Chapter 119 - Chapter 32: The Collapsing Shiori

Kuesumi glanced dismissively at Shiori, who was kneeling on the ground, trembling. She walked over to Ellen, who was struggling on the ground, looking at her face full of suppressed indignation and defiance. It seemed Ellen was still very displeased with her failure, but what did her displeasure have to do with Kuesumi?

"How would you like me to deal with you, Miss Ellen, the world's greatest magician?"

Kuesumi looked at Ellen on the ground with a mocking expression. She had no sympathy for this woman. Wescott had done so many heinous things, and this one had contributed significantly.

Ellen's face contorted into a ferocious expression, and she said unwillingly, "Fight me! I will prove myself to be far stronger than you filthy Spirits!"

"A mere defeated dog, do you still wish to dance?"

"Very well, I shall give you this opportunity."

Looking at Ellen's unwilling eyes, Kuesumi, in a moment of great mercy, took out a magic grimoire and healed her, adjusting her condition to its optimal state.

Kuesumi watched Ellen slowly rise from the ground and said calmly, "How is it? My healing magic is top-notch."

"It's good, but you made one mistake."

Ellen, stretching her limbs, said coldly to Kuesumi.

"Oh! What mistake? Did I not heal you completely?"

Looking at Ellen's face, Kuesumi asked in confusion, wondering if her brain hadn't been healed, or if she had suddenly gone crazy.

"Your biggest mistake was healing me. Die, you filthy Spirit!"

With a cold smile on her face, Ellen raised the long blade in her hand and slashed at Kuesumi, looking incredibly confident.

Appearing before Kuesumi in an instant, Ellen mercilessly slashed at Kuesumi's slender neck. The confident smile on Ellen's face collapsed the next second. Her long blade passed right through Kuesumi's body. The figure before her was merely an afterimage left by high-speed movement. She had completely misjudged the difference in their strengths. This might lead to her losing her life here today.

"What exactly made you so conceited, thinking I was weaker than you?"

Just as Ellen was on guard in her original spot, those words suddenly came from beside her ear. A tremendous pain shot through her lower abdomen, and her body involuntarily slammed against the wall behind her.

The immense force blasted a large hole in the alloy steel wall. At this moment, Ellen lay on the ground like a broken doll. Blood gushed from her mouth and nose. Kuesumi's punch just now had directly shattered her internal organs. In her current physical condition, even if Kuesumi did nothing, she was not expected to survive the night.

"How… how is this possible? I, the world's greatest magician, actually lost to a filthy Spirit? How is this possible?"

Looking at the blood on her hands, Ellen was filled with disbelief and confusion. How could she have lost just like that? In her perception, weren't Spirits all like livestock, ready for her to slaughter? How could such an unexpected situation occur? No, she wasn't a Spirit. She was a monster. She must be a monster. How could a mere Spirit defeat her? This one in front of her was just a monster disguised as a Spirit.

Ellen looked at Kuesumi with a face full of surprise, muttering, "Mon… monster, you're a monster, aren't you?"

"Clap… clap… clap." Looking at the golden-haired girl who had lost her mind, Kuesumi showed no trace of pity. Step by step, like the Grim Reaper, she trod into Ellen's heart. Ellen frantically tried to stand up, but her physical injuries only allowed her to sit up.

"No… don't come over, you monster. Don't come near me, you filthy monster."

"Oh, my, oh, my! Miss World's Greatest Magician, the ground is so dirty! Hurry and stand up, this doesn't suit your status."

Kuesumi walked and mocked Ellen, who was still in a state of panic. Looking at the now disheveled Ellen, Kuesumi's anger dissipated by more than half. In the past, you were high and mighty, looking down on this and that. Now, defeated by a Spirit whom you considered weak, you must be utterly crushed!

But only this could slowly quell the anger that had risen in Kuesumi's heart. As for Ellen's curses, they were merely the cries of a defeated dog.

She continued to curse, but when Kuesumi stood completely before her, she came to her senses and shut her mouth. Only now did she realize with terror what kind of race they had offended. It was too late for regret.

"Wait, please, I beg you, don't kill anyone else, okay? Kuesumi-san, please don't let your hands be stained with the blood of innocent people again, I beg you!"

Just as Kuesumi was about to give Ellen a reward, sending her to meet Hades.

Suddenly, Shiori, who had gone mad for some unknown reason, frantically scrambled up from the ground, grabbed Kuesumi's raised right hand, and pleaded bitterly.

"Ha, innocent? Are you kidding me? This woman has killed more people than you even know. How can you possibly think she's innocent?"

"Do you know her? If you don't, how could you, living in peace, see the dirt buried beneath the surface? It's laughable to me that you'd irresponsibly say such things. You're just a clown."

Kyōji Kujō was amused by Shiori's ridiculous words. With a good temper, Kyōji Kujō didn't pursue her blocking her way, and instead questioned Shiori.

"Knowing nothing of the inside story, what right do you have to think she's innocent? Answer me, Shiori."

Kyōji Kujō questioned, her eyes flashing with cold light.

"I... I..."

Looking at the stammering Shiori, Kyōji Kujō still muttered 'retard' disdainfully in her heart.

"Based on your thinking, in the place I used to live (the first life), you would have been beaten to death, retard."

Disdaining to discuss these issues with Shiori, Kyōji Kujō directly kicked Allen's head, causing it to explode.

Fresh red blood splattered in the air like an explosion, directly covering the bewildered Shiori's face.

Ignoring the dazed Shiori, Kyōji Kujō walked to Tohka, who had been doing nothing but watching the whole time, and completely tore off the chains on her body. Tohka looked at Kyōji Kujō with a blank expression. Kyōji Kujō also smiled and touched this innocent and lovely child's little head. Tohka thanked Kyōji Kujō and went to comfort her meal ticket... cough cough, Shiori.

Just as Kyōji Kujō turned to leave, a burst of ominous spiritual power suddenly erupted behind her.

"What's wrong, Shiori? Say something!"

Kyōji Kujō turned around, looking at the disgusting aura constantly emerging from Shiori's body. This is? Could it be an inversion? Impossible! Shiori is not a Spirit.

"What do you want to do, Shiori?"

Reaching out to stop Tohka, who had been blown away, Kyōji Kujō coldly looked at Shiori, who was enveloped in darkness.

"Awooo~"

Kyōji Kujō was answered with a beastly howl and a giant sword.
