"That makes me feel a little better." Lizzy smiled hesitantly at the males before turning her attention towards the twins. "Can we try the shard method with Naya now or do we have to wait?"
"As long as they have begun to show their magic naturally, they are ready to absorb from the shards." Phantom said, grasping the amber colored shard tightly before moving towards Naya. "My little one...daddy has a present for you." He crouched down to her level, holding the shard towards Naya. "All you have to do is hold it at this young age."
Naya reached forward, a large smile on her face as her eyes took in the gemstone like shard. For a moment, nothing happened. The little girl just stared at the shard with wonder in her eyes. Then, the air shifted. A soft pulse of golden light spread outward from Naya's small body. Small wisps of light floated around the child like faeries before the earth underneath them gave a small tremble.
