Chapter 15 - Chapter 15- Fire In The Dark

Fire in the Dark

The city pulsed beneath them, alive and dangerous.

Dominic's phone buzzed—a single message from an unknown number:

"You think last night was enough? They're coming back… bigger."

Dominic's jaw tightened. Liam, wrapped in his jacket, noticed immediately.

"Who?" Liam asked, voice low, hand brushing Dominic's.

"People from my past," Dominic said, voice tight. "People who don't forgive, don't forget… and now you're part of it."

Fear twisted in Liam's stomach, but he refused to step back. "I'm with you," he whispered. "No matter what."

Dominic's hand closed over his, possessive, almost desperate. "You really mean that?"

"I do," Liam said. "Every word."

Elsewhere, Marco and Noah were crouched in a dark alley, hiding from prying eyes.

"We stick together. No exceptions," Marco said, hand tight around Noah's.

Noah nodded, heart hammering. "Always."

The tension was electric. Fear and desire mingled, coiling in their veins. Noah's thumb traced over Marco's knuckles, sending heat straight through both of them.

Sebastian and Jax patrolled a nearby rooftop.

"Quiet," Sebastian muttered, eyes scanning the streets.

Jax leaned close, too close. "I'm not scared. Not with you."

Sebastian's dark eyes softened just slightly. "You shouldn't be scared… but you shouldn't tempt me either."

"I'll keep tempting you," Jax replied, smirk tugging at his lips.

The danger heightened their desire, each touch, each brush of skin a silent confession.

Back at the penthouse, Dominic prepared weapons and checked communications. Liam hovered close, heart pounding.

"You're reckless," Dominic muttered.

"I know," Liam said softly, stepping into Dominic's space. "So are you."

Dominic's hand cupped Liam's face. "If something happens, I won't forgive myself."

"Then let me fight with you," Liam whispered. "Let me stand with you."

Dominic's lips pressed to Liam's—soft, intense, claiming without force. Liam's fingers tangled in Dominic's hair, pulling him closer, tasting the danger, tasting the man he couldn't resist.

By the time the night reached its peak, all three couples had been pushed into moments where fear and intimacy collided:

Liam & Dominic: pressed together, breath mingling, sensuality heightened by real danger

Marco & Noah: hands intertwined, kisses stolen in shadowed corners, danger sharpening their bond

Sebastian & Jax: adrenaline-fueled touches turning into undeniable desire, trust forming with every brush of skin

The night had changed everything. Midnight was no longer temptation—it was survival, desire, and loyalty intertwined.

No one could step away.

And no one wanted to.
