"Your Majesty," Shank entered inside and bowed.
"Where is he?" King Basmus asked.
"Prince Dario is fast asleep," Shank replied.
"Sleep," King Basmus muttered.
"Let me see for myself," he said, and Shank escorted him to Dario's chamber.
He entered and confirmed for himself that Dario was fast asleep.
"Guards," he called the ones guarding Dario's chamber.
"Yes, Your Majesty," they entered inside.
"Did anyone serve Prince Dario food?" King Basmus asked.
"No, Your Majesty," they replied. King Basmus stared at Dario for some time.
"Feed him early tomorrow morning," he ordered and left with Shank.
"Yes, Your Majesty." The guards bowed and left. They were the ones guarding Dario's door.
Dario, seeing that they had left, sat up and rolled his eyes.
He dipped his hand into his garment and brought out the apple he had hidden there.
Putting it into his mouth, he groaned at its sweetness.
"Food is my only family and friend now," he muttered and laid back on bed. He forced a smile as he chew on the apple.
His mind went back to the girl who applied oily balm on his wound and gave him bread.
"Who is she?" he asked himself.
Well, he doesn't know who Thana is. He doesn't know she is a princess.

TWO DAYS LATER-
It was the early hours of the morning. Arianna had woken up, but Demetrio was still sleeping. Well, She lost some of her memories, especially the part about her son and King Basmus. All the knowledge she has now is her love for Demetrio.
She removed Demetrio's strand of hair. His hair was long. He opened his eyes and smiled.
"Good morning," she greeted, and Demetrio smiled.
He pulled her to himself.
"How was your night?" he asked.
"It wasn't fine," she frowned.
"Why?"
"I want you, Demetrio," Arianna muttered, and Demetrio swallowed because he felt her hands on him.
"I want you," she repeated and kissed his ear. Demetrio groaned as he hardened immediately, but he wasn't giving in to the temptation.
"Arianna, stop," he breathed out.
"Why?" Arianna pouted.
"You are still healing, and I don't…"
"Do you want me or not?" she asked seductively and wrapped her arms around him.
