"How is the combat data collection going, Saturday?"
"It has been fully recorded on my storage disk, master."
"Good. Simulate where the deficiencies are and upgrade the next generation of Liquid Suits."
"Yes, master."
Artoria was instructing Saturday on the Liquid Suit matters. Calculating the time, tonight was the Hammer Industries exhibition, set at the same location as the Stark Industries exhibition. It seemed Justin wanted to compete with Tony. He would never imagine that this exhibition would be his downfall; what an unlucky fellow. Although Artoria received an invitation, she didn't plan to go. If she went, as a member of the stark family, she would surely be targeted by Ivan. At that time, Pepper, sitting next to Artoria, would definitely be implicated. She couldn't let Pepper be pulled into unknown danger because of her. This was the result of Artoria's analysis, and the probability of this outcome becoming reality was very high.
Ivan hated Tony because Tony was too flamboyant, and that was why he targeted him. Since Artoria was also a member of the stark family, her low-key style wouldn't make her the primary target for many. Additionally, Artoria's movements were erratic; not many could confirm they had full control over her whereabouts. This also established that if Artoria and Tony appeared together, Ivan certainly wouldn't mind taking out two enemies at once.
Therefore, Artoria planned to coldly decline the invitation. A minor character like Justin and Ivan weren't worth Artoria's personal intervention. She would just have Saturday hack their computers and move every cent of their money away.
"Rasengan."
A light blue sphere spun at high speed in Artoria's hand. Then, the sphere grew larger and larger, becoming taller than a person. Artoria had finally managed to create the complete Rasengan recently, as well as the Big Ball Rasengan. Thinking about how she practiced these things without needing to draw them from the system, Artoria couldn't help but marvel that Naruto was truly a genius. Also, he was a Chakra tycoon; releasing these Chakra spheres was like child's play for him. Artoria releasing one Ultra-Big Ball Rasengan immediately consumed one-third of her Chakra. By Chakra standards, Artoria was already at the 'Elite Jonin' level—roughly the standard of a Kakashi Hatake without a Sharingan.
She couldn't compare to Naruto. Thinking of this, Artoria sighed and dispersed the Rasengan in her hand. If she didn't draw a Tailed Beast in the future, Artoria wouldn't dare to practice nature transformations. Her Chakra nature types were complete, but her Chakra volume was too low for active combat. Even when she used Minato's skin to'save' Tony last time, she didn't dare release too many Ninjutsu; she could only rely on extraordinary speed and a large quantity of Kunai to rescue him. The shortcoming was too obvious.
"Munch munch! (Energy)"
The more she thought about it, the more unbalanced Artoria felt. She stuffed an entire large chicken leg from the 'Family Bucket' next to her into her mouth. With incredible bite force, Artoria chewed the chicken bones like candy, mumbling with her cheeks puffed out like a little squirrel.
This scene gave Saturday a strange feeling, and it silently turned on the recording and photography functions to document everything.
"master is so cute!"
This thought, which could be considered human, flashed through Saturday's source code. It was unclear if Tony, that sister-complex maniac, had left a bit of his own thoughts behind while editing the code. Regardless, Saturday now possessed an 'aesthetic sense' indistinguishable from human thought. Artoria, who was currently eating from a bucket, didn't notice this at all. Her intuition told her someone was always watching her, but since Saturday was normally on standby twenty-four hours a day, she simply assumed Saturday was protecting her. She didn't expect this thing to suddenly evolve and even learn the bad habit of a certain purple 'M' from a certain village.
Things on Earth were getting quite chaotic, while in another place called Asgard—the legendary realm of gods on Earth, inhabited by a race known as the Aesir—their king was named Odin Borson. This man was a true heavyweight who had once crushed everyone in the Nine Realms who refused to submit. He had even defeated the prehistoric Celestials and killed several of their members. Yet, even such a powerhouse had his worries.
His eldest son was brainless and only knew how to charge ahead, while his younger son was so calculating that Odin sometimes couldn't see through what he was thinking. Especially recently, the younger son seemed to have discovered he wasn't biological; who knew what he was up to lately?
"God-King Odin, there seems to be unusual activity in Jotunheim."
"I understand."
He waved his hand to dismiss the subordinate who had brought the news. His worries had increased quite a bit, but he didn't know that his troublesome second son was starting to act up again. Loki planned to trick his older brother into a 'never-ending journey'... bah! A prank-filled path that could drive their father to an early grave, and then let his brother take the blame.
"Hey! Brother, do you want to do something exciting?"
Having made up his mind, Loki spoke with a friendly face to Thor, who had been feeling quite bored lately.
