order quite some time ago. She said that you are her husband and the other master of this bedroom. Therefore, whenever you wish to come, there is no need to ask for her permission. We may simply bring you here directly."

Dido added softly from the side, "Incidentally, Her Majesty also gave a specific instruction... She said that, to prevent you from feeling pressured when you visit, the room's arrangements must not differ too greatly from the others. That way, you may treat this place as your own home, rather than a cold palace."

Sirius nodded in agreement, her tone filled with admiration.

"My honourable Master, Her Majesty has always been considerate of your feelings in her own way."

It seemed that, beneath everything, there lay a quiet tenderness hidden behind Elizabeth's tsundere exterior.

'Sigh... she really lives up to her nickname, "Silly Liz,"' he thought with a soft sigh.

Jun Hao looked around once more, and this time, his gaze softened considerably. Thanks to Scylla and the others, he could now fully understand her intentions.

The last trace of restraint faded from his heart. As if returning to his own room, he walked straight toward the large bed. His attention was quickly drawn to two brand-new pillows placed neatly on top.

The design was simple, each embroidered with a distinct word using fine silk thread.

Picking them up, he saw that one read "Yes," while the other read "No."

Both pillows had been arranged with the "Yes" side facing up. The moment he noticed, a smile slipped onto Jun Hao's lips.

Such a small detail clearly reflected the Queen's wholehearted welcome toward him, in every sense.

'Honestly... how many of these cute little gestures are you planning to show before you're satisfied, my queen?'

A quiet warmth spread through his chest. After setting the pillows down, Jun Hao walked over to the windowsill. He couldn't help but wonder how Belfast and the others were doing.

Letting out another sigh, he opened the window, hoping to observe the situation outside while catching a cool breeze to clear his thoughts.

However, the moment his gaze lifted toward the distant sky, he froze.

Two strange black dots were approaching from afar, slowly flying in his direction.

"Holy crap... what the hell?!" Jun Hao exclaimed.

"What's wrong, Master?"

Hearing his sudden outburst, Sirius and the others rushed to his side, ready to protect him.

The four of them focused their gaze ahead. Those two black dots were none other than Akagi and Amagi.

In fact, while Jun Hao and the others had been heading toward Elizabeth's room, Akagi and Amagi had already circled to the side facing the Queen's chambers.

"Sister, are you sure the Commander will be in Miss Elizabeth's room?" Akagi asked, her tone laced with doubt.

"If I were Miss Elizabeth, I would certainly do so. After all, the most exposed place is often the safest."

As she spoke, Amagi extended her hand with a gentle smile.

"Alright, Akagi. Whether the Lord is there or not, we only need to use our combined technique to take a look inside. Then everything will be clear, won't it?"

"True. Commander, Akagi is coming to get you~"

With that, Akagi reached out and took Amagi's hand. At the same time, both of them unfurled their fox tails.

"Secret Technique: Flying Aircraft Carrier!"

Under the rapid, rhythmic swaying of their tails, their bodies gradually lifted into the air.

Unsteady but persistent, they slowly drifted toward the windowsill of Elizabeth's room.

The moment Akagi caught a clear glimpse of Jun Hao, her eyes lit up with joy.

'As expected of Sister Amagi... she truly is a brilliant strategist! The Commander really is here. And judging by where he's looking, he's already noticed us,' she thought, both delighted and full of admiration.

Just as Akagi tried to speed up, she suddenly found herself unable to move forward at all.

"Eh? What's going on?"

She turned to glance at Amagi beside her. The moment Amagi saw Jun Hao's face, her expression froze completely.

"Sister Amagi, what's wrong?"

"The Lord..."

Amagi gave no further response, her eyes locked onto Jun Hao as she murmured under her breath.

It only took a single glance to realize that Amagi had fallen into some kind of illusion.
