In a rented out villa somewhere in downtown Aurelia—someone stood silently on the balcony. She held a cup of soothing jasmine tea in one hand, hugging herself with the other arm.
Her silky white night robe blew into the night wind, the silver moon accentuating her skin and lush black hair.
Han Ji-Hoon stared at the night sky, particularly at the waning moon. It was supposed to be a peaceful evening. She'd already been thinking about how she would crash into bed once the tea had soothed her nerves.
Alas—fate had other plans. That's if she could pin this anomaly on the strands of fate.
"What's… this?" She frowned, head tilting when a faint crimson thread suddenly glowed to life in front of her.
The thread whipped softly in the wind, connecting to the skies far north while simultaneously reaching to her. Her brows knitted as she carefully grabbed the thread.
"Oh." She froze. Before her eyes the thread began disappearing, first starting from the trail away from her.
