The mummy screamed blood-chillingly as he jumped to the top of the building and then jumped again, trying in vain to reach Matthew who threw his two "bone spears" at the mummy's knees and then threw two more at the joints of the mummy's arms.
The mummy's body made a loud, brief noise as it fell to the ground, but Matthew didn't wait a moment and drove another spear into the mummy's head and then extracted its heart.

As the sun rose, Matthew was descending the stairs that led to the underground compound.

Sitting on his broken legs like other bones in his body and vomiting dark blood, Matthew tried to extract the spear but it was useless.
