A train comes to Konoha 20 years early by making a non-canon event into a canon one.
Reward: Inventor
Description: Knowledge of various areas.
For example: mechanical, health, environmental, daily life/cultural.
The flood of memories settled into Kakashi's mind, top-class modern medical information, engineering, and other such information.
Kakashi shut the train down atop the Hokage monument, going over some of the knowledge that interested him in particular. Military Engineering stood out to him, but with none of the required equipment for modern engineering, Kakashi would have to improvise for the various things not in the ninja world. The other subset of areas he was interested in included medical equipment such as pacemakers, MRI machines, prosthetic limbs, and bionic eyes. There was so much more, many lifetimes of knowledge in many areas of subject matter, all at the highest level.
Kakashi looked at the list of his rewards that he had yet to claim, seeing a bunch of everyday rewards that he could buy before pausing on one and hurriedly claiming it.

Description: Knowledge of the 6 powers used by the World Government Cipher Pol and the Marines.
Shave, Iron Body, Paper Arts, Moonwalk, Finger Pistol, Tempest Kick, and the hidden 7th(Six Powers King Gun)
Can be used with chakra, but using an enhanced state, such as the Eight Inner Gates, 7 Heavenly Breaths, Sage Mode, or any other enhanced state, allows the user to use it without chakra, requiring only stamina.
Kakashi went back home, thinking about giving these techniques to Gai and Lee and to Tsunade, so that she could learn them and pass them on to Sakura. There was a long, understanding silence between Kakashi and Tsunade about not discussing how he was doing some of the things he was doing; Tsunade attributed this to Kakashi being an innovator like her Granduncle, not letting her mind think too deeply about it, her Granduncle was too smart, and Kakashi possibly being on that level wasn't something that raised any alarms in her mind.
- 3 days later, Konoha Gate -
"Well, we're off, we'll be back in 3 years' time, don't slack, everyone."
Jiraiya joked to the small gathered crowd of Kakashi, Tsunade, Shizune, Sakura, and Sasuke. Karin, having asked to join Naruto and Jiraiya on the trip and having received permission, packed all the fuinjutsu material needed to be an Uzumaki seal master, along with jutsu scrolls filled with various elemental jutsu, and even Kakashi's own insights into sensory techniques.
Sakura steps up, hugging Naruto and Karin.
"Stay safe, you two, and try not to flirt too much and forget to train."
Sakura teased, having been a silent supporter despite not having interacted much with Karin. Sakura could tell Karin was a sweet girl and genuinely liked Naruto.
Karin blushed the same crimson red of her hair as everyone except Naruto laughed, Naruto lightly rubbing her back in support.
"Ignore them, Karin, they just like getting reactions."
Naruto met Sasuke's eye before stepping up and holding out his hand.
Sasuke took it, shaking it twice.
"You'd better train hard, or I'll surpass you."
Naruto scoffed good-naturedly
"In your dreams, Uchiha. Just try not to fry your brain with any new lightning jutsu Sensei teaches you."
"Hn, I'm not the one who fries my brain all the time with shadow clones, stop projecting."
"Maa, I believe that's enough, you two."
Kakashi spoke up before it could devolve into an insulting competition, stepping up and pulling Naruto and Karin both in for a hug.
"Work hard, study well, and eat plenty, sleep plenty, and play plenty."
Kakashi whispers to them, quoting the Turtle Hermit Master Roshi himself, before pulling back, imagining how they'd look when they came back to the village, how tall they'd be, how strong they'd become, how much they have matured as a whole.
'Are you seeing this, Sensei, Kushina? Naruto and Karin are the spitting image of you two; it's almost like I've gone back in time'
"Take care, brats."
Tsunade said, a soft smile on her face, her words never mushy, but she only spoke this way to you if she truly cared.
"We'll miss you too."
Naruto rolled his eyes, Naruto and Karin saying goodbye to Shizune as well before they began walking, waving until they were out of sight to everyone.
"This place already feels less bright without that boy around. Karin, too, they make an interesting pair, bright blonde and crimson red."
Tsunade chuckled before turning, Sakura and Shizune following as they waved to Kakashi and Sasuke.
"Well, Sasuke. Looks like we've been left."
Kakashi said with amusement, Sasuke only giving him an "Hn" in response.
"You really need a sense of humor and a hobby."
"I have a hobby."
"Anything that's not training related?"
Kakashi interrupted.
"Training is Lee and Gai's hobby."
"You're wrong, actually. Gai and Lee are very fond of baking and cooking, especially spicy foods. They hold challenges to see who can make the spiciest food and who can finish it the fastest. When not doing that, they actually bake good sweets."
Sasuke looked at Kakashi with a very strange expression, imagining the bushy-browed duo in aprons, and immediately got a full-body shiver.
Kakashi got a lot of amusement out of his reaction.
"Ninjas deal with our way of life differently, Sasuke. Jiraiya peeps, Orochimaru preyed on children, Lady Tsunade gambles, Asuma smokes, Gai makes food, and the whole Nara clan is quite fond of cloud watching."
Sasuke blinks, almost missing the one about Orochimaru because Kakashi passed over it so casually, like he didn't see anything wrong with what he said.
"I'll think of something if you promise to drop this subject."
"Fine."
Kakashi shrugged.
"But you're to move in with me for the duration of our training."
Sasuke gave Kakashi a strange look.
'Are you sure you're not the one preying on kids?'
Kakashi felt his eye twitch, resisting the urge to punch him straight in the face for the obviously rude thoughts that were painted across his face.
"Don't give me that look, you can't brood all your life, Sasuke. I know you're not used to living with people, but you're going to have to suck it up; it's not healthy, and I won't allow it to continue. I won't try to control you, but I do, however, expect you to get more comfortable living around other people. You have a life, a life that shouldn't be spent alone with your wandering mind inside an empty clan compound."
"Ok."
Sasuke ground out before he began to walk away.
"I'll go pack and be at your house at night around 10."
Sasuke said before vanishing in a body flicker.
'That kid.'
Kakashi groaned as he thought about the situation with Itachi and how everything would play out, not wanting to use Kotoamatsukami on his student, but he would if it came down to it.
'Itachi should be getting back to me soon. I think ripping the band-aid off now would be much better than prolonging this conversation any longer than it needs to be. Danzo is dead, and the only ones Sasuke could realistically direct his anger at would be the elder; I don't care if they died, but the Third would be a more delicate matter. He's not innocent in all of this, but it certainly wasn't him who gave the order to slaughter the clan. And then there's Itachi himself.'
Kakashi sighed, already not looking forward to mediating the conversation between the two brothers.

Time skip arc, I won't be moving directly into the time skip, but I'll only be focusing on stuff to do with Kakashi and maybe check in on Sakura's training. We'll see.
