On his way back to the village, Kakashi paused atop a branch as memories of his shadow clone came flooding back.
In the memories, Kakashi's clone got in touch with Anko and introduced her to Karin, handing a large amount of cash to Anko and letting the two go shopping for Karin's clothes and whatever else a young girl would need, including a hefty amount of extra cash to let Karin fix up her room how she wanted.
'My clone was very generous.'
Kakashi felt a pain in his heart at the amount of cash that was handed over as he rushed back to the village, knowing he'd probably have to help pack everything into the house.
'Maybe I can ask Gai for help if he's available. I'd be able to slack off and let him pack everything in like it was his only mission in life.'
Kakashi nodded, liking the idea.
- With Naruto -
Having made some little, but meaningful progress with the wind style Rasengan, Naruto decided it'd be best that he rest before his body forced him to rest, trudging towards the nearby river and splashing the cool water on his face and in his sweaty hair. Sighing at the feeling, Naruto sat down and removed his sandals before putting his feet into the water to cool down, before lying back onto the grass.
A shadow fell over his face and upper body a few minutes later, but Naruto knew who it was based on the sound, looking up to see Jiraiya holding a large umbrella.
"Mind if I join?"
Naruto simply patted the space next to him, and Jiraiya joined him after jamming the end of the umbrella into the ground between them, slipping his geta sandals off and putting his feet in.
"Ahh, this is the life."
The sounds of nature enveloped them as they lay there, the heat wafting down on the lower half of their bodies, not in the shade, feet in the water, and eyes closed under the umbrella.
"So, how is your training coming along?"
Naruto hummed.
"It's going. I might have it done in 3 more days if I keep it up at this pace."
"Well, just remember not to overdo it. I know you have a bet going, but it's not worth hurting yourself over."
Naruto was a bit caught off guard; he knew Jiraiya cared for him, but hearing such words never failed to warm his heart.
"Yeah…. I'll be sure not to overdo it."
"Good."
Jiraiya was pleased with the response, opening his eyes to gaze at the clouds drifting in the sky.
- With Kakashi -
Arriving back in the village, Kakashi met up with Anko and Karin after not finding Gai and offered to help carry stuff.
"Here you go."
Anko stuffed bag after bag into Kakashi's hand and rushed Karin into another store, leaving Kakashi to wait outside.
Feeling vindictive, Kakashi created 4 shadow clones to carry the bags, since it was one of his clones that handed over a small fortune.
Kakashi ignored the grumbling clones and sat on a nearby bench, watching Anko tug Karin through the store like a woman on a mission.
'I'm going to have to take some more missions soon.'
While not pressed for money, Kakashi didn't like living from mission to mission; his own mission records can attest to the number of missions completed. He has completed the second-most missions behind Jiraiya.
Anko dragged Karin from the store 20 minutes later with a few more bags, silently placing them in the arms of a couple of Kakashi's clones before rushing off to another store.
By the end of the shopping spree, Kakashi's shadow clones looked like they wished to assassinate Kakashi and take his place as the original. Unable to take the death glares, Kakashi created two more clones to lighten the load as he led Karin and Anko back to his house to let the women sort out Karin's room alongside the clones.
Walking straight towards his couch, Kakashi lay down like someone who had just come back from a nine-to-five, smiling into the cushions as he felt the stares of his clones.
'Next time, don't hand over a small house's worth of money for a single girl's shopping trip.'
Kakashi was being a bit petty, but did he care? No, not in the slightest.
Taking the time to check his rewards now that he wasn't doing anything, Kakashi opened them all at once.

*Ding
The Fallen Kazekage

(Not the Kekkei Genkai, just understanding of the forces)
Note: Can be combined with Lightning Release once mastery is achieved.
The plethora of knowledge pouring into Kakashi's head at once was intense, but unlike when he first awakened, this knowledge dump felt refreshing in a way that he was having a hard time defining. Every reward was meaningful in one way or another, though he could've gone without the knowledge of Danzo's dealings from his point of view.
From the former Root leader's memories, Kakashi saw everything. The hidden deals with other villages behind Hiruzen's back, the many attempts to acquire the nine-tails jinchuriki, both Kushina when she was young and Naruto. The betrayal Danzo committed against Kagami by gouging out the Uchiha's eye after said Uchiha had saved him from an ambush, the death of Shisui's father, the many researchers and outside investors around the world, Danzo's connections to the underbelly of society, and even attempts to contact the Akatsuki before he died.
'You were true trash, Danzo, worse than the scum of scum.'
"What has you so serious looking?
Anko asked, having tapped Kakashi's shoulder after he didn't seem to hear her call his name.
"Ahh, my bad, I was just thinking about something. Did you need help with something?"
Anko observed him for a few seconds before shaking her head.
"No, her room is already done. Want to come see? It might be good for you to get your mind off whatever it was you were thinking so hard on."
Kakashi nodded and stood.
"Yeah, perhaps it's for the best that I leave my thoughts for later."
Kakashi followed Anko into Karin's room, taking in the room that had looked very generic before, now looking like a proper kunoichi's room. It had the flair of femininity without crossing into the eye-sore of design that most civilian women would have gone with. Karin's closet was now full of various Kunoichi outfits for different weather and color schemes. In the top drawer was a gleam of metal that Kakashi recognized as a kunai and shuriken set. And while she had all the proper stuff expected of a kunoichi, Karin also had daily wear for different occasions and lots of it; what was once an empty closet looked like it needed to be expanded on all sides by at least 6 feet.
"Looks much better."
Kakashi nodded, looking over to Karin.
"Does this feel better?"
Karin nodded, opening her mouth before shutting it, having things she wanted to say, but was too overcome to speak at the moment.
Kakashi walked over and gently ruffled her hair, smiling when she swatted his hand away and started fixing her hair.
"You don't have to say anything. I didn't give you a place to stay just to hear gratitude or anything like that. You're considered a grown-up when you become a kunoichi or ninja, but I can attest that very mindset has only brought pain and burdens upon those too young to properly bear them. I don't expect you to change how you act, but you're not responsible for everything that has shaped you, ok?"
Karin nodded, not swatting Kakashi's hand away this time when he ruffled it up even more before he turned and walked out with a silently observing Anko.
"I didn't know you were good with kids."
Kakashi laughed softly, grabbing a teapot along with the tea bags from the kitchen cabinet.
"Good is debatable, I just try not to suck. It helps that I had to raise Naruto, but girls are a whole other matter. I'm just trying to give her room to grow while letting her know I'll help when needed."
Anko took a seat at the dining room table across from the kitchen.
"Spoken like a true dad, you know most women would probably pay to see this."
Kakashi set the teapot on the stove after filling it with water, then turned to look at Anko, confused.
"What is that supposed to mean?"
Anko rolled her eyes.
"Come on, Copy Ninja, think. S-Rank ninja, son of the White Fang, playing the domestic father role instead of punching holes through people. I'm sure many would like to see this as much as they want to see what's under that mask."
"I like to think I do both in equal measure. And if anyone wants to know what's under my mask, they just have to ask; I don't really mind."
Kakashi replied with a hint of amusement.
"Oh, really? Then, do you mind showing me?"
Kakashi shrugged, preparing the tea after the teapot began to whistle. Pouring two cups, Kakashi set one down in front of her and took his seat across the table.
"I don't really mind showing anyone, it's really no big deal."
Kakashi reached up and pinched the mask at the bridge of his nose.
"Behind this mask is…"
Anko leaned forward almost imperceptibly.
Kakashi pulled down the mask to reveal.
"Another mask"
Kakashi finished with an eye smile.
- Chapter End -
This chapter really fills like filler, but I'm working up to better chapter. I hope you enjoyed it despite how slice of life this Chapter felt. I added the rewards that have been just waiting to be claimed to add to the chapter more, hope the rewards with it, and yes, I'll be adding certain things from other anime and converting them to the Naruto system. Anything relying on a different energy system will be converted to a chakra technique for example. But if Kakashi gets, lets say a physical reward, he has to have the physical requirements to use it.
1.6k words excluding the end of chapter stuff.
