Deep in the ocean, a nuclear submarine silently sailed.
"Whoosh!"
A streak of red smoke flashed, and Red Devil returned to the submarine, reporting Han Shaoqing's arrival to Sebastian Shaw.
"I'll deal with him,"
Namor, wielding his trident, stepped forward first.
In Namor's eyes, Han Shaoqing was his cousin "Imoki," an ambitious and powerful usurper.
To solidify his position as Aquaman, and for the sake of the Atlantis Empire, Namor didn't mind killing him personally.
"Are you going to make your move? I can't wait!"
Behind Namor, besides White Queen Emma and Torrent Genos, were three new faces.
They were Black King Sebastian Shaw's newly recruited members: Sabretooth, Juggernaut, and Black Tom.
Sabretooth's real name was Victor Creed, Wolverine's half-brother. He had fought in both World War I and World War II, killing countless enemies. Based on his military achievements, even if he didn't become a general, he could at least be a field officer.
Unfortunately, Victor is bloodthirsty and like a beast, frequently killing innocent people indiscriminately. His crimes outweigh his achievements; he's been executed by firing squad no less than twenty times. If it weren't for his near-immortal regenerative abilities, he'd be long dead.
Not long ago, Victor clashed with his brother, Wolverine Logan, and the brothers parted ways. Later, Emma, the White Queen, discovered him and, hearing about the fighting, women, and money, Victor readily joined the Hellfire Club.
His abilities are: superhuman healing, superhuman strength, agility, beast sense, and sharp claws.
Standing to Victor's right is Juggernaut, a tall and imposing figure, nearly 3 meters tall, wearing a steel helmet and a flamboyant red outfit. He possesses immense strength, almost indestructible.
Juggernaut's real name is Cain Mark, and he and Charles are nominally brothers.
Cain's father married Xavier's mother for her wealth, so Charles and Cain are not related by blood.
Juggernaut's childhood was bleak. Charles consistently excelled, overshadowing Cain, who was constantly beaten and verbally abused by his father, causing Cain resentment.
Although he joined the Hellfire Club, Juggernaut wasn't a mutant; his power came from the evil god Cyttorak.
In 1950, the Korean War broke out, and young Cain and Charles were drafted to fight in Korea.
On the battlefield, they accidentally wandered into a forest and discovered a centuries-old cave. Inside
was an ancient temple dedicated to Cyttorak.
Cain saw rubies offered on the altar and instinctively touched them, gaining Cyttorak's power and transforming into Juggernaut.
However, this caused the cave to collapse, and in the frantic escape, only Charles managed to escape.
Cain was trapped in the collapsed cave. The force of his Juggernaut transformation blocked Charles's telepathic connection, leading Charles to believe Cain was dead and leave alone.
Finally, Cain escaped the cave alive thanks to Juggernaut's power.
When he discovered Charles had abandoned him, Cain, now Juggernaut, believed Charles had abandoned him, and his resentment towards Charles deepened.
Two days earlier, the White Queen, with the help of Red Devil, found Juggernaut and invited him to join the Hellfire Club.
Upon hearing that it was to deal with Charles, Juggernaut immediately agreed,
also bringing along his friend Black Tom.
Black Tom is a true mutant, appearing rather thin next to the two burly men. His real name is Black Tom Cassidy, and his power is the ability to gather his energy through wood, generating shockwaves or thermal bursts.
Tom was born in Dublin, Ireland, and was originally the heir to a wealthy family. However, his inheritance was later seized by his cousin, and even the girl he loved married his cousin.
His lover married someone else! Losing
both his wealth and his love, Thomas Cassidy was filled with jealousy towards his cousin and subsequently turned to the dark side, becoming a criminal. Because he liked to wear black suits, he adopted the name "Black Tom."
None of the three were easy to deal with, and all were quite powerful. Adding Namor the Sea King, the Hellfire Club's strength was unprecedented.
However, internal relations were far from harmonious. Namor, Victor, Black Tom, and Juggernaut were all unruly individuals, only united for different reasons.
