Chapter 2 - season 2 - chapter 102

Discussed:meterior

Inside the White Holy Castle, the air felt unusually restrained.

Only a few of Hiko's subordinates had been allowed inside.

The Head of the Maza Empire.

The Head of the Castro Cult.

The Head of the Mavalation Empire.

Piko.

And Hiko himself.

Pearl guided them through the silent halls.

Her steps were calm, practiced.

(Author note: If you don't remember Pearl,

revisit Season 1. She oversees several internal matters of the castle — including informing White when someone exits the Tower.)

Minutes passed as they walked deeper into the structure.

Eventually, they arrived at a chamber.

Inside, the room was almost empty.

Only tables filled the space.

And behind them—

White.

Ixia.

Hanuri.

Alicia.

Silvana.

Waiting.

Hiko, Piko, and the three faction leaders took their seats across from them.

For a moment—

nothing happened.

Only silence.

Hanuri frowned slightly.

Hmm…

Did my little sister not come?

The quiet grew heavier.

Then—

Flux broke it.

"Hm."

Flux leaned back slightly.

"So what is this truth you want?"

Hiko answered without hesitation.

"Nothing complicated."

His gaze moved slowly across the room.

"I want to know everything."

A pause.

"The War of Sectorism."

"The Invertal Warfare."

His eyes briefly shifted toward White.

"And the past of the Ten Legends."

He looked back at Flux.

"Everything."

"I'm sure you want to know too, don't you?"

Flux stared at him.

Then exhaled softly.

"You're thinking in the right direction…"

"But you already made a mistake."

Hiko blinked.

"…What mistake?"

Flux's ruby eyes sharpened.

"First."

"There aren't ten Legends."

The room subtly shifted.

"There are twenty."

Shock rippled across Hiko's face.

"W-what?"

"That's impossible. There are only ten—"

"Ten alive," Flux interrupted.

Silence fell again.

"I learned it in the Craptle Tower."

"There were twenty."

"And someone… killed the other ten."

Hiko leaned back slowly.

His mind was racing.

"…That's…"

Confusing.

But strangely—

it fit.

"…I see," Hiko murmured.

Then he looked directly at Flux again.

"Then help me."

"Become my ally."

Flux tilted his head slightly.

"I'm not sure yet."

His eyes flicked briefly toward White and Alicia.

"Besides… do you even have proof that we can find answers?"

"My dad and mom won't tell us anything."

"I don't know why."

"But they definitely have their reasons."

Hiko nodded.

"Yeah."

Flux raised an eyebrow.

"…You already have something in mind?"

Hiko smiled faintly.

"Yes."

"We need to go to a planet."

"Maita Feltri."

Flux leaned forward.

"…Why that planet?"

"Because on that planet," Hiko said quietly,

"There exists an empire."

"The Empire of Ultimate Knowledgeness."

"They specialize in collecting lost histories."

"If answers exist anywhere…"

"It's there."

He looked directly at Flux.

"So."

"Will you come?"

Flux's lips curved slightly.

"…Interesting."

"I'll go."

"But don't misunderstand."

"I still don't trust you."

"So be careful."

Hiko chuckled lightly.

"I expected nothing less."

"After all…"

"You've got quite an impressive brain too."

White watched the exchange silently.

Whoa…

These kids are something else.

His eyes rested on Hiko.

He even discovered Maita Feltri…

One of the rarest planets to locate.

White folded his hands slowly.

Let's observe.

Let's see what they can really do.

His gaze darkened slightly.

And eventually…

They'll learn about…

…him.

White finally spoke aloud.

"Alright, kids."

"Rest for now."

"I'll arrange the trip to Maita Feltri."

Flux and Hiko both nodded.

"Okay."
