We currently had a interesting meal in the form of a giant spider and a couple interesting guest.
These guest were in the form of Kavels party, Blummeds guild manager Fuse and the captain of Falmuth survey corps, Youm and his team.
"Why the hell are we waiting so long?" Youm had gotten frustrated from waiting so long.
"Just a moment… uh I'll just check in on where our lord is." Rigurd had gotten worried about where Rimuru is.
At that moment, two people walked in. One, short with silvery cyan hair and the second, tall with pitch-black hair, "Well this is a fun meeting… apologies for talking so long Rigurd, I took out Rimuru for some shenanigans… and putting the fear of god into him."
Rigurd just skipped over the comments I made, "Lord Rimuru these are Kaval's party as well as the guild manager from Blummed Fuse and these are a team from the kingdom of Falmuth… lord Simon, will you be joining this meeting today."
I pulled a cup of tea out of thin air, "I will but there's no need to prepare a seat for me, I'm ok with standing."
Kaval's party was enamoured with the colourful bunch of new ones that wasn't here last time, Youm just gave everyone a dismissive look but Fuse studied each individual very carefully and could easily tell the lack of power off me but the extreme danger that came from me.
"Hello everyone, I am Rimuru Tempest, the representative and ruler of the Jura Tempest federation." Rimuru transformed into his slime form.
Fuse was immediately surprised by the confirmation, "So you actually are a slime?!"
Kaval spoke up, " By the way Rimuru, there are a few new faces here from last time."
" Ah yes, this is Benimaru, Shion, Souei and Shuna." And then Milim walked in and took a seat, I leaned against her chair and began rubbing her head, "Oh and that is Milim and Pneuma."
Fuse looked up in surprise at the last two guest within the room.
"So both the kingdom of Blummed and Falmuth have come here to investigate this place."
" We are-" Fuse began
But Youm wasn't happy with the hierarchy here, " Hold on a minute, why is a slime acting like a big shot around here? Why do you all listen to him, doesn't that bother you?"
" You dare insult the great Rimuru?" Shion became very angry which Youm didn't care about.
" Shut up tits-" Before Youm could finish his retort, he had a sheathed greatsword bash him on the head.
"BOSS!!" Youm's team checked the bump and Rimuru scolded Shion for her actions.
"You know Milord, my patience is my greatest virtue of all." Shion tried to defend herself.
Simon: " You really have a long way to go if that is what you consider patient."
Milim: " Hahaha, yeah Shion, you really have a long way to go before becoming as patient as me."
Simon: " You shut up Milim, you're way worse than Shion when it comes to patience."
Milim fall flat on her face and just stayed there stewing.
Rimuru, transforming into his human form, continued the conversation, " I want to be on good terms with human. I was hoping we could open up trade networks with your nations."
"Trade networks?"
"Yes, we've actually already entered into diplomatic relations with the nation of Dwargon."
"Wait, you're saying that Dwargon actually acknowledges this nation of monsters as legitimate?"
"I believe I can answer that." Everyone turned to the door to find minister Vesta.
Vesta had reaffirmed the relationship between Tempest and Dwargon which made both Fuse and Youm be more open to the idea of a relationship.
"By the way Fuse, is the news that Orc lord was defeated known already?"
"Only our king and a select few know about it."
" Good then." Rimuru turned his attention to Youm, " I would like to make you the champion who defeated the orc lord."
" Huh!"
Rimuru explained his reasoning and plan for doing so which caused Youm to reconsider slot of actions.
At this point I had fallen asleep standing, which I felt a tug on my sleeve, " Is there something that you wanted from me?"
" Can you please make new equipment for Youm that screams… champion."
I looked at Rimuru for a couple seconds which caused the other monsters to become slightly nervous, "No."
Rimuru sighed, "What do I have to do? Do you want me to beg?"
"Although that would be tantilizing, I suggest asking Kurobe and Kaijin. You shouldn't rely on me so much, it might cost you dearly someday." I said while getting up in Rimuru's face and teasing him.
Rimuru sighed, "Meeting adjourned."

Everyone had ended up in the communal hot baths and blowing off steam.
" By the way Rimuru, who is Simon exactly, he doesn't seem to be your surbordinate, if anything he seems to be someone who you consider an equal and a friend." Fuse, who was melting in the baths, asked curiously about the mysterious man.
"Well… uh. If I tell you then you have to promise me to keep an open mind."
"Um… sure." Fuse went on high alert when he heard Rimuru's tone.
Rimuru then explained Simon's identity to Fuse very slowly… and then only at the end did Fuse's face slowly go pale. He was already aware that the little girl at the meeting was the destroyer Milim Nava, but that man that seemed to garner equal respect to Rimuru.
…Was the Ceaseless wheel of fate itself, chaos incarnate was Infront of him… and he acted so casual to him.
" There's no need to be afraid Fuse, I'm not gonna do anything bad to you."
"AHHH!!!" Rimuru and Fuse both got scared at the sudden voice. They turned and found the man they were talking about arrive with only a towel around his waist.
Rimuru had never seen his friend naked and had just assumed that he didn't have any visible muscle… visible being the key word.
Seeing the man's nearly naked form made Rimuru go mad with envy, 'What the hell! It should be illegal for someone to be so unfathomably beautiful, this is so unfair!"
" Rimuru, jealousy is an ugly colour on you." It was only now that Rimuru had realized, he had unconsciously transformed human once again.
" AHHHHH!!!" Rimuru was struggling to contain going into human form around Simon, but this was just so unfair.
