This was a Domain created by Ryomen Sukuna through his development of Haruta Shigemo's technique.
Haruta Shigemo was never qualified to use a Domain in the first place.

At the very moment Ryomen Sukuna expanded his Domain, Megumi Fushiguro's punch arrived right in front of his face.
And yet, just as that punch was about to connect, a sudden surge of emotion disrupted Megumi Fushiguro's Cursed Energy control and sent the strike off course.
After the massive fist brushed past him, Sukuna casually unleashed a dense barrage of [Dismantle], knocking the entire Shadow Giant to the ground in the direction of its own momentum...
Megumi Fushiguro hurriedly tried to get back up, but between failing to properly disperse the force and changing direction too abruptly, there was a sharp crack. A burst of pain shot through his leg, and the Shadow Giant crashed down again...

What kind of joke was that? Right now, his body and the Shadow Giant's were synchronized. Which meant the Shadow Giant's leg bones, despite being made entirely of crystallized Cursed Energy, had actually fractured?

The first needs no explanation. The second is more complicated, but there is a very simple non-quantitative way to judge it.
Imagine removing the technique loaded into the Domain. The smaller the boost the Domain itself gives the user, the greater the proportion taken up by the technique...]

If this had been [Malevolent Shrine], he could have sliced apart the enemy Barrier from the outside with slashes.
But if all he could do was impose misfortune on the outer Barrier...
Sukuna did not hesitate for even a moment. Five of the six purple markings beneath his eyes vanished instantly. Not faded. Vanished.
At the cost of permanently reducing the capacity of "Miracles," he amplified the effect of the miracle technique.

Just as the giant controlled by Megumi Fushiguro drove [Yatsuka-no-tsurugi] toward Sukuna with the aid of rushing water and blinding light...

Megumi Fushiguro stared blankly toward the point where the Domain had broken apart. A meteor had slammed into the area. Its force was overwhelming, but how could something with no Cursed Energy interfere with a Domain Barrier so easily?
Just before the Shadow Giant dissipated, Megumi Fushiguro caught sight of four rod-like objects on the meteor.
Those were the inner cargo compartments of "Voyager One," funded by the Zenin Clan and the Gojo Clan. It had no destination. Its sole purpose was to carry Sukuna's fingers beyond the solar system.
And this meteor, using the Cursed Energy of those four fingers as a wedge point and combining it with terrifying kinetic force, had pried apart the entire Domain.
