Lynn, on the other end of the phone, almost couldn't hold back his laughter. Ollie's pace of ideological change was quite fast.

"So... you've completely figured things out?" Lynn confirmed, suppressing his smile.

Ollie, on the other side, nodded repeatedly. "Yes! I've figured it out! A gentleman's revenge is best served continuously, from morning till night!"

Well, it could only be said that Ollie was quite "flexible" in his thinking, knowing how to keep pace with the times and apply what he learned.

"I want to learn the Patronus Charm!" Ollie's voice was firm. "And then... if I get the chance... I'm going to Azkaban..." He didn't finish the rest of his sentence, but the meaning was obvious.

Clearly, Sirius's escape had made him abandon passive waiting and instead seek to proactively "seek justice."

Lynn raised an eyebrow. "The Patronus Charm? You want to learn that to 'visit' Azkaban? Not a bad idea. But... can't your father teach you? I remember Mr. Thorne is also a wizard."

Although Charles mainly lived in the Muggle world, he should still know some basic magic.

"My father..." Ollie's voice dropped, sounding a little embarrassed. "He's a... well, in his own words, he's a 'failure' when it comes to practical magic.

During his OWLs exam, he barely passed Charms and Defense Against the Dark Arts. He can't cast a complex spell like the Patronus Charm at all. Plus, he's mainly busy with company matters right now..."

Lynn slapped his forehead, having almost forgotten about that.

"You want to learn the Patronus Charm from me?" Lynn stroked his chin. "I've never taught anyone magic... Wait a minute!"

Lynn suddenly had a flash of inspiration, recalling a novel he had flipped through previously to pass the time.

What was that book called? It seemed to be written by a neurotic wizard who claimed to be "The Wizard Who Danced with Azkaban Dementors for Three Hundred Days"... Right! Deeds and Misdeeds with Dementors! There was a chapter in it where the author, in order to master the most powerful Patronus, illegally acquired a weakened Dementor, locked it in a basement, practiced against it every day, and eventually achieved great success.

At the time, Lynn had only read it as a novelty, but now... looking at the Dementor cornered and trembling before him, and considering Ollie's urgent request, a brilliant (and morally dubious) idea popped into his head.

"I haven't taught anyone... but I know a highly 'efficient' method of learning. Leave it to me, Ollie. Wait at home—I'll be over soon."

Beep—beep—

The call to Ollie was answered almost the moment it was dialed, so fast it was as if he had been waiting by the phone.

"Lynn." Ollie's voice came through.

"I'm at your front door," Lynn said concisely.

Ollie practically ran out to open the door for Lynn, his face full of anticipation.

"That fast? Shall we start? Do we need to go to the backyard? There's more space there." Ollie eagerly led Lynn inside.

Lynn waved his hand, however, and followed Ollie to his bedroom.

"The teaching location isn't here. But you definitely need to prepare yourself mentally first."

Ollie looked confused. "Mental preparation? I know learning the Patronus Charm requires strong mental fortitude. I'll try hard to recall happy memories..."

"No, no, no," Lynn interrupted, shaking his head. "You might have misunderstood. What I mean is, I won't be the one teaching you."

Ollie: "??"

Not Lynn teaching? Then how would he learn? Reading a book? Finding another professor? Ollie was completely bewildered.

Lynn didn't explain further but gestured for Ollie to wait.

He placed the trunk on the carpet and opened the lid.

"Follow me." Lynn went in first.

Although Ollie was full of doubt, his trust in Lynn made him follow without hesitation.

Passing through the passageway, they arrived at a relatively isolated area inside the trunk that had been simply reinforced and sealed off.

Then, Ollie saw a sight that made his pupils contract sharply.

In the open space, Levi was standing beside a cage that emitted a faint silver glow, occasionally tilting his head to look curiously at the occupant inside.

Inside the cage, a tall figure clad in tattered black robes was tightly curled up in the corner farthest from Levi, wishing it could shrink into the material of the cage itself.

A chill permeated the area around the figure, making the temperature noticeably lower than elsewhere, but the figure itself was trembling slightly, the darkness beneath its cloak seeming to dim a little, occasionally letting out a weak, aggrieved sound of "Aba...".

It was none other than the Dementor that Lynn had "invited" back as a guest.

Ollie gasped, taking a sharp step back, his fingers instinctively reaching for his wand.

Even separated by the specialized cage and a distance, the suffocating chill and sense of despair still faintly reached him.

"Lynn! This... what is this?!" Ollie's voice was distorted; he never expected Lynn's so-called "efficient learning method" to be this!

"As you can see," Lynn tapped the transparent cage, producing a crisp sound that made the Dementor inside shrink back again.

"Your exclusive teaching aid, ultimate sparring partner, and learning outcome tester—a Dementor in 'good' condition."

He turned and flashed a brilliant smile at the dumbfounded Ollie—a smile that Ollie thought was positively "demonic":

"Surprised? Unexpected? Without further ado, shall we start? Cast your Patronus Charm at it. Remember—the happiest memory. The more frightened it is, the more effective your spell is. Don't worry, the cage is sturdy, and Levi is watching; it won't dare to act up... probably."

Ollie looked at the ominous black figure in the cage, then at Lynn's face, which clearly read Start Your Performance, and felt his world had been subjected to an unprecedented shock.

Using a Dementor to practice the Patronus Charm?! This method... is way too hardcore!

However, thinking about how his mother was killed by a werewolf and how his own home was recently attacked by werewolves... Ollie swallowed hard, his gaze becoming firm again. He drew his wand, took a deep breath, faced the cage, and adopted the casting stance.

"I... I'll try!"

"Very good! Full of spirit!"

Lynn stepped forward.

Click.

With a soft sound, the cage opened.

"Lynn?!" Ollie was so startled he nearly jumped, and his wand almost slipped from his grip.

The Dementor in the cage seemed stunned for a moment. It first cautiously "looked" at Lynn, who was close by, and then "looked" at Levi beside him.

After confirming their gazes, it realized these were opponents it couldn't afford to provoke.

After all, the memory of being double-teamed was still fresh.

Then, naturally, it directed all its "attention" and "appetite" toward the only target present that emitted enticing emotional fluctuations.

"Aba—! (Delicacy—!)"

The Dementor let out a joyful shriek and lunged straight toward Ollie.

Ollie's scalp tingled.

Facing the Dementor's charge directly was far more terrifying than viewing it through a cage.

The happy images he had just desperately tried to construct in his mind flickered like a candle in the wind, threatening to go out, and were quickly covered by gloom.

"Expecto Patronum!"

The light from Ollie's wand flickered unsteadily, managing a few weak flashes before being completely extinguished with a "poof" amid the Dementor's approaching cold aura.

Failure.

"Expecto Patronum."

A flash of silver light!

The Patronus flew out, beating its wings, striking the Dementor just before it reached Ollie—hitting it precisely!

"Aba!!! (Ouch ouch ouch!)"

The Dementor let out a howl, its entire form violently dispersing again, and it flew backward faster than it had come, crashing back into the cage.

Lynn casually waved his hand, and the cage door closed and locked again.

Ollie took a deep breath, ready again. "Again!"

Lynn opened the cage again.

The Dementor hesitated this time, but the temptation of "food" still won out.

"Aba! (I must eat this time!)"

It lunged out again, but its speed seemed slightly slower, tinged with hesitation.

"Expecto Patronum!" Ollie gritted his teeth.

Silver light shone from the tip of the wand again, brighter and lasting longer than before, faintly suggesting a flowing shape, but ultimately dissipating with a "poof."

Almost simultaneously, Lynn's Patronus appeared on time again, easily swatting the Dementor back into the cage.

"Aba! (Again?!)"

"Not bad, you've improved. The silver light was brighter," Lynn encouraged, then reopened the cage without hesitation.

"Aba! (I charge!)"

"Expecto Patronum!" (Silver light shone, lasted two seconds, dissipated.)

Lynn's Patronus attacked!

"Smack!"

The Dementor returned to its position.

"Again!"

"Aba... (Why again...)"

"Expecto Patronum!" (Silver light flashed; a faint outline of a small animal seemed to appear.)

Lynn's Patronus filled the gap.

"Bang!"

The Dementor hit the cage.

"A-gain!"

"Aba... (I'm a bit full, don't want to eat anymore...)"

"Expecto Patronum!" (Ollie was drenched in sweat; the silver light was weak.)

Lynn's Patronus performed its routine duty.

"Whoosh—smack!"

The Dementor collapsed.

"A-gain..."

This time, after Lynn opened the cage door, the Dementor inside merely shifted, shrinking itself further into the deepest corner—refusing to cooperate.

It even "glanced" at Ollie.

Please, just end me... or can you switch to someone else? Are this young master's happy memories laced with lead? Why are they so hard to extract?

Lynn: "..."

This Dementor had quite the attitude.

He curled his finger and knocked on the transparent cage wall, making a "dong dong" sound. "Come out. Work isn't finished yet."

The Dementor played dead, remaining completely still.

Lynn sighed, raised his wand, and pointed directly inside the cage. "Looks like I'll have to use some coercive measures. Expecto—"

Before he could finish the spell, the Dementor inside sprang up violently!

"Aba! Aba aba?! (If I come out, you hit me! If I don't come out, you still hit me?! Do you wizards have no sense of reason?! Are there no Dementor rights anymore?!)"

It let out a rapid series of accusations.

The silver light at the tip of Lynn's wand was already glowing. He said expressionlessly, "Cut the nonsense. Come out and take a beating. Or I'll go in and help you 'loosen up.'"

Dementor: "..."
