THE CHARTER OF THE IRON COVENANT
Let it be known to all peoples under the protection of the Grand Ordinator:
That the territories of Ashenveil, Ironhold, Thornfield, Millhaven, Greymoss, Cinderpit, and Bridgewater are hereby united under a single governance structure, to be known as the Iron Covenant.
That the Iron Covenant is governed by divine mandate through the Grand Ordinator and administered through mortal institutions appointed by His will.
That all citizens of the Iron Covenant, regardless of race, origin, or former allegiance, are bound by common law and entitled to common protection.
