Different attributes like these use different signals to understand which attribute belongs to which person.
Alex placed his hand on the stone. Suddenly, the entire stone turned black. After a person places their hand on the stone, after a while, their attribute will be unlocked and a sign will appear indicating which attribute it is. And after a few moments, the stone will return to its previous state. The hand must still be placed on the stone because then there is a possibility of a second attribute being unlocked. However, that does not happen in Alex's case. If the stone does not change after someone places their hand, it means that none of its attributes have been unlocked.
After Alex placed his hand on the stone, it seemed as if the stone was getting darker and darker as time passed. After some time, the Mana Stone turned completely black and shattered with a loud thud. It made a sound like breaking glass. Although not everyone noticed it.
