Chapter 3 - Chapter 3: The Teleporting Husky, The Effect of Hundredfold Enhancement!

Among the Mutant populace, the potential level of Mutant abilities is generally divided into five levels.

Starting from the lowest, Ipsilon Class.

These are legendary, weak existences, not only possessing unsightly non-human forms but also abilities with no combat effectiveness whatsoever.

They can be said to be the dregs among Mutants!

Next, there is the second level, Delta Class.

This is the level of Rhodey's initial Mutant ability, Rapid Self-Healing.

Most Mutant abilities at this level do not alter the Mutant's appearance, which is an advantage.

But at the same time, Delta Class-level Mutant abilities generally possess little combat effectiveness.

So, they are still the weakest fighters among Mutants!

It's just that they don't live as hard a life as Ipsilon Class Mutants, as they still retain a human appearance.

After that is the third level, Gamma Level!

Mutants at this level already possess considerable combat power and represent a turning point for Mutants.

But unfortunately, Gamma Level Mutant abilities generally have various strange flaws.

It could be in the ability itself, or it could be physical.

In short, Gamma Level Mutant abilities rarely exist without flaws!

After Gamma Level comes the fourth level, Beta.

Mutants at this level are the backbone of the Mutant population, the main force!

The Mutant abilities at this level are quite powerful, and they do not cause any changes to the external appearance, so they won't be immediately treated as monsters!

The only drawback is that the control of the ability is not very perfect.

This is not something that can be improved with more practice; it's an innate issue.

For example, Cyclops.

It's not that he didn't practice controlling it; it's that he truly couldn't control it!

He had to rely on external objects.

And then, the main event!

The fifth level, Alpha-level!

Alpha-level is generally considered the highest level among Mutants.

Why "generally"? Because a very few Alpha-level Mutants may break through themselves, reaching a new height, or even becoming Mutants with unlimited potential.

These types of Mutants are generally referred to as Omega-level!

In short, all Omega-level are Alpha-level, but not all Alpha-level are Omega-level!

Therefore, Alpha-level Mutants are often called Omega-level Reserves!

Alpha-level Mutants no longer have flaws in their abilities; both their appearance and abilities are perfect.

And their abilities are extremely powerful, even reaching the level of Universe rules.

Among them, some extremely powerful Alpha-level Mutants have the potential to become Omega-level in the future.

In the system's settings, the potential of a Mutant ability determines the upper limit of its development level!

Generally, if the potential is level X, the development limit is level X.

This also aligns with the Mutant's setting.

But Omega-level is an exception.

It can be "beyond 5th level," or also called "6th level."

However, the development level upper limit of Omega-level Mutant abilities is almost non-existent!

5th level is not its limit, nor is 6th level.

If possible, its development level can continue to increase indefinitely!

Of course!

Human power has its limits.

The ability is infinite, but humans are finite, so in reality, there is still a limit.

But this limit is difficult to define and varies from person to person.

....

"By the way, where did Red Devil run off to?"

After Rhodey checked the system interface update, he recalled the husky Red Devil who had just teleported away.

At this moment, he couldn't help but worry, "This silly dog wouldn't have run off to some sensitive place, would he?"

Meanwhile, inside the furniture market, 'thump, thump, thump' sounds occasionally echoed.

A husky with beautiful deep blue eyes was continuously disappearing and appearing, appearing and disappearing, having a blast.

When he got tired of playing, he would stop to chew on sofas, desks, and other things, living like a carefree immortal!

Rhodey worried for a while, thinking that finding a teleporting husky was simply too difficult, and perhaps the silly dog had just gone out to play.

So, he temporarily stopped thinking about the silly dog's problem and directly teleported out of the bedroom.

When he reappeared, Rhodey was already ten thousand meters up in the sky!

"Wow!!!"

Rhodey shouted excitedly.

Then, he began to fall rapidly under the influence of gravity.

"It's so cold, I forgot to wear more clothes!"

Whoosh!

Rhodey's figure instantly vanished again.

There was no red smoke, nor any popping sounds at the original spot.

This was one of the effects of hundredfold enhancement!

After all, a hundredfold enhancement couldn't possibly result in only this much change.

Appearing again, Rhodey returned to the bedroom of his residence.

After changing into warmer clothes, Rhodey vanished once more.

This time, he appeared on a pyramid.

"I arrived in an instant, completely without feeling the passage of time."

Rhodey excitedly kept appearing and disappearing all over the World.

Fortunately, he teleported to remote corners where there were few people and no modern surveillance equipment.

Otherwise;

His constant vanishing and appearing would have probably attracted the attention of S.H.I.E.L.D. long ago.

After playing for a while.

Rhodey appeared on a deserted island overseas.

The island was small and uninhabited.

It was an undeveloped, primitive island.

"The current test results basically confirm that the use of the ability does not involve conventional consumption, and teleportation is not accompanied by smoke and popping sounds."

"As for the distance, it's an instant to go anywhere on this Planet anyway, so further distances are hard to test."

Rhodey looked up at the sky.

He did want to test the farthest teleportation distance.

But he didn't dare!

With his small frame, going into space now, even for a moment, would cause all sorts of problems for his body.

So...

It's better not to court death!

"Now, to test the last item!"

"How much weight can I teleport?"
