Silence followed as the two teenagers were locked in a staring contest. It was clear that Sakura was dumbfounded at Higo's stubbornness, and right now, all she wanted to do was bash his thick skull against the wall to wipe away that determined gaze in his eyes, to do something stupid.
In the end, this silence was broken when someone opened the door here to check on them up. Of course, it was none other than Kumiko, as she had just done her online examination. Hell, she still carried a pen in her hand, and based on her weak smile, it was clear that the process was quite exhausting.
