Far past the sea shore on the central continent, Hermisa, the central capital of all of Kinerik. A city with silver streets and towering building that kissed the sky above. Feet moved rapidly as streaks darted past to and fro through the busy streets.
And mounted right at the city's center stood a single tower building with symbol of a shooting star right at its center. The headquarters of Hypirex.
"You're telling that you and your entire quad failed to capture just one guy," The Hypirex chief looked on with both arms rested on his desk and finger intertwined together. His gaze focused with an air frustration and annoyance around him
Strapped around his wrist was a gear three limiter
"We are trying are best but he just but he seems to be two steps ahead of us every time we get close to apprehending him sir," the Reacher with a limiter that read 'III' spoke to the chief.
"Then move faster. You're a bloody Reacher Yaseki damnit," the chief slammed his fist on his desk.
The Reacher lowered his gaze.
The chief clicked his tongue. "The council are on my neck on this case already,"
A huff of air left chief lips.
"This guy, this…" he snapped his finger trying to recall. "Breaker was it. He's a serious problem".
The chief swirled his chair to face the massive glass window behind him.
"A guy who can hack the system so thoroughly and cleanly without that's dangerous,"
He out to the city below them.
"You understand that right," asked the Chief.
The Reacher looked down to the limiter resting on his wrist. Shut his eyes and let out a breath.
"I do"
"Do you?" the chief turned back around to face the Reacher. "Don't forget that limiter wasn't just given to for you to parade around Slugha,"
The Reacher eyes flinched upon hearing that word and for a moment his face contorted in to something that resembled rage. A soft sigh then left his lips and that rage vanished.
"I understand," he words came out empty and hollow.
"Good, now I want to you to go out an search every nook and cranny in the entirety of Kinerikan," he slammed harder on to his desk. "And find that darn BREAKER!!!!!!"
The Reacher just bowed his head before darting in away. Rushing through the head quarter, a haze and blur even to other officers walking through.
He made his way to his private office.
Once there, he took a seat on his desk and began working on his computer. His hands moving fast through terminals and keyboard. Hacking in every salience camera and satellite he had access to. He scanned through it all. His hands moving rapidly as swiped past footage after footage, the screen a blur data moved through it too fast for the naked eye to perceive.
He searched and skimmed through hundreds to thousands of footage for hours on end before…
He stopped, screen came to complete halt the footage cleared. Revealing a man with a visible gear one limiter making his way in to dark alley away and stepping out moments let with a limiter that flash 'X' on it.
The Reacher, in blurred haze, raced away, out of the headquarters. With a boom in his step, he rushed out of Hermisa, crossed the central continent, darted past the sea and made it to western continent and made it to city of Hast.
There, a man ran through the city with an ecstatic smile on his face as he zoomed through the city with a loud boom. His limiter, flashing from a two to an 'X', as he continued running. Feeling a rush of life with each step before…

Something fast came and hit, stopping before he could even process what it was.
"Where is Breaker?" the Reacher spoke coldly as he held the man by the collar.
"I…I" the man stammer and shook unable to compose the right words.
A frustrated grunt left Reacher's lips before tossed the man to the ground.
The man, seeing the chance to run, as about to dart away but the Reacher's hands moved quicker. He with a simple tap on his limiter, he managed to hack the man's limiter and activated its full restrictions, fully stripping him of his speed before the man could take a single step.
"Stay put, I'll back to deal with you in a second," the Reacher spoke darting out away.
Moving fast, he rushed in to the alley way where the man's limiter got hacked. Finding, just like he did back a Swift, a lone door. Racing in, he made his way to a room, where found once more, a familiar set up of screens each displaying the lay out of the entire city. Along with a desk in the middle of the room and a small note placed on it. "Still too slow Slugha,"
"Damnit", The Reacher gritted his teeth darting off.
Finding the man he left behind and rushing him to the near Hypirex cell before the man could blink.
After that, the man made his way back to the head quarter. Blasting through and darting straight to his office.
"Someone seems little on edge," one of the officers spoke as he took a sip from his mug. His armor was similar to that of the Reacher with a gear three limiter.
"Can you blame the Aselero? He was assigned to deal with the rogue limiter hacker the one involved with the case back at Swift," said an officer that standing next to him. "And apparently the guy was clever enough to hack a limiter without our systems detecting anything"
"I don't understand why the high up would entrust such a sensitive task with that…" An officer with hard darkened eyes bit his tongue.
"Oh, what's wrong Runar, still salty he was assigned captain and not you," the officer with the drink mocked.
A grunt left the officer with darkened eyes. "Mark my words Xellorus, everything has its place. And that slugha's place isn't here"
The officer with darkened eyes then walked away from them.
"Someone woke up from the wrong side of the bed today," said Xellorus as he sipped he took another sip from his mug.
Meanwhile back at his office, Aselero was body on the computer. His body walking overtime, continuing to process hundreds of footages every second. He stayed on his deck, search for any clue he could find that could lead to Breaker but, nothing.
"Damn, this guy really has you over the edge, huh," a voice broke his focus. Aselero, letting out a tired breath, turned his head and found none other than Xellorus, holding two cups on his hands.
"What do you want Xellorus," He spoke with a little bit of annoyance laced in his voice.
"Take a look out the window for a second. The sky's getting dark. You know what that means right," said Xellorus.
Aselero just ignored Xellorus an focused on the computer.
Xellorus just rolled his eyes and placed a cup on his desk.
"What is his stuff," he turned to look at cup's content for only a second before going back to his computer.
"Some miracle drink imported straight for Genesis called…kufi I think. I don't know. It's maintain to eliminate fatigue. Figure if anyone needs it, it's you captain," said Xellorus.
Aselero then picked up the cup and dumped the entire drink in to his mouth, not minding the fact that it was still.
"It's good," Aselero immediately increased his speed on the computer.
"Damn, that shit works fast," said Xellorus as he took a sip of his own cup.
"Xellorus, I need you go with the rest of the squad to Hast. There in custody is a man I apprehended earlier today. I need you to go and question him," said Aselero.
"Interrogating a slugha, Runar's going to lov…" Xellorus was cut off midsentence by Aselero stopping was he was doing a flashed a deadly glare at Xellorus.
"Sorry, I… uhm, I didn't mean to use the 's' word around you. I *cleared his throat*, I'm going to just uhm, go" Xellorus darted away.
Once he was gone, a tired huff left Aselero's as he continued looked through his computer. Checking all the data base and info he could, trying to find out just who this 'Breaker' was but…
"Damnit," he slammed down hard on his desk.

A few hours past and Aselero was still searching when he call came in through his limiter.
"Xellorus what did you hide,"
"Nothing worth telling. Guy claims to know nothing about the hacker, just that he was approached by some guy after failing Speed Check and they led him to the Hack's base in an alley way," said Xellorus.
A frustrated huff left Aselero's lips.
"Should I a unit to check the alley to see if we can find something," asked Xellorus.
"I've already check but," he pinched the bridge of his nose. "Yeah, if you think you can find something, go ahead,"
"You goddamn, Slugha. *Slamm* Tell me everything now or…"
Aselero heard a man voice yelling through the limiter.
"Runar", he sighed, knowing exactly who was yelling.
"Yeah, sorry about that captain. You know how Runar is," Xellorus chuckled nervously.
"I'll break both your leg and leave a pathetic cripple if you don't…"
"Okay, got to go captain. I'll see the unit to check the alley out, bye" Xellorus immediately ended the call
Aselero slumped down on his seat.
"I don't get it. A guy just can't vanish and reappear like this without a trace," his rest his head on his palm. His mind racing desperately to come up with a solution to this 'Breaker' problem.

His limiter pinged.
He looked down at his limiter.
"Fastilo just fell asleep and I'm about to put Spedori to bed,"
"Your dinner is getting cold"
"When will you be home?"
A weak sigh left Aselero's lips as he read those messages. He then finally turned his head and looked out the window.
It was pitch black out.
He then looked at texts on his limiter.
Letting out another sigh, he turned back to his computer and turned it off.
"I'll be soon," he typed on the computer, before darting out.
Leaving head quarter, he darted through the streets. Maintaining a steady pace, though his feet left tired and his mind fogged. He still pushed himself and made to small quiet home at the edge of the city, rest on top calm field.
Darting to the door and slowly opened it up. The home was dark with only dining room light still lit. Seated at the very center of the table was a single plate.
A heavy hum left his breath as he walked past the dining room and made his way up the stairs.
Peep through one of the many rooms there he found his ten year old son fast sleep coiled up on his bed like a new born. A gentle smile crossed his lips before he left the room, walking quietly and calmly, he made it to the only other room that still had the light on.
"The Reacher could dash through sea and cross entire continents. There was no distance too vast and journey to long for them to cross. And if the wanted to, they could even leap far beyond sky and touch the sky," a woman, lying on the bed carrying an infant who was slowly drifting off to sleep, spoke as she kissed the child's forehead softly.
Once she saw the child was finally asleep, she raised her head.
"You can come in now Aselero. He's asleep," she spoke softly while cradling her child.
"Swifa I'm so sorry, I'm home late. I was held up on work and…" he was cut of mid-sentence by his wife shushing him.
"Go have your meal, clean yourself up and just come join me on the bed," said Swifa while still holding the baby on her arms.
Aselero just smiled at her, thankful to Yaseki for the woman he married.
A short while later, after eating and washing up. Aselero laid shirtless only on his boxers next to him wife on their shared bed, fast sleep on her night gown. Their infant, still asleep on his cradle right next to their bed.
Aselero, tossed and turned restlessly on the bed before finally. His eyes, shut open.
Rising from bed, he turned to his wife and then his child. Seeing them sleep so peacefully, a soft breath leaving his.
He then got up from bed and slowly made his way out the door. Leaving the bed room and making his way to his private quarters.
In there, stood a single desk with lamp on in. Taking his seat, activated his limiter and a holographic panel appeared filled with information of every known person Breaker had been involved with, from Rushina to the man he apprehended earlier.
Staring hard it a good minute before shutting it down.
No matter how longer he thought about it, he just couldn't figure Breaker out.
He only seemed to after gear ones but he never askes for money or a fee of any kind. He chooses to hack there limiter just for with seemingly nothing in return. And it's not like he's hack were crude or simple after all they were able to full their systems. If it wasn't for the fact they were able to pick up an abnormal spike in speed from back when Rushina used her hack limiter. Then they would have never known of Breaker's capabilities.
A tired sigh left Aselero as he lowered his head. Then reached for a compartment in his desk and brought out seemingly broken limiter.
It Rushina's, the very one Breaker hacked.
He then brought out a massive journal and opened it. Within it were hand rewritten and drawn manuals and spec of limiters of all kinds.
Aselero began dismantling the limiter, jotting and draw up the different components of the limiter. Noting down each ever minute detail of the limiter.
