This story is mainly a wish-fulfillment project. Even though I genuinely want to take it far, I'm not a great writer, especially in English, so I'll be using AI as a tool for grammar correction and stylistic refinement. All ideas, structure, and creative choices are still mine.
I really hope this story can make some readers feel anxiety, dread, and discomfort. That's my way of honoring Shadow Slave and its wonderfully cruel and oppressive world.
That said, there's a high chance this fanfiction might be dropped, paused, or abandoned for a long time before I come back to it. I honestly don't know.
To be fair, I'm writing this mostly for myself. I already have most of the story in my head — what's missing are the details.
If you're looking for an overpowered protagonist, you should probably leave now. It won't happen anytime soon, if it happens at all. That doesn't mean the protagonist will be weak, but his growth will be slow and painful.
Also, don't expect romance.Maybe… with a skeleton.
