Phoenix Flight HQ
"Is it done?"
"Yes, sir."
Han smirked coldly from a sofa in his suite. He arched his head ceilingward, keeping the phone glued to his ear.
Now this was what he was talking about.
His sister had told him not to hurt Ambrose directly. Not until she was done with her little experiment. But Han had grown… impatient.
Each day that passed with Ambrose Hale safe and sound irked him in his soul. It was no longer about jealousy. He loathed the pathetic C-Rank with everything in him.
"Linger around enough to give me updates on if he survives it," he blurted, spreading his other arm over the backrest of the sofa. "I want to get the first updates before any news station."
The attack was meant for Ambrose—but he wouldn't even blink if there was any collateral damage in the form of other lives.
'I told you I'd clip your wings.' he thought to himself with a wolfish grin. 'Even if you somehow survive this… it's only the beginning…'
