Chapter 3 – The Last Keeper
The protagonist follows forgotten maps into the Frostveil Mountains, searching for the last surviving Keeper of Magic. Deep inside an abandoned monastery lives an elderly mage named Arion, one of the final guardians of the old world.
Arion explains that true magic has never disappeared…it has merely been sleeping, waiting for someone worthy to awaken it.
Under his guidance, the protagonist begins to master ancient elemental magic. Yet before the training is complete, Malakar's corrupted followers attack the monastery. Arion sacrifices himself to ensure the protagonist escapes with the second relic: the Crystal Heart.
His final words linger:
"Power alone cannot save Eldoria. Only sacrifice can."
