Chapter 102 - Chapter 100 : Deal

Ugh I can't believe it's 100th chapter and still story isn't completed.

Jay stood completely frozen in front of the full-length mirror, her breath catching as she took herself in.

She was wearing a jaw-dropping, vibrant red mermaid gown that hugged her figure flawlessly before flaring out into a stunning, sweeping train on the floor.

The intricate lace fabric was dotted with subtle sparkles that caught the room's light every time she moved.

With a gorgeous sweetheart neckline, a sheer plunge down the center, and delicate, off-the-shoulder straps, it showcased her collarbones beautifully.

Her hair was done up in a loose, elegant bun, letting a few soft strands frame her face.

Turning side to side, a shy smile crept onto her lips as she smoothed down the lace, her heart fluttering with nervous excitement.

On the other side of the estate, Keifer adjusted his collar in front of his own mirror, a completely satisfied smirk on his face.

He looked incredibly sharp in a sophisticated, classic black suit.

Underneath the sleek, well-tailored blazer, he wore a crisp white button-down shirt with the top button casually left open for a clean, effortless vibe.

The blazer perfectly complemented his slim-fit black dress trousers, and the look was finished off with polished black leather shoes.

After running a hand through his neatly styled dark hair, he shoved one hand into his pocket and smirked at his reflection.

He looked completely ready.

Jay's room was a chaotic hub of laughter, hairspray, and teasing.

As she stood in front of the mirror, mom walked in, stopping dead in her tracks with a hand pressed to her heart.

"Oh, my beautiful girl," her mom whispered, tears welling up in her eyes.

"You look absolutely breathtaking.

Keifer won't even be able to blink."

"Mom, please, I'm already nervous!" Jay blushed, her cheeks matching the vibrant red of her dress.

"Nervous?

Or just eager to get to the stage?"

Cheska teased from the bed, winking at the other girls.

Sophia walked up behind Jay, fixing a loose strand of hair from her elegant bun.

"Please, Ches. She's already spent half the night 'praying' for her life.

Let's not give her a heart attack before she even goes downstairs."

"Hey! I was really praying!"

Jay defended quickly, though her face burned bright red as Freya and Rakki burst out laughing.

"Sure you were, Jay," Freya giggled, nudging her shoulder.

"Praying that a certain handsome groom would hurry up and climb into your window!"

The girls were still teasing Jay mercilessly when the door suddenly burst open.

Ci-N and Felix stormed into the room, completely out of breath.

"MOMMMMMM!" they shouted in unison.

But the words caught in their throats.

They froze right by the doorway, their jaws dropping the moment they saw Jay standing there.

"Wow, Mom... you are looking very beautiful," Ci-N breathed out, his eyes wide.

"Of course she is! She's Keifer's bride," Rakki said, beaming with pride, and the whole room burst into shared laughter.

Jay smiled shyly, her cheeks turning a soft pink as she looked down at her gorgeous red gown.

"Okay, that's a different thing,"

Sophia interrupted, stepping forward with her hands on her hips.

Her eyes narrowed playfully.

"First, tell me why the hell are you both here when I explicitly told you not to?"

"Yeah, why?" Cheska added.

Before the boys could answer, the rest of the girls instantly swarmed forward, encircling Felix and Ci-N completely.

Trapped under the heavy glares of the entire girl squad, the two boys instantly grew incredibly nervous.

"Ahhhhh! Don't gang up on us!"

Felix cried out, raising his hands in surrender.

"We have a message for Mom from Dad!"

"Message? What message?"

Cheska asked, crossing her arms suspiciously.

"We can't tell you," Ci-N squeaked, shaking his head frantically.

"We can tell it to Mom only!"

"Oh, really?" Rakki asked, stepping closer and slowly cracking her knuckles with a dangerous smirk.

Felix and Ci-N looked at her knuckles, paled, and immediately backed up toward the door.

"Ahhh! Mom, just check your phone!" Ci-N screamed at the top of his lungs.

And with that, both of them turned tail and ran out of the room like their lives depended on it.

The moment the door slammed shut, Jay's eyes went wide.

She instantly turned around, her eyes scanning the room to find her phone.

It was sitting right there on the bedstand, completely silent.

She rushed over and picked it up.

The second she illuminated the screen, her mouth fell open in absolute shock.

19 missed calls and 2 unread messages from Keifer.

"Oh my god," she muttered under her breath.

Seeing her expression, the other girls along with her mom instantly leaned in closer, trying to peek over her shoulder to see the screen.

"What is it? What did he say?"

Panicking, Jay quickly pulled the phone back and pressed the screen tightly against her heart, hiding it from view.

"Ahhh! You aren't showing us?"

Freya teased, pouting.

Jay looked at her mother with pleading, wide eyes. "Mom! Please..."

Mom chuckled softly, shaking her head at the girls' antics.

"Okay, girls, don't tease her. Let her have her space."

The girls all let out a dramatic, collective sigh, playfully groaning as they stepped away to give her some privacy.

Once they were back to their own chatter, Jay let out a breath she didn't know she was holding.

Biting her lower lip nervously, she turned away from the crowd, lifted the phone, and opened the messages.

As she opened the message, she found a video file waiting for her.

Jay quickly tapped the play button, but in her rush, she completely forgot to turn down her media volume.

The second the video loaded, absolute chaos erupted from the phone's speakers, blasting through the quiet room.

"HEY MUTYAAAAAAAAA!"

It was the thunderous, chaotic roar of the entire Section E boys squad, along with Aries and Percy, all shouting at the top of their lungs into the camera.

The camera shook violently before panning over to Edrix, who was grinning like a madman.

"Keifer was sulking all morning because he didn't get his reward yesterday night!"

Edrix shouted over the noise.

"So now, he says he'll only complete the engagement if you can find his hidden engagement ring down in the main hall!"

In the background of the video, a deeply frustrated Keifer could be seen lunging forward, ruthlessly trying to snatch his phone back from the boys, but he was failing continuously as Aries and Rory held him back, laughing like maniacs.

Hearing the loud, familiar voices blasting from the phone, all the girls and Jay's mom instantly gathered around her in a tight circle, their jaws dropping.

Jay's face burned a furious shade of red.

With trembling fingers, she quickly checked the second message right below the video.

It was a short, smug text:

"If you have any query, call back."

"Wow! Now they want you to work hard just to get engaged?"

Freya asked, throwing her hands up in disbelief but grinning at the sheer absurdity of the boys' stunt.

"Call them back right now and demand to speak to Keifer," Mica suggested.

Jay quickly tapped the number and called back, holding the phone to her ear as the girls held their breath.

The phone rang and rang, but no one picked up.

"Try again," Cheska said, nudging her.

She hit redial and tried a second time, but still, there was absolutely no response from the other side.

Before any of the girls could even react to being ghosted, a sharp knock, knock echoed from the bedroom door.

Sophia marched over and yanked the door open.

Standing out in the hallway was the entire pack of boys, grinning like they had already won a prize.

"So, Mom, are you ready for the dare?"

Felix asked, leaning against the doorframe with a mischievous smirk.

Jay's eyes immediately bypassed the front row and landed straight on Keifer.

He was standing at the very back of the crowd, but because of his height, he was still perfectly visible over everyone else's heads.

He was leaning back, a classic, infuriatingly handsome smirk plastered across his face.

He couldn't see her dress as she was also hidden because of girls and section e chaos.

She raised a sharp brow at him, silently demanding an explanation.

Keifer just smirked even wider and gave her a lazy, careless shrug of his shoulders.

"Why the hell would she be doing this?"

Sophia yelled, stepping in front of Jay defensively.

"If you guys don't want to play nice, she can just cancel the engagement right now!"

"Booooooo!" Ci-N shouted from the back, waving his hands.

"You're just scared because you know the boys are the best!"

"Where did that topic even come from?" Rakki snorted, crossing her arms.

"Doesn't matter! Girls are losers!" Aries chimed in, laughing.

"We aren't losers!" Sophia snapped back.

"Then accept the challenge!" Percy challenged, pointing a finger at them.

The girls glanced at each other, a collective competitive spark instantly lighting up the room.

"Okay, we do accept," Cheska declared, stepping forward.

"But... what do we get in return?"

"Wait, it's just for Jay, not all of you!" Percy protested quickly.

"Wow, what a great sense of justice!" Cheska mocked loudly, rolling her eyes.

"These many boys versus just one girl?

Hoooooo!

Loserssss!

Cowardsss!"

"We aren't cowards!" Felix defended.

"You are!"

"No!"

"Yes!"

Seeing that a full-blown riot was about to break out in the hallway, David, being the wise man of the group, decided it was time to step in and calm everyone down.

"Okay, okay, listen up," David said, raising his hands to silence both sides.

"If all of you girls help her, and you actually find the ring, she'll get the title of Mutya, and of course, our brother Keifer as her husband.

But... if you don't help her and she has to find it completely alone, you'll get title and..." He trailed off, rubbing his chin.

"And What?" Sophia demanded.

"Ummm..."

"Umm what? Spill it, David!" Rakki huffed.

David smirked, glancing back at his reluctant crew. "Whatever you want."

A slow, victorious smirk instantly spread across all the girls' faces.

Meanwhile boys were glaring David.

"Okay, then," Sophia said, her eyes gleaming with mischief.

"If only Jay finds it, you boys will be our personal servants until all the wedding ceremonies end."

"WHATTTTTTTTT?!" the boys roared in unison, their jaws dropping.

"Hell nooooo!"

"Wow, look at them. Losers,"

Freya taunted, shaking her head.

"We aren't losers!" Ci-N squeaked, instantly offended.

"Then accept the deal!" Jay finally spoke up, a challenging smile breaking across her own face as she locked eyes with Keifer.

The boys looked at Keifer, who just gave them a slow, confident nod, clearly amused by his bride's fiery spirit.

All boys threw his hands up. "Ok, deal!"
