Being forced back to lower dimensions for this mission, the Sovereign must travel through worlds while having the persona of a "Supreme Judge" to fix imbalances of fate. Be it demonic sects utilizing illegal contracts or a corrupt immortal suppresing transmigrators, using the Grand Heavenly Cosmos Order as the backbone, the Sovereign brings order to all the chaos. Instead of fighting, he adjudicates.
