One returned to his divine realm, carrying the soul of the boy with him.
There was no time there.
No direction.
Only an endless ocean of silent, radiant energy.
Yet within that stillness… a trial was being prepared.
With a mere act of will, Guardian One created a vast illusionary domain.
Two colossal gates manifested—
One bathed in golden radiance — the Gate of Heaven.
The other engulfed in crimson flames and abyssal darkness — the Gate of Hell.
Between them stood the Soul Collector Arien.
In his hands rested the scales of karma. One by one, souls were being sent toward their destined path according to their deeds.
But this time… something was different.
Before the soul from Earth had arrived, eight souls from distant planets and dimensions had already been brought here. All of them would be tested in this very place.
Guardian One commanded:
"Remember this… there will be nine souls over whom you hold no authority.
They shall choose their own path."
The Soul Collector Arien bowed.
"Yes, Great One."
After some time, the Soul Collector's deep voice echoed across the realm:
"You nine standing in the final line… step forward."
A ripple of shock spread among the gathered souls.
The nine stepped ahead—
1-A mighty Dragonoid from the Planet Asth — Samone.
2-The Astrial Demon King from Behone.
3-The holy Elf Priest from Elfeone Dimension — Semon.
4-The Sky Warrior of Oigreon — Garu.
5-The Primordial Demon of Sikenth — Elion.
6-The Grand Beast King of Kejuryh — L-Ardo.
7-The master inventor dwarf from Beurdo — Leaoth.
8-The most powerful warrior of Deriodes — Glanto.
9-And from Earth… an ordinary human — Gagan Raj.
The Soul Collector declared
"You are granted the right to choose your own path."
A heavy silence followed.
Then, without hesitation, eight souls began walking toward the Gate of Heaven.
But…
Gagan Raj remained still.
There was no fear on his face.
No greed.
Only a quiet conflict.
"Time is limited," the Soul Collector said sternly.
Slowly… Gagan began walking toward the Gate of Hell.
The Soul Collector was stunned.
At that very moment, Guardian One assumed the form of a saint and appeared before him.
"You are permitted to enter Heaven," the saint said gently.
"Why then do you choose Hell?"
Gagan answered calmly---
"Life was meant for learning…
But humans do not truly learn.
They only chase comfort and wealth.
I am no saint myself…
But a life of comfort is meaningless.
If I must burn in pain to understand myself… so be it."
The saint watched him silently for a moment.
"You wish to bring change," he said softly,
"but you do not yet know how."
Gagan gave a faint smile.
"I have no interest in changing the world.
If I can help someone… I will. That is all."
Within Guardian One, a rare satisfaction arose.
"Very well," he said, revealing his true form."For now, I shall place you within a vessel.
When the time comes… you will awaken."
In the next instant, Gagan's soul transformed into pure energy and merged into a divine bracelet-armor.
In Heaven, Grand One — the Heaven Order Guardian — addressed the remaining eight souls.
"You shall be reborn in a new world.
Through service and the restoration of balance, the sins of your previous lives shall be erased. Only then shall you earn true entry into Heaven."
He assigned their roles:
Samone, Astrial, Garu, L-Ardo, Leaoth, and Glanto — Heroes.
Semon — Priest.
Elion — Angleoid.
Elion muttered under his breath,
"The old man must be losing his mind…"
L-Ardo chuckled.
Several of them suppressed quiet laughter.
But Grand One glared at them with divine authority — and instantly, silence fell.
In their previous lives, they had been kings, demons, warriors, rulers…
But they were dead now.
Everything they once possessed was gone.
All that remained… was their divine soul.
And here — Grand One was far more powerful than any of them.
Their new destinies were then carefully woven into existence.
Meanwhile, in the region known as the World End, Guardian One offered his thoughts into the void of Trinity's consciousness.
"My Lord… I have found a unique soul."
A profound, serene light spread outward, dissolving the darkness.
Trinity's voice echoed across existence:
"Send the Heroes, the Angleoid, and the Priest.
They shall restrain the war for a time.
They shall lay the foundation for a new society."
Guardian One asked:
"And after that, My Lord?"
Trinity replied:
"Then the Destroyer shall be born…
To restore true balance."
Another question arose:
"In 3000 SSN, which planet stands most unbalanced?"
Guardian One answered:
"Livonth Planet."
"Then that is where it shall begin," Trinity declared.
And the light slowly faded.
The time had come.
On Livonth Planet, chaos had reached its peak.
War. Greed. Corruption. Darkness.
The world was being devoured by imbalance.
Then…
The sky tore open.
Nine divine streaks of light descended toward the planet.
The story of balance had truly begun.
And somewhere, in silent darkness…
Within a bracelet-armor…
A sleeping energy waited for its destined hour.
