PS : Magical energy mentioned in the previous chapter is the same evolved Celestial power from his full assimilation of the Ophiuchus essence but I'm changing the name to Cosmic Ether.

Honestly , the pride that Riley had as a Dragon was not without substance.
After the evolution , he could already be called an infant Celestial Dragon though a Mutated one due to her other bloodlines and races.
Among Riley's Celestial Dragon abilities , The passives were Dragonic instincts , Dragonic strength , Immortality , Serpent tongue , Omnidirectional awareness , Age empowerment , Special physique - Celestial Astral Void Monarch Dragon physique , and Venom sac.
Dragonic instincts allowed Riley an incredibly acute 6th sense whereby she could detect danger and determine the strength of an opponent in comparison to her own very accurately.
As if that wasn't enough , Riley's had an addition seventh sense which was even more interesting. This allowed Riley to improve mid battle by adapting to and learning the opponents fighting techniques , martial arts , skills and even the occassional ability
It was basically a sense of constant improvement mid combat.
As for her Dragonic strength , the only words to describe it was Explosive and sustained. Riley's base strength had jumped to over 80 tonnes of force and she could move at an incredible 90 metres per second , and that was without much effort.
This estimate was based off of the scan she had done with her own dragon instincts and though it wasn't accurate , it was pretty handy and close.
The tests which followed gave Riley the most accurate estimate of her physical stats. She stood at about 87 tonnes of force without strain then 115 tonnes when fully engaged so maximum output was about 130 tonnes of pure physical force without any additional techniques or abilities.
As for speed , Riley could move at 95 metres per second without strain , 130 metres per second when in combat and probably max out at 149 metres per second.
In the middle of her shocking jaw dropping physical tests , Riley remembered that this was her physically inferior state. The tests were all redone in Riley's male form and he himself couldn't believe it.
A superhuman Stat monster , that was the best way to describe Riley's current physical condition at 7 years old only because there was atleast a 15% increase in his male form.
The immortality he had obtained was ageless existence and not deathless existence. Meaning he wouldn't die to old age but he could still perish to wounds , curses and diseases that were strong enough.
The other ability after that actually reminded Riley of a certain 'boy who lived' that could speak to snakes.
Serpent tongue allowed Riley to speak most Serpentine and Serpent languages as well as learn any other Serpentine race's language.
Omnidirectional awareness was an upgrade of his Infared senses. Now Riley could quite literally sense everything occupying a 5 metre space around him.
Currently he could sense moving objects but with some training and growth in strength , he would be able to sense everything entirely just like a certain white haired blind folded sorcerer.
Age empowerment was pretty self explanatory and involved a basic trait posessed by all Dragons. The ability to grow stronger as he got older , and given that he was Immortal , he would grow really really strong.
Then there was what was probably the most impressive passive ability ever , Riley knew the concept of physiques from cultivation manga but the one he had seemed particularly powerful.

- A special state of true body and soul unity. A Dragon with this physique has a perfect soul and body fusion.
- Astral force , Void energy and the immense power of Darkness and Light are naturally drawn to the body and soul continously tempering it. They can also be easily weilded and mastered
- Grants Spacial manipulation , Soul manipulation , Dark and Light manipulation.
The physique was basically a combination of soul and body which made Riley's soul and body one and the same.
One of it's interesting advantages not mentioned in the description but provided by his Dragon inheritance was the boon to his durability and resistance.
If Riley was hit by an attack that couldn't wound his soul or had no soul harming properties , the damage was halfed and it was the same if a purely soul based attack hit him.
'At this rate , I might become fully Invincible. Kryptonian body , Dragon body , Damage reduction , Armarment Haki....this is getting insane.'
Riley was all smiles as he imagined standing still and taking attacks just to spite a couple of assholes he didn't like.
The last passive ability was also a Serpentine one which was less of an ability and more of a biological trait in his body.
Just slightly above the roof of his mouth , Riley now had a new small bag like organ which , despite it's size stored a seriously strong poison inside it.
Just to test it out , Riley dropped his shapeshift then opened his mouth and tensed his jaw causing his sharp upper fangs to drip a shimmering jade colored fluid that sizzled when it hit the floor.
This clearly showed that the venom was pretty strong so it could would be useful in prolonged fights to poison someone with.
With the passives done Riley moved on to the actives that required his focus or intent to work.
Divine Celestial energy and Dragon qi were the two special energies weilded by Dragons who posessed his bloodline.
His fused soul and body naturally generated Celestial energy in very small amounts within his body by using Dao laws.
While cultivators struggled to use cultivation techniques inorder to comprehend the Dao laws and gain strength , Riley's body naturally carried out cultivation with each breathe.
Along with this , Riley was still free to cultivate as well using Dragon qi but the cultivation methods he could practice where different.
Divine Celestial energy grew in strength , amount and even rate of generation as Riley aged and his body grew stronger but Dragon qi was different.
To generate Dragon qi , Riley had to rely on his physique since it was the determinant of Riley's Dragon affinities.
A divine Celestial Dragon remained a Divine Celestial Dragon no matter what but even then , the difference of Elements and affinities remained.
Infact , among Dragons of similar bloodline with Riley , physiques were not all that special and every Dragon had a unique physique. It was this physique that determined which kind of cultivation a Dragon would pursue.
As his Celestial strength grew and he naturally transcended higher in the ranks of Celestial deities , Riley also had the freedom to cultivate his Dragonic strength separately.
This meant double the strength and double the potential since Celestial energy and all its advantages would naturally boost and complement his Dragonic qi and abilities gained and nurtured through cultivation.
Basically , the Celestial energy was partially passive while the Dragon qi was an active all the way through.
Currently , Riley's body already had some Dragon qi but the amount and purity was meager since he hadn't cultivated it himself and it was a result of his body chanelling the forces in tune with his physique then randomly coalescing them in his heart where they combine with his Dragonic blood to form his Dragon qi.
Even then , Riley faced a significant barrier when it came to cultivation.
Just like his physique is described to absorb Astral force , Void energy , darkness and light to reinforce itself , Riley would need to actively absorb those same energies in higher amounts to cultivate.
His inheritance would naturally provide a technique to cultivate with , but Riley would need to find places with high concentration of those energies or his cultivation would be painfully slow.
'Well , I guess I'll shelf the cultivation too. That means both cultivation and magic studies are on standby for later.'
