ECLIPSE
Anna fiddled with the comb when she finished manipulating Eclipse's hair in a centre-parted wave that was tied to the back in an exquisite updo.
Eclipse had to admit it, the girl had rare skills that was uncommon for someone that young.
"Miss, can I ask you a question?" Anna said hesitantly while Eclipse stared at the woman who reflected back at the mirror.
Dark eyes. Red lips. Pale skin. Dark hair.
Beautiful, and seemingly innocent.
"What question?"
"Should you become the next Luna Queen, will you retain me as your maid?"
Eclipse curved an eyebrow at her through the mirror.
"Considering you report every one of my movements to the Matroness, should I?"
Anna's eyes widened, and she instantly fell on her knees.
"My lady, I did not mean you any dishonour."
"Rise." Eclipse commanded softly, "You're merely following orders, as are every maidservants like you. You've done nothing wrong."
