 "Korean"

 On the outskirts of

Havana, the capital of Cuba, the villages far from the city center seemed to be trapped in

perpetual calm, even in broad daylight. Dust rose on the faded asphalt roads throughout the

day, and only occasionally an old truck or bicycle passed by. The buildings, closely aligned

on both sides of the narrow streets, did not have a single intact corner. The exterior walls

were all cracked and the paint had come off grotesquely. The electrical wires, tangled like

vines, hung along the walls and connected to each window. The sporadic sounds of television

and radio that were heard through the always open windows confirmed that the place was not

completely abandoned.

The only apartment building in the town was in similar condition.

The constant heat of the region had made the walls and doors extremely thin, making it

almost impossible to expect any soundproofing. Every time a door in the house next door

opened or closed, the vibration was clearly felt. The wooden windows, which had lost their

security function, also served as blinds to block the scorching sun, although many were rotten

from the occasional torrential rains. You couldn't even count on the internet or a decent

communication signal. It seemed that time was flowing more slowly in that place.

 The air,

which was already suffocating during the night, began to boil with sunrise. If you went out in

the scorching sun, the soles of your rubber flip-flops became sticky in a short time. Going out

was something that was only considered in the afternoon, when the heat had decreased a

little. It was at that moment when the door of the house at the end of the third floor was

opened, which had remained silent both day and night.

The person who came out was an

Asian holding an action camera in his hand. A man who was sitting in the hallway trying to

cool off, a woman hanging clothes in the central courtyard, and an old man looking out the

window, all took a look at the strange stranger.

 3

"So far I have shown you the inside of the house where I will live for a week. Now, to

familiarize myself with the surroundings, I'm going to explore the town a little. The structure

of this place is somewhat peculiar; it is a building with corridors that has a central courtyard

in the form of the Korean consonant 'ᄆ'. In Korea there used to be many apartments like this,

right? Here you can see that there is a central staircase that leads to the courtyard, and at both

ends of the corridor there are stairs that lead to the outside. There seems to be no elevator.

Well, even if it's called an apartment, it only has three floors. And if you go out, here is the

landscape that I showed you before through the window. It's small, but there are some shops

and common houses, although there are no signs, so it's hard to know what is what. It's still

daytime, but there are almost no people on the street. The heat in Cuba is not only

suffocating, but scorching, so it seems that everyone is resting inside. In fact, I just left, but I

already want to go back in. The air is so suffocating that it feels like I'm in a sauna. They say

that it rains cats and dogs here too often."

The Asian spoke non-stop to the camera. Judging

by his clothing and behavior, he looked like an ordinary traveler. More precisely, he was acontent creator who recorded and shared videos of his daily life.

"The truth is that there is

not much to show them here. There are no historical or characteristic places, it is rather a

common residential area. It would be great if there were more shops, but there are only three

restaurants. There are no decent coffee shops, not even anything that could be called a

convenience store. There is a supermarket over there. Why don't we go there?"

 After filming

every corner of the town, the Asian went to a nearby store. It was a place where they sold

food and assorted items, with a glass showcase full of scratches and a couple of shelves.

There were no more than twenty products available.

The owner of the store got nervous at

the appearance of the stranger. Discreetly, he pushed his little daughter, who was playing next

to him, behind him. The Asian tourist pointed his camera at them without hesitation.

 4

"This is practically the only supermarket in town. It's the size of a neighborhood store, so it

doesn't have much variety. Drinks, cookies, maybe toilet paper? Since we're here, why don't

we buy something?"

The Asian, who had been talking to himself all the time, finally greeted

the mother and daughter.

 *"Hello!" *

The girl, who had hidden behind her mother, smiled

shyly and replied, *"Hello!" * His face was noticeably pale and he had a nasal cannula. The

owner of the store still showed signs of distrust.

"[Please, give me this drink. Oh, no, not that

one, the orange next to it]."

Despite the additional explanation, the store owner continued to

collect and leave the objects at random. The Asian tourist narrated the situation in detail.

 "I

have noticed it since I arrived in the country: it is difficult to communicate with local people

in Cuba. At the airport and in the city center you could handle a little basic English, but as

soon as you move away a little, it becomes difficult to even buy a bottle of water. I think that,

since Cuba is a communist country, the spread of English is lower than in other places. A

friend I met told me that if you use roaming from an American company, your phone won't

work during the entire trip in Cuba. So I bought a local SIM card, but even with that I can't

access the internet. Haha. My goal was to spend a week in a quiet and secluded place, but

without internet there is not much that can be done. Anyway, for those who plan to travel to

Cuba, I would recommend learning a little Spanish and being prepared to give up the internet

connection during the trip."

The Asian tourist, who had been chatting for a long time, gave

up some dollars. The owner of the store was happy inside, although he was a little

uncomfortable; it seemed that he did not have enough change prepared. With a wave of his

hand, the tourist indicated that he was fine and turned around.

 5

"*Thank you*. Well, this is the drink I just bought. If you touch the bottle, it feels quite

warm. I don't know if you can perceive the heat of the sun here, but now it's around 4 in the

afternoon, you know? It should have cooled down a little, but it's still terribly hot. Well, since

there's not much else to see, I'm going back to the house."

The Asian tourist returned to the

apartment while recording the panorama of the town with his camera. On the way, he greeted

the residents he met. Most responded with a radiant smile, although some simply stared at

him.

He entered the house keeping a firm smile, but as soon as he closed the door, he put the

bolt on. Then, he carelessly dropped the camera that he hadn't released in all that time. He

walked to the window as he felt behind his ear and suddenly ripped the skin off his face,

revealing a different face.

Soon, Kwon Taek-joo's face appeared. The smiling expression he

had maintained all the time disappeared, giving way to a bored and indifferent face. Kwon

Taek-joo picked up an apple that was rolling on the table and began to look out the window.

From there, I could see at a glance the store I had visited a while ago. He did not detect any

unusual circumstances. Not yet. He bit the apple with a crunch and carefully watched thesurroundings of the tent. It was already three days.

A week before, he had received a call

from Director Gwak. He had just successfully completed his previous mission and was

enjoying a few days of vacation. Although calling 'vacation' at that time was a saying, since

he had barely rested due to Zhenya's constant discomfort. After enduring all his complaints,

he had barely managed to close his eyes when he was summoned back to headquarters, which

was not pleasant at all.

 "Did he call me?"

 6

"Wow, your face doesn't look good at all. Neither do your voice. Has something happened to

you?" "I think the problems are not mine, but from here."

"I'm sorry I suddenly called you

on your day off."

Director Gwak offered an apology that did not have much weight.

 "They

say it's an urgent matter, so what does the rest of a simple employee matter? Rather, what is it

about?"

With an expression of disgust, Kwon Taek-joo focused on the matter. Director Gwak

put aside the empty words and went to the point.

"Yes, time is pressing, so I'll get straight to

the point. Last night, several national companies and public institutions suffered a

cyberattack. It was a malicious code in the form of a Trojan."

 "A cyberattack? Wasn't an

improved security program recently distributed to all public institutions? A directive was

even sent to employees to use that program on an ongoing basis. Are you saying that they

have already violated it?"

"Cunningly, they used that same program. They embedded the

malicious code in the automatic update file. Even when the security program's monitoring

system was activated, it could not detect malicious code as malware. The companies and

institutions that were victims of this hack suffered the crash of their servers, and all their data

was encrypted."

Despite what he had heard until that moment, he was still puzzled.

Although it was evident that a large-scale cyberattack had put national security on alert, anti-

terrorist tasks were not the responsibility of Kwon Taek-joo, especially if it was a

cyberattack. However, if there was a reason for him to get involved in this hacking case, it

could only be one.

 7

"Don't tell me it was the work of the North?"

North Korea is considered a hacking power,

along with China and Russia. North Korean leadership has systematically trained personnel

in the field of cyber warfare, keeping its regime closed and seeking to gain an advantage in

this field. Although the North Korean government presents it as a strategy to respond quickly

to changes in the international situation, this is only a justification. North Korea's highly

trained hackers have been constantly attacking government institutions, the military, key

infrastructures, companies and third-country media. And South Korea has undoubtedly been

the most frequent target. Just a few years ago, several financial institutions and large

telecommunications companies in South Korea were infected by malicious code from North

Korea, which caused massive blackouts.

Director Gwak shook his head at the assumption of

Kwon Taek-joo.

"Fortunately, or maybe not, it seems that this time it has not been like that.

The agency's cyber response team analyzed the malware and found several codes with

Cuban-style extensions."

 "Cuba? Why from there...?"

 "They demanded $5 million from

each institution in exchange for decrypting the data."

It was a predictable story. Recently,

hackers who spread ransomware in large companies and public institutions, demanding huge

sums of money, have proliferated. These hackers not only openly hack financial institutions

to divert large amounts of money, but also steal cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin. Hackers

who organize to obtain a larger portion of these profits are often called 'cybercriminal

gangs'.

 8

For some time, Interpol has tried to capture these gangs of cybercriminals, but without muchsuccess. Identifying each member of the organization is already a great challenge, and, as in

the case of North Korea, the authorities of countries such as China or Russia have been little

cooperative in international collaboration. This is the reason why these countries are

suspected to protect gangs of cybercriminals.

 Here is the Spanish translation:

 Kwon Taek-

joo shrugged, as if it was nothing new.

"Anyway, the government's guideline is to respond

firmly to such demands, isn't it?"

"Yes, but this time the situation is a little more

complicated." "Why?"

"Apparently, among the stolen data, there was confidential

information from the State."

A sigh of frustration escaped. As much as the thief is to blame,

seeing that these robberies were repeated over and over again was something that infuriated.

"If we don't do what they want, they will look for another source of income. For example,

they could sell our information to North Korea."

Director Gwak hinted at the worst chance.

From the outside, it seemed that the North and the South were still in conflict. It was not

surprising, since with each change of government, the relationship calmed down momentarily

only to tense up again shortly after. The Cuban crackers were surely aware of that fact.

 "If

that's the reason, paying them won't solve the problem either. There is no guarantee that, after

receiving the money, they will not contact North Korea."

 9

"They're greedy people, so it's possible. In addition, according to the latest movements in

North Korea, it seems that they have already shared some of the information with them."

Suddenly, he remembered a recent news. He reported that several large cargo trucks, usually

used to transport fuel at North Korea's nuclear test sites, had been seen. When this was

questioned, North Korea responded by saying that they were only inspecting facilities that

had been damaged by recent torrential rains. However, given that this happened just before a

security meeting between South Korea and the United States, it was difficult to take that

explanation literally.

"Does the confidential information that was leaked have to do with

military matters?"

"Yes, most of them are military exercise schedules, cooperation plans

between South Korea, the United States and Japan to respond to the North Korean nuclear

threat, and codes of the related security and diplomacy hotlines. But the most problematic

thing is a confidential contract on the sale of weapons between South Korea and the United

States. You know that arms transactions between countries are carried out in secret through

discreet networks. If that network is exposed to the public, it could cause a lot of problems,

don't you think?"

"Yes. That will be very complicated for the senior command."

 The ironic

response caused an unexpected laugh in Director Gwak. Despite the fact that they were secret

networks and so on, in the end, those responsible for the distribution of profits in arms

transactions included government leaders, intelligence agencies, arms companies and

brokers. It was a practice, or rather a bad habit, that had been established for so long that it

was difficult to blame someone in particular. The problem was that, as soon as that network

came to light, it would be almost impossible to avoid the repercussions in some way. If there

were problems with the supply of weapons, the defense capacity would also be affected.

Kwon Taek-joo, nervous, ran his hand through his hair.

 10

So, should we take care of cleaning up this mess?"

"What else can we do? Whether it's

shameful or a source of pride, protecting national secrets is our job."

 "The problem is that

there is no way to catch those Cuban hackers. How could we do it if even Interpol can't?"

"Won't they ever learn? After the big hacking incident, we have started to implement locally

developed spyware in the country's confidential data."

 "Spyware?"

 "Yes. It is a software

that tracks the location as soon as the data stolen by the hacker is opened. If you infect thehacker's PC with malware, you will be detected immediately, but the spyware disguises as

normal data, so it is difficult to detect."

Director Gwak took out a tablet and showed it. On

the screen you could see a satellite map with a specific point indicated. It was an area on the

outskirts of Havana, the capital of Cuba.

 "Here?"

"Yes. From our point of view, we believe

that this operation could be the work of the 'Electric Hammer'."

 "Electric Hammer?"

 11

"It is one of the main gangs of cybercriminals in Cuba. When analyzing the infected

malware, we found that the characteristic source code of 'Electric Hammer' was used. Of

course, it would be safer for you to go personally to check it out."

 Although it was a

verification, it actually meant eradicating the hackers involved in the incident and destroying

all the data they had obtained, before they could sell our confidential information to North

Korea. Chasing hidden beings behind computers, without physical limitations, was like

capturing ghosts.

Director Gwak added a final warning.

 Here is the Spanish translation:

 "In

the United States they are also aware, albeit vaguely, of the situation here. If they find out

that the secret contract has been leaked, they will try to blame us somehow. They may have

already identified this situation and are taking action. So we must recover the data before

they do. There are no eternal alliances, and it is not convenient for us to be in unnecessary

trouble."

"We are busy watching everything, even after half a century."

 "To maintain that

position, people like us have to work hard. Take."

Director Gwak handed over a new

passport. The photo showed a man in his thirties, with a blurred appearance.

 "Go to Havana

immediately."

Thus, he entered Cuba disguised as a travel YouTuber. He had learned that the

YouTuber in question was currently detained in a foreign country due to a personal dispute.

That meant there would be no special restrictions to use your identity until the operation is

completed.

 12

Although he considered that it would be better to dress up as a local, he thought that in such a

small town that could raise even more suspicions. In addition, although the locals seemed

puzzled by the foreigners, they did not show much distrust towards him. It seemed that other

travelers and YouTubers had visited the place with some frequency.

He sat on an old chair

and put on his wireless headphones. When he touched the headphones, a brief mechanical

sound was heard. Then, he heard Yoon Jong-woo's voice saying:

 "How's it going? There

seems to be no sign of anything suspicious. The owner of the store didn't seem to know

anything."

 - "At first glance, it looked like a normal family home." "Are you sure you

followed the right track?"

 - "Yes. If the detector is not failing, the only suspicious place is

that store. The amount of data sent and received in that area is remarkably high."

 Upon

arriving at the place, he activated the fiber optic cable detector while pretending to be

observing the town. The result showed a strong signal in the vicinity of the store he had

previously visited. It was evidence that there were fiber optic cables installed in the area. In a

small business, which would normally have no reason to install large-scale fiber optic cables,

that was very unusual. Apart from the cost, it is unlikely that the local authorities would have

approved such a work. Therefore, it implied that there was some kind of support at the

national level, and it was an unusual support for that little store.

 Why?

 The only answer was

that that humble store was the base of 'Electric Hammer', which had the protection of the

Cuban government.

 13

"Exactly. To go unnoticed, it's better that it's something common. Who would have thought

that in a store like this millions of dollars could be moved in a single night? It doesn't have

any kind of weaponry and, at first glance, it looks like an ordinary house."

 - "Yes, you'reright."

"Well, even if there are many CCTVs hidden in the store, that's a flaw. Can you

replicate the internal structure?"

 - "Yes, more or less."

"It's not 'more or less', but it has to be

done well. Do you think I made an effort under this scorching sun just to receive a half-

map?"

 - Is it an effort? Rather it looks like you're enjoying it. Even if you say you don't like

it, every day you become better in acting.

"Oh, so talking non-stop is a sign of tranquility?

You have two hours. Within that time, you have to finish."

 - What? It's impossible! Not even

half a day is enough to complete the 3D simulation!

"When have we worked calmly before?

Don't complain, damn it." - Even so...

"In this operation, time is crucial. We must solve it

tonight without fail. So stop complaining and start quickly."

 14

- Ah, Hyung!

Leaving behind Yoon Jong-woo's anguished scream, he turned off the

communicator. Then, he turned up the volume of the surveillance device he had installed in

the store. Through the headphones, conversations of the store owner, his daughter and the

residents were occasionally heard. The conversations, although incomplete, were translated in

real time and displayed on the laptop. However, these were everyday conversations about

how they were and what they would have for dinner, completely trivial topics.

 Soon, the sun

began to set slowly. The sunlight, which had leaned towards the horizon, filtered in rays

through the wooden bars of the windows. Soon, the whole town was tinged with the twilight.

In the distance, you could hear barking of dogs and laughing from children, and the

neighboring houses, which had been calm the whole time, began to turn on their lights one by

one. Everything was extraordinarily quiet.

During all that time, Kwon Taek-joo just looked

at his laptop. On the screen, the store's CCTV videos, which Yoon Jong-woo had previously

hacked, were played divided into eight sections. His eyes, sharp and attentive, carefully

observed every detail. In the silence of the night, they could only hear the buzz of the fan

turning and from time to time the sound of an apple being bitten.

 ***

 As the night

progressed, the whole town plunged into a deep silence. The lights in the houses went out one

by one. Kwon Taek-joo left his apartment in

 15

Silence and cautiously approached the store. He was dressed in a combat suit designed to

block thermal radiation, prepared for any eventuality. In the darkness without streetlights,

only the reflections of his glasses shone brightly.

Upon arriving at the store, a faint buzz of

machinery was heard. Shortly after, the laser of the safety sensors on the special glasses

marked a red line. It was an infrared laser, invisible to the human eye. If he had passed

without realizing it, he would have activated the alarm and would have been discovered

hopelessly. Security was too strict for a common house.

 Avoiding the security laser, he

moved carefully and quickly. Although Yoon Jong-woo had already hacked the security

cameras around the store and replaced them with recordings from the previous night, he

headed towards the blind areas. The opponents were highly trained hackers. It was not known

when the system could return to normal.

No suspicious movements were detected. After

checking the surroundings again, he slid a surveillance microphone through the crack of the

main door. It was a device that amplified even the slightest sound. From inside, you could

only hear the buzz of the fan, the ticking of the clock and deep breaths. Was the whole family

asleep?

Kwon Taek-joo, who was still vigilant, took something out of his pocket. It was a

high-performance pen-shaped laser cutter. He put it between the bars of the security window

and silently cut the thick wooden blinds. Through the opening created, he launched a hoop-

shaped device. The cable connected to the device was uncoiled and hooked precisely. At the

same time, a colorless and odorless gas was dispersed. It was a low-concentration anestheticgas.

He waited for the gas to disperse properly inside the house and went to the front door.

He inserted a small piece of metal into the lock and turned it until the mechanism was

unlocked.

 "I'm going in."

 16

- Copied. GL, I proceed to the entrance.

After a last surveillance, he opened the front door

and entered. He made sure to close the door carefully to avoid any sound.

 He was silent for a

moment, observing the quiet interior of the house. There was no light, so it was difficult to

distinguish what was what.

He lit the flashlight mounted on the rifle and began to quickly

search inside the house. The special glasses showed a 3D map of the interior and the current

location, helping in the search.

He went through the living room and arrived at the master

bedroom. There, he found the couple of store owners fainted, apparently asleep. He even

checked inside the closet to make sure there were no other people, but he didn't detect

anything out of the ordinary.

Leaving the master bedroom, he entered the next room. He

stopped for a moment when he saw the girl asleep there. The girl's choppy breathing was

remarkably strong; she still had a nasal cannula on, indicating that the anesthetic gas had had

no effect on her. Should I remove the cannula now? But she was an opponent too young and

fragile to subdue her recklessly.

 - Everything ready on the spot, boss? "... Yes, more or

less."

Kwon Taek-joo stepped back silently from the girl's room. He closed the door

carefully to avoid any possible problems.

 17

Before the operation, he investigated the family to determine any possible link with 'Electric

Hammer'. They did not find any suspicious evidence in the couple, who had lived in that

house for generations. The couple had two other children in addition to the youngest

daughter, who suffered from a congenital lung disease. One of the children died in a traffic

accident, and the other was missing.

Although he inspected around the store, he found no

one but the couple and the daughter. It seems that, due to the tragic family history, only the

three of them remained.

However, when entering the house, Kwon Taek-joo felt a strange

restlessness. There were no family photographs anywhere. There were also no objects of the

two children who were said to be dead or missing.

Kwon Taek-joo himself had not been able

to get rid of his father or brother's belongings after his death. In his home, they still proudly

hung family photos taken a long time ago.

Of course, the way to overcome the pain of loss is

different for each person, and there is no rule that forces everyone who has lost a loved one to

act like their mother. However, he left an impression that not only the objects of the deceased

son, but also those of the missing son, had been removed too meticulously.

 In addition, a

suspicion arose. What if the objects of the two children had not yet lost their owner? Perhaps

they were still being used by those same owners.

The unexpected location of the fiber optic

cable, the excessive surveillance system for the size of the store, the place marked by the

intelligence team as the base of the hackers, and the disappearance of the original members of

the family. All this confirmed his suspicions. If the Cuban government supports the Electric

Hammer, it would not be difficult for them to handle members of the group as victims of

accidents or disappearances to evade the investigation.

 "Where will they have hidden?"

 18

He slowly looked at the whole house. According to his inductions, the hackers' hiding place

must have been somewhere in the house. A place that allowed to live discreetly, without

attracting the attention of the neighbors. Since the house was one-story, the only place that

met all the conditions was a basement.

First, I had to find the entrance to that place. He

projected the 3D plan on his glasses and looked for a suitable place. Someone was hiding

here, so secretly that he hadn't been seen by the neighbors for years.

A place that is notexposed even by mistake. He checked the 3D plan again. Soon, he noticed the warehouse

inside the kitchen. It was so small and surrounded by walls that it seemed impossible to see it

from the outside.

He went straight to the kitchen warehouse. The warehouse door was

finished with the same material as the wall, so, without the 3D plan, I would have almost

overlooked it.

He lit a lighter to inspect the objects in the warehouse. The flame tilted to the

side due to the wind, even though there was no draft in such a closed place.

 With a sure

hand, Kwon Taek-joo took detergent and flour out of the pantry. Then, he began to feel the

inside of the deep shelf.

Finally, his hand stumbled on something. He pulled him firmly and,

with a sound of a blow, the whole pantry moved forward. A steep stone staircase appeared

behind it.

 "I found it, the burrow."

 - Gl, secret passage insured.

 19

"I'm going in right away. Wait until I call you."

 - GI, entering the secret passage. Waiting for

support. Be careful, sir.

After listening to Yoon Jong-woo's last advice, he temporarily turned

off the communicator. Then, with the rifle ready to shoot at any moment, he slowly entered

the darkness.

Going down the steep staircase, a door appeared. Behind that door was

supposed to be the hiding place of the enemies. To prepare for a possible confrontation, he

changed the glasses to the thermal vision version. Then, he placed a small bomb in the lock

of the closed door to destroy it with a blow.

After taking a deep breath, Kwon Taek-joo did

not hesitate to explode the bomb. He then threw a fragmentation grenade through the crack of

the damaged door. The grenade had functions as both smoke and tear gas. Suddenly, the

vision became blurred and an irritating gas dispersed, causing the people in the room to

cough painfully and move in panic. Judging by the silhouettes, there were at least five

people.

 [Cof, cof... intruder!]

One of the figures threw himself towards the entrance door

through the fire curtain. He held a knife in his hand. When we got close enough to recognize

each other, I moved my torso to dodge and grabbed the opponent's arm that stretched towards

me. I twisted my wrist to make him release the knife and hit the man's neck, who lost his

balance immediately. The man, hit at a vital point, collapsed at once.

 In the next moment,

intense shots were heard from the room. Blind bullets flew through the dense smoke. Kwon

Taek-joo leaned against the wall, waiting for the confusion to subside. Shortly after, the

adversaries seemed to stop the attack to evaluate the situation. At that moment, he shot in the

direction of

 20

The bullets that had come. The enemies, with no time to react, fell to the ground screaming.

After the shots stopped, he entered the room. The smoke had cleared quite a bit. The vision

cleared and showed the bodies scattered on the ground. In the back, there was a young man

shrunken and covering his ears. He seemed to be about fifteen or sixteen years old at most.

His face was covered in tears and snot, probably due to tear gas.

 The young man looked at

Kwon Taek-joo with a terrified expression. She had a face very similar to that of the daughter

of the small shop with the nasal tube. Could he be the second missing child? Behind the

young man were several computers and a storage that seemed to store a large amount of

data.

 "Wow..."

I had heard that the age of hackers was dropping as access to computers

became more common around the world. However, seeing that an international cyber gang

that threatens the national security of a country was made up of a child of that age was

disconcerting.

Kwon Taek-joo looked at the fallen men around the young man. Everyone

was dressed in military uniforms and carried supply rifles. They had probably been there to

protect or watch the young man.

[Stop your weapons and raise your hands!]

 He gave

instructions to the young man who was left alone. Although trembling with fear, the boycould not leave the revolver he was holding awkwardly. Instead, he trembled and pointed the

gun at Kwon Taek-joo.

Kwon Taek-joo sighed. Without saying a word, he quickly

approached the boy. The young man, frightened, pressed the trigger in a hurry.

 21

However, the bullet fired only hit the roof. Kwon Taek-joo, who was already next to him,

kicked the hand of the boy holding the revolver. The young man, hit in the face by his own

weapon, began to bleed from the nose.

Kwon Taek-joo pressed the back of the boy's neck

with his knee, immobilizing him immediately. Then, he tied the hands of the child who was

on the ground and reported the progress.

 "Clear area."

 - "Gl, cleaning of the scene

completed. Proceeding to recover the data."

He sighed and re-examined the interior. Then he

took out the USB he had brought and connected it to both the main PC and the storage. As

soon as the USB was recognized, all backup data and temporary files began to be copied

quickly. But it didn't end there. Soon, the built-in format program in the USB was activated

automatically, starting to permanently delete all the files used and stored on the PC.

 At that

moment, an unexpected vibration was detected from the top floor. It was as if the whole earth

was pressed, with a feeling of slight tremor. There also seemed to be a slight engine noise.

Something heavy seemed to be approaching the store.

Has there been a ransom request from

the Cuban army? Although, the young man captured by Kwon Taek-joo also had a confused

expression. Perhaps the residents, surprised by the unexpected shot, had reported the incident.

However, the speed with which they arrived was suspicious.

 He checked the external

situation with the communicator. "What's going on?"

 - "Sir, a suspicious vehicle has

appeared."

 22

"How many?"

-" Two. From the outside they look like armored vehicles."

 "Are they from

the police or the Cuban army?"

 - "They have no flashing lights on the body or visible

affiliation emblems."

 "Find out who they are."

 - "Understood."

Just in time, all the tasks

were completed. Kwon Taek-joo recovered all the USBs and kept them in an internal

pocket.

At that moment, he felt an unexpected presence behind him. Someone was going

down the stairs. Even the captured young man, who had been motionless, shuddered when he

perceived the presence.

Kwon Taek-joo, alert to the sound of approaching footsteps,

suddenly turned around. At the same time, the mouth of his gun pointed at a familiar face.

She was the little daughter of the store owner. As he feared, it seemed that he had not inhaled

the sleeping gas due to his nasal tube.

The girl didn't seem to understand what was

happening. She didn't understand why her parents were unconscious, who the black man in

front of her was, or why her brother was trapped with him. Nor did he understand the people

fallen on the ground and the pool of blood. Everything looked like a succession of surreal

scenes. The girl was visibly shaking, as if she was about to cry, and seemed to be

hyperventilating.

 23

[Don't be afraid, I won't hurt you.]

He raised his hands to calm the girl. However, she was

about to cry, and soon a jet of white liquid began to flow between her legs.

 Meanwhile, the

sound of the engine outside became louder and clearer. Just in time, Yoon Jong-woo urgently

shouted through the communicator.

Immediately after, something fell rolling down the stairs

towards the basement, making a loud rumble. Finally, the object slipped until it was next to

the girl, a large explosive that could destroy a small basement.

 "Damn it, to the ground!"

 He

shouted in terror. Right after, a huge rumble resounded. Immediately, the vision turned

completely black.

 ***

 "Ugh..."

He woke up with a start. His head was dazed, as if he hadlost consciousness for a moment. The first thing he noticed was the smell of gunpowder and

dust. He began to slowly move his limbs. Although some parts hurt and were tense, he had no

problems moving. The communicator in his ears seemed to be completely broken, constantly

emitting a sharp mechanical noise. He took it out nervously and threw it away. Unfortunately,

the ringing in his ears doesn't

 24

Disappeared. He felt tingling in his forehead and drops of red blood fell from his eyelids. It

looked like the scalp had been torn. His vision turned red and blurred.

 The environment was

plunged into a dense darkness. It seemed that the recent explosion had collapsed the entire

house. Just before being trapped, he had taken refuge in the free space among the rubble and

had managed to save his life.

 "Ugh, damn it..."

As he tried to get up, he felt something

move in his chest. The boy with the nasal tube was moaning under him. It seemed that,

without realizing it, he had covered the boy with his body to protect him. The boy had a weak

conscience and his breathing and pulse were irregular but perceptible. He didn't seem to have

visible wounds at that time.

 [Ugh... Eek!]

The boy, with difficulty, opened his eyes and

when he saw Kwon Taek-joo, he turned pale. He covered the boy's mouth, who was

instinctively trying to scream, and placed his index finger on his lips. He stared into the boy's

eyes and shook his head slowly. The boy, despite sobbing, nodded shyly.

 He had not yet

been able to determine the identity of those responsible or their objectives. Although Yun

Jong-woo had mentioned that they could be a private American military company, he needed

more confirmation.

He remained silent, observing the external signs. At first, he heard the

sound of military boots and, soon, several noises of vehicle doors opening and closing. He

calculated that there were at least four people. Although he could face them under normal

circumstances, he could not risk facing a group with additional reinforcements. I had no

choice but to wait in silence for them to leave.

 25

Finally, the noise of the engines of the armored vehicles gradually moved away. It seemed

that those who had fulfilled their mission were quickly leaving the place.

 Cautiously, he left

slowly, watching his surroundings out of habit. Then he made a sign to the boy who was

huddled in the dark to come closer. The boy kept looking back and sobbing.

 *"Pablo..." *

Where the boy was looking, was the unconscious young man that Kwon Taek-joo had

submitted before the collapse of the house. He seemed to be the boy's brother. The lower part

of the young man was trapped under the rubble. I wasn't sure if I was still alive.

 Kwon Taek-

joo had no obligation to rescue the brothers. In other circumstances, he would have preferred

to leave before his identity was discovered. That's what I would have done under normal

circumstances. However, when he saw the boy, who despite his breathing difficulty continued

to strive to save his brother, he could not just leave.

 ["Ah... First they go out."]

 *"No!

Pablo!" *

Kwon Taek-joo forced the boy who was trying to resist, hitting and scratching

him, to leave. Then he went back into the rubble. When he was close enough to the young

man to touch him, he checked his pulse. He was weak, but he was present.

 Moving his arm

with difficulty, he rummaged into the torn pocket of his uniform. Finally, he took out a pen.

He wondered if it hadn't been damaged due to the impact of the explosion. He placed the pen

vertically under the debris and lifted the lid. The pen made a characteristic mechanical noise

as it turned and began to lift the heavy rocks. As soon as a small space appeared,

 26

He grabbed the young man by the back of his neck and took him out. Taking the unconscious

young man through the narrow hollow made his whole body soak in sweat. The lack of

breath also made him feel dizzy.

"Ah, ah... damn. What kind of suffering is this?"

He leftthe young man in a suitable place and caught his breath. The girl, with her face full of tears,

hugged her brother and kept calling him by his name. It was uncertain whether his parents

had survived, given the collapse of the building. Although it was unfortunate, I couldn't waste

any more time.

With the uproar of the night, the neighbors' lights began to turn on one by

one. It was possible that someone had already called the police or the authorities. Taking care

of the brothers was now the business of others.

He got up with difficulty and ran to the

apartment. He quickly climbed the stairs to the roof, looking for the armored vehicles that

had escaped. It didn't take long to see the taillights of the vehicles heading at high speed

towards the outskirts of the town. Because of the size and brightness of the lights, and the

speed at which they were traveling at that time, there was no doubt that they were

responsible.

Yun Jong-woo had said that they seemed to be American PMCs (private

military companies). How would US private military companies have arrived in Cuba?

Would it be possible for them to impose something else, like Kwon Taek-joo? Why would

they do it?

"In the United States they also have a vague idea of the situation here. If they

discover that the secret contract has been leaked, they will try to hold us accountable in some

way. They may have already detected those circumstances and are acting accordingly."

Suddenly, the words of Director Kwak came to mind. Could it be, as I feared, did the United

States realize the leak of the secret contract? Is that why they didn't wait for the problem to be

solved here and simply destroyed the hacker's base to

 27

avoid complications? It would not be surprising that, if it is a matter of protecting their own

interests, they act with the forcefulness of a tank.

The problem was that they had intervened

in this operation without prior notice or consent. The leakage of military secrets was such a

sensitive matter that you couldn't even mention the allies without care. Therefore, a rigorous

security should have been taken, but how was the information leaked? In addition, the

moment they arrived at the place was also suspicious. It seemed that they knew the objectives

and details of the operation. Had they been spying?

If he had not come out alive, Kwon

Taek-joo would have been accused as the perpetrator of the attack. Cuba would argue that

innocent citizens had been sacrificed, and South Korea would have had to assume the

damages. And yet, he would consider himself an ally. A snort of irony escaped.

 "Fucking

bastards, is that how they act?"

The teeth were grinding. Not only had they gotten into other

people's plans like rats, but they had also caused such chaos. I couldn't let them just leave.

At that moment, police patrol sirens were heard in the distance. It seemed that a complaint

had been received. Before the situation became even more complicated, he had to escape

quickly.

As he hurried down the roof, he met a neighbor who had left because of the

unexpected uproar. The man was startled to see the unkempt state of Kwon Tae-joo and

screamed in terror. Upon hearing the scream, other neighbors also came out and, from

outside, someone began to point at Kwon Tae-joo at the policemen who had just arrived.

 "...

Damn it."

He had no choice but to return to the roof. From there, he jumped nimbly to the

neighboring building. The policemen who were chasing him scattered frantically, running

towards the building

 28

contiguous and then to the next. Some even went up the external stairs to follow him.

*"Don't move!" *

The policemen who reached the roof pointed their weapons. Kwon Tae-

joo, who was advancing with determination, ran quickly to the edge of the roof. Without

hesitation, the police began shooting in his direction. However, Kwon Tae-joo did not stop

and jumped nimbly over the edge.

The next moment, his body fell from the building. Thepolicemen shooting hastily approached the edge to look down. Kwon Tae-joo had already

disappeared. Only a grayish powder came out of a window in an abandoned and desolate

building.

 *"Out there!" *

The police urgently called their colleagues. The officers who were

outside ran to the abandoned building. At that moment, from the dark and gloomy interior of

the building, a sudden noise from an engine was heard. The policemen, who looked inside

with a suspicious expression, saw something and dispersed in terror. Moments later, a black

motorcycle was shot like a wild animal, roaring.

The one who rode it was none other than

Kwon Tae-joo. I had prepared the motorcycle for escape situations as it is, modifying it to

reach up to 300 horsepower and a maximum speed of 400 km/h. His movement was as light

and agile as that of a gueth, and he seemed to fly, barely touching the ground.

 The police,

stunned, hurriedly requested reinforcements. The patrol cars, alerted by radio, appeared

everywhere, blocking his way. However, Kwon Tae-joo passed dangerously close to them,

dodging them like an acrobat, and slid down narrow streets through which cars could not

pass.

 29

The police continued to sting him tenaciously, communicating by radio all the time. The

sirens, which resounded fiercely everywhere, seemed to be about to tear his brain. Kwon Tae-

joo, with more and more patrol cars chasing him, accelerated even more.

 However, the night

chase did not last long. Suddenly, a patrol car appeared in front of him, blocking his escape

route. There were houses lined up on both sides, closing the passage. The patrol cars in front

and behind began to approach, cornering him like a rat in a trap.

 Despite this, Kwon Tae-joo

showed no signs of being scared. Instead, he accelerated to the maximum and threw himself

towards the patrol car in front of him. The patrol car also made no attempt to step aside. Both

vehicles headed towards each other with reckless ferocity. Just when it seemed that the

collision was inevitable, Kwon Tae-joo lifted the front of the bike. Using the momentum

gained, he jumped over the patrol car. The police cars, surprised by the incredible maneuver,

hesitated for a moment before resuming the chase.

Shortly after, a stone staircase appeared

that connected the lower part with the upper part of the area. Kwon Tae-joo, without

hesitation, drove the motorcycle towards the stairs and began to climb it. As he did before

when avoiding the collision with the police car, he lifted the front of the bike, causing the rear

wheel to quickly jump down the stone steps. The policemen, who saw this late, were puzzled

and fidgeted at the base of the stairs, busy calling by radio.

 The motorcycle, after reaching

the top of the stairs, used that impulse to climb the wall of the building to the roof. Without

slowing down for a moment, Kwon Tae-joo jumped from one roof to another, chasing the

armored vehicle of the American PMC. The Cuban police watched with their mouths open as

the black motorcycle flew over their heads. If someone had told them it was a winged lion

instead of a piece of heavy metal, they would have believed it.

 Finally, the armored vehicle

of the American PMC entered the rank of Kwon Tae-joo. Probably, at that moment, they too

would have already realized that they were being chased. With the police cars following him

with flashing lights and shrill sirens, it was no wonder.

 30

Kwon Tae-joo pointed at the armored vehicle from his wristwatch and pressed a button on the

side. The watch cover was opened with a click, firing a small device that stuck to the bumper

of the armored vehicle. Then, the clock screen showed a satellite map with the location of the

target.

Soon a fork appeared in the road. The two armored vehicles in front separated, each

taking a different direction. Kwon Tae-joo decided to follow the one who didn't have the

tracker.

Two men peeked out of the roof and the window of the co-pilot of the vehicle in

front. They began to furiously fire machine guns and rifles at Kwon Tae-joo.

Two menpeeked out of the roof and the window of the co-pilot of the armored vehicle in front. They

began to shoot machine guns and rifles furiously at Kwon Tae-joo. The motorcycle's

windshield cracked into a spider web from the impact of the bullets. If it hadn't been for the

special armored glass, his head would have flown.

"Damn bastards! Is that how they want to

play?"

Kwon Tae-joo turned quickly and slid into a narrow alley. The riflemen of the

armored vehicle kept moving from side to side, trying to locate the sound of the motorcycle's

engine, which was constantly approaching and moving away. Kwon Tae-joo's motorcycle

briefly appeared between the buildings and then disappeared again.

 After a while, the sound

of the motorcycle was heard very close, but Kwon Tae-joo was nowhere to be seen. While

one of the shooters, peeking through the hatch, looked around, he suddenly shouted to the

sky.

 ["It's up!"]

Before they could react, Kwon Tae-joo's motorcycle fell on the upper hatch

of the armored vehicle. From the moment he jumped from the roof to the

 31

impact with the vehicle, Kwon Tae-joo shot, demoralizing the enemies. As he slid down the

crushed roof, he threw a grenade into the hatch. Shortly after, the armored vehicle was shaken

with a small explosion and then gradually stopped. No movement was detected inside.

 Soon,

the Cuban police would be on their way to their position. I could already hear the sirens

approaching. To make sure the armored vehicle could not escape, Kwon Tae-joo shot all the

front wheels, destroying them, and then left the scene.

Now, Kwon Tae-joo turned his gaze

towards the watch on his left wrist. Once the Cuban police begin to investigate the armored

vehicle, it would only be a matter of time before it was revealed who was the real culprit of

the attack. So he didn't need to chase the other armored vehicle to clear his name.

 But

retiring in that way was not going to leave him satisfied. He could not simply let go of the

atrocities of those bastards who had interfered in his mission, tried to kill him and on top of

that tried to take the blame for the terrorist attack. I had to teach them a lesson, show them

that if they played with him, I would chase them to the end and punish them, so that they

would never dare to try something like that again.

He accelerated to the maximum. He

pursued the target in motion, crossing the narrow spaces between buildings, stairs and all

kinds of large and small obstacles. The police patrols that were approaching quickly from the

side alleys were easily overtawn. The police cars, which almost seemed about to ram his

motorcycle, ended up crashing one after the other against the walls.

 He turned abruptly in a

corner and positioned himself in front of the armored vehicle. He advanced unbridled, with

the intention of destroying everything that stood in his way. The distance between the two

was quickly reduced. There was no time to shoot. Kwon Tae-joo gritted his teeth and charged

directly towards the armored vehicle.

Just when they were both close enough to distinguish

each other, Kwon Tae-joo's motorcycle turned sideways. Sliding his body on the floor with

the

 32

Same speed with which he had been running, Kwon Tae-joo slipped under the armored. The

huge wheels almost crushed him completely. If he hadn't turned his head, his face would have

been destroyed by the exposed chassis.

In an instant, Kwon Tae-joo's body shot out of the

other side of the vehicle. Upon verifying that he was safe, the armored stopped abruptly. A

shooter climbed the upper hatch and pointed his machine gun at Kwon Tae-joo.

 With a

thunderous explosion, the huge armored vehicle rose through the air.

 Kwon Tae-joo had

placed a high-performance bomb while sliding underneath. The chassis, reversed by the

explosion, crashed back to the ground with a second deafening detonation.

 "Hah, hah...."

Kwon Tae-joo bent down, trying to catch his breath while dodging the debris thatoccasionally flew around him. At that moment, he heard the sound of a helicopter above his

head. When he looked up, he saw the search lights of a helicopter that illuminated him. It was

a search helicopter of the Cuban police. Immediately, police patrols approached from all

directions, surrounding the shattered armored and Kwon Tae-joo. Dozens of laser pointers

were projected on his head and chest, painting them red.

 *"Don't move!" * *"Raise your

hands!" * "Kuh... Today is not my day."

He released his gun without resistance. He also got

rid of the rifle that was hanging in a shoulder bag. Just when he raised his hands, he

discreetly tore something off and held it in his hand.

 33

The officers of the SWAT squadron approached cautiously. Now, the only chance he had to

escape was just before he was completely dominated. While waiting for the fence to close a

little more, Kwon Tae-joo covertly turned the small bomb in his hand. He could hurt himself

and someone, in panic, could open fire, but at that moment, he had to risk it.

 *"Don't move!

Don't move!" *

 *"Turn around!" *

Just when the squad was about to reach him, another

sound of propellers in the air was heard. Everyone in the scene, including Kwon Tae-joo,

looked up at the same time. The reflector of the search helicopter that illuminated it began to

tremble unsteadily and then completely deviated from its position.

 Soon a helicopter

appeared in the distance. At first glance, it didn't seem to be a military helicopter. The device

was completely black, and its presence could only be distinguished thanks to the lights. There

was no visible mark indicating which organization he belonged to. Everyone's concern

increased as the helicopter approached, as its movement had a threatening air that was

difficult to ignore.

The restlessness soon turned into screams of panic. The unknown

helicopter shot down without warning the search helicopter that was trying to warn him not

to approach. From the burning ship that fell releasing black smoke, a few parachutes were

deployed in the air. The unexpected situation left the special forces and the police completely

baffled. They tried to react to the sudden attack, but before they could, an unknown grenade

exploded above their heads.

The blinding explosion made everyone close their eyes tightly

and let out moans of pain. Everyone's vision turned white, incapacitating them to distinguish

the environment. No matter how much they blinked or rubbed their eyes; they couldn't see

anything.

"What the hell...?" Kwon Tae-joo cursed as he fought the strong wind and the

effects of the explosion. At that moment, a long rope fell from the helicopter,

 34

And a large figure approached quickly. When he was about to defend himself instinctively, a

familiar scent came to him. When he looked up with doubt, a strong arm wrapped around his

waist. That feeling was very familiar to him.

"... Zhenya?" he murmured in a daze, and his

interlocutor let out a slight laugh. That laugh was also too familiar to him.

 [Tae-joo, have

you had enough fun?]

Even in the midst of chaos, that characteristic voice came to him with

surprising clarity.

 [It's time to go home.]

How did he know he was there? And to think that

a diplomat, no more and no less, had come to openly attack the police of another country.

"This guy is crazy," he thought as he hugged Zhenya tightly. In turn, Zhenya held him even

more firmly, which made the tension he had been feeling suddenly dissipate.

 Soon, the rope

began to roll up automatically, and both were quickly hoisted towards the helicopter. The

police fired late, but the helicopter was already moving away, out of reach of their bullets.

***

 "Hu...?"

 35

Only when he was on board the helicopter, Kwon Tae-joo was able to take a breather. He

jerked off his glasses, mask and helmet, which were no longer of any use to him. As he

ruffled his hair as he let go of his crushed hair, Zhenya suddenly grabbed his chin. Then, hestuck out his tongue and slowly licked from his lips to the filtrum. He felt his cheeks crushed,

and with that, a pain that he had not noticed before became present. It looked like he had a

wound inside his mouth. His lips and corners, wet with saliva, burned him. The moisture

under his nose was not only Zhenya's fault.

 [It tastes like blood.]

 Zhenya murmured as he

moved his tongue slowly inside his mouth. He always had the habit of licking others at will

and then complaining about it.

[Well, who told you to do it?]

 Kwon frowned and moved his

head away, pushing Zhenya's hand.

 [Leave me alone, damn it.]

[You always go out with all

the courage, and then you come back like a mess.]

[It doesn't make sense to be in the middle

of a mission and not have a scratch. If that's what you want, you should quit this job.]

 [Do

you have any scratches?]

Zhenya looked him up and down with an incredulous expression.

And, indeed, it was difficult to find a place in his body that was not injured. And he hadn't

checked under his combat uniform yet. His ears, affected by the explosion, were still numb.

36

[Today I could have ended everything quietly, but someone came to ruin it... No, wait. What

are you doing here? I told you not to follow me.]

Kwon Tae-joo, surprised by his own

explanation, quickly recovered and began to question Zhenya. It was not the first time that

Zhenya appeared in Kwon's destinies during his missions. In fact, every time Kwon

embarked on an operation, Zhenya always followed him, no matter where he went. Not only

was it a problem that he appeared in the middle of a mission, but, as usual, Zhenya used to

interfere openly. Although he was currently a diplomat representing Russia and should be

more careful with his actions, it seemed that he had no intention of being one.

 [Do you say I

followed you?]

 [What, didn't you do it?]

[Of course not. I just ran out of cigars I was

smoking, and I came to get some that suit my tastes. Cuban cigars are the best, after all. And

while I was returning from doing my errands, by pure chance, I found my beloved

wandering. My goal when coming here and the reason why I picked you up are, in reality,

only part of my private life.]

Kwon clicked his tongue at the ridiculous explanation. As if

that excuse was going to convince his country or Cuba. Sometimes, it seemed that Zhenya

was not just shameless, but was actually incredibly naive. Was it possible for Zhenya to see

life so simple and easy? Every time Zhenya's absurd logic worked, Kwon felt more and more

frustrated. And, for some reason, this time it didn't seem different.

 Kwon annoyed away the

bangs that bothered him. It was not the time to argue with Zhenya. He looked out the window

to evaluate the situation below. The police cars, with the emergency lights flashing, followed

them in a row. There didn't seem to be any more support helicopters, which gave him some

relief regarding the possibility of air combat. But, of course, I had no hope that they would be

able to leave Cuban airspace without problems.

 37

[Okay, but where are we going now? Soon they will close the airspace.]

 [Some thief has

blown up an important source of financing, so on the other side they will be desperate to

catch you. You'd better hide and keep quiet for a while.]

[Ah... and who doesn't know? But

where and how am I supposed to hide?]

"[If you don't have a shelter prepared, you will have

to rent a raccoon's burrow.]"

 [¿... Raccoon?]

It couldn't be that that "racoon" was referring

to Zhenya himself, could it? Or did he have an acquaintance in Cuba who could lend him a

hiding place? The relationship between Russia and Cuba was quite solid, so that idea was not

so far-fetched. However, although the current situation placed him as an enemy of the state,

he could not be sure that someone offered him help so easily.

 It wasn't long before the

helicopter began to descend slowly. Below, he saw a majestic yacht floating in the dark bluesea. It was at least 300 feet long. Were they really going to land there? Escaping on a luxury

superyacht while being chased as a terrorism suspect seemed incredible. The police cars

following the helicopter could only stop at the port and watch the scene helplessly.

 Zhenya

landed the helicopter on the yacht and turned off the engines. The propellers, which turned

fiercely, stopped little by little. At that moment, the crew who were waiting at the dock

approached to secure the aircraft. None of them were armed. One of them, with a very polite

attitude, opened the door of the helicopter. Zhenya pulled Kwon Tae-joo, who until that

moment had been sitting without saying anything.

 38

[Low.]

[Ah, don't exaggerate and just answer the question. Whose yacht is this?] [Soon

you'll know. But right now, that's not the most urgent thing, is it?]

 Zhenya continued to

evade the answer and went down to the lower floor, acting as if he were in his own house,

without any reservations. Meanwhile, the yacht on which they were on board was moving

slowly but surely towards somewhere. Kwon Tae-joo, looking disgusted at the flashing lights

of the police cars that illuminated the pier, had no choice but to follow Zhenya.

 Along the

way, the employees they crossed paths with repeatedly greeted them. Most seemed to be of

Hispanic origin. Everyone treated this foreigner, unknown and persecuted by the Cuban

police, as a guest of honor. Tae-joo couldn't understand what was happening.

 Given the size

of the yacht, it was necessary to use an elevator to move between floors. Along with Zhenya,

Tae-joo took the glass elevator to the second floor. Through the glass walls, you could clearly

see the interior structure. The spacious lobby, the glass lights that hung in the center, the soft

music that was heard and the heavy aroma that covered the characteristic smell of a boat,

everything gave the feeling of being in a luxury hotel. Tae-joo couldn't stop wondering who

owned such an ostentatious yacht and what his relationship with Zhenya was.

 Finally, the

elevator stopped. The corridor that appeared when the doors opened was completely silent, in

contrast to the bustling lobby. Curiously, there was no trace of employees or signs of life.

Tae-joo stopped instinctively, feeling on guard, but Zhenya continued walking with a firm

step and pointed with a nod.

 [This way.]

 39

Could it be that they had to stay here in silence until they reached their destination? After all,

the situation required extreme measures, even clandestine ones. However, this place was also

luxurious and sumptuous, although quieter and more welcoming than the previous areas.

[We have been told that we can use all the facilities of this place during our stay.]

 [Wow...

who exactly?]

[Tae-joo, he's not someone you should worry about.]

 Zhenya remained silent

about who had offered them such hospitality. Even in his most intimate relationship, Zhenya

kept many secrets, although the same could be said of Kwon Tae-joo, so he could not

complain openly. All he could do was look with frustration at the back of Zhenya's neck, who

kept moving forward without haste.

Zhenya stopped in front of a door. It was a large double

door that suggested the spaciousness of the room behind it. When it was opened wide, a large

space appeared, as expected. It looked like a living room, with a large and comfortable sofa, a

table, a grand piano and a minibar. A fan turned on the ceiling, and the wall was lined with

large windows, which gave a feeling of great openness. Although at that time nothing was

seen due to the darkness of the night, when it dawned, they would have a spectacular view of

the blue sea.

As we advanced, a table appeared that could easily accommodate ten people.

The chandelier hanging from the ceiling swayed with the slight back and forth of the yacht,

and the constant glow of the metal and crystals was almost blinding. Tae-joo shook his head

in disbelief and continued looking for the bedroom.

The bedroom was going up a smallflight of stairs from the living room. As soon as he climbed the last step, the first thing he

saw was a wide and bright window and a bed big enough for Zhenya to

 40

Lie down and have plenty of space at the top and bottom. Tae-joo was impressed.

 On the

other hand, the bedding, which looked incredibly cozy, resembled a white cotton candy. His

body, exhausted to the extreme, responded to the sweet temptation with a tingling sensation.

If it weren't for the fact that it was someone else's bed, he would have wanted to throw

himself on it at that very moment.

He barely turned his head in search of the bathroom.

Although the living room also had a large bathroom, the bathroom inside the bedroom was

incomparable in size. The ceiling, floor, walls, sink and bathtub were completely covered

with natural marble. In the large circular bathtub, the aromatic hot water swayed gently. Next

to it, there was a minibar where you could have water or drinks at any time, and a door that

led to the deck. Tae-joo felt uncomfortable thinking about what the price of this luxury could

be.

At that moment, with an uncomfortable expression, Tae-joo looked at Zhenya. Suddenly,

Zhenya grabbed him by the chin with one hand. Then, he began to slowly examine Tae-joo

from his face, through his neck, shoulders, arms, until he reached his hands. He not only

checked the palms, but also extended each finger one by one, inspecting them carefully.

Although it was a situation he was already used to, Tae-joo let him do it. In silence, letting

Zhenya examine his body, he continued to investigate the issue that worried him.

 [Can we

really trust the owner of this yacht?]

[Trust...? What kind of person would be trustworthy?]

—Zhenya replied.

[It's not like you're one of those who create loyalties or bonds of trust...

So I guess the owner of this yacht has something to gain by helping us, right?]

 Zhenya let

out a small laugh at the statement that she had no friends or colleagues to trust. He nodded

meekly as he continued to explore Tae-joo's body, leaning now to carefully check both legs.

41

[I made a deal. They were quite satisfied with what I offered them. Now, regarding whether I

will be satisfied... that is to be seen.]

Lengthening the last sentence, Zhenya sketched an

ironic smile, which annoyed Tae-joo. The idea that Zhenya had negotiated something in

exchange for his personal security, but that he still doubted his value, did not like at all. He

abruptly removed his legs from Zhenya's hands.

[So, we can't trust completely, can we?

Although he is now helping us, we don't know when he could betray us. A guy who sells

national interests for personal gain, wouldn't he also betray if he sees a better opportunity?]

[Merchants don't usually trust each other. They only covet what the other has. Sometimes,

that greed is stronger than any loyalty.]

[So, do you mean that person is just as a traitor as

you?] [It means that not everyone is a naive patriot like you.]

[What did you say, damn it?]

[You're getting angry again. But I don't think I'm too wrong. Even if today you had fought

bravely and died, your country would have turned a blind eye. The people of your country?

They wouldn't even know you existed].

Zhenya looked at Tae-joo with determination as he

said it. Then, he grabbed the leg he had released again and began to carefully massage the

swollen ankle. He carefully examined the tibia, knee and hip area.

 [Don't worry, Tae-joo. I

don't do business that makes me lose].

 42

Zhenya's firm touch caused a pang of pain in the bruised areas. When he pressed a small

wound, Tae-joo couldn't help but shudder. Zhenya immediately raised her head to observe his

expression, and her hands, which had been meticulously exploring the wounds, suddenly

stopped, as if nothing had happened. Seeing someone like him, capable of destroying a

person so easily, acting so cautiously made him feel a kind of discomfort.

 [Enough. I'm nothurt.]

[It's true, you don't have anything broken. But you have a lot of places that need to be

repaired.]

Zhenya nodded and got up. His movements seemed endlessly slow until,

suddenly, his face was dangerously close.

Zhenya nodded and got up. His movements

seemed infinitely slow until, suddenly, his face approached. Tae-joo was reflected in Zhenya's

gray eyes, with a bewildered expression. A warm breath tickled his upper lip. Was he going

to kiss him? While holding her breath, suspecting what might happen, Zhenya seemed to

realize her thoughts and sketched a slight smile.

[First take a shower. You're dirty.]

 When

had I been seducing him with that saint's face? He felt as if he had been the victim of a cruel

mockery. In an impulse of rage, Tae-joo pinched Zhenya's cheek. He raised his eyebrows,

surprised. Tae-joo looked at him with disdain, and then, without thinking twice, grabbed him

by the collar of his shirt and kissed him hard.

He licked her dry lips, opened them and pulled

Zhenya's tongue, which until that moment had remained docile. His movements were

desperate and wild, as if he was trying to quench an insatiable thirst. Without giving Zhenya

time to follow his rhythm, he mixed their tongues unilaterally and intensely. If Zhenya tried

to move his tongue, Tae-joo turned his head to avoid it; if he tried to bite his upper lip, Tae-

joo pushed his tongue deeper, stirring the inside of his mouth stubbornly.

 43

With Tae-joo throwing himself on him with his whole body, Zhenya hesitantly stepped back

and let himself fall on the stool next to the bed. Tae-joo got on top of him, continuing the kiss

with intensity. The contact was so fierce that both lips, the area around the mouth and even

the chin began to burn. The constant exchange of saliva between the two left a sweet taste

with a slight metallic touch of blood.

After a long time, his lips finally parted with a soft

sound, and in the air only his choppy breaths could be heard.

 [Haa... Tae-joo.]

 The edges of

Zhenya's eyes and mouth were red, and her chest rose and fell with effort. Her long eyelashes

were slightly wet, trembling gently. Tae-joo, leaning on one arm while looking at him from

above, sketched a satisfied smile. It was the smile of a victor.

[What are we going to do?

Now we're both equally dirty.] [What?]

Zhenya arched an eyebrow, surprised, but his eyes,

which remained fixed on Tae-joo as if they were licking him, seemed to be waiting for

something else.

Tae-joo gently stroked Zhenya's ear and, leaning slowly, kissed him again.

This time, the kiss was sweet, completely different from the previous one. He gently pressed

his lips on Zhenya's, delicately capturing only the upper lip before releasing it. He clearly felt

the texture and warmth of his lips brushing. The soft exchange of warm breaths and the light

rubbing of their tongues were comforting and tender. The hair on Zhenya's cheeks stistled

slightly.

Finally, Tae-joo slowly moved away, just when a soft sigh escaped Zhenya. Her

eyelashes, moistened, trembled slightly.

 44

[Wait here. I'm going to take a shower.]

Tae-joo tapped her cheek, now a little blushing, and

got up to go to the bathroom. But he barely took a few steps when he felt a sudden pressure

on the back of his head. Before he could turn around, Zhenya hugged him from behind,

almost throwing him to the ground in his impulse.

 [Oh, shit! That hurts!]

 [Tae-joo. You

always provoke without mercy. Can't you wait a moment? Huh?] [Are you describing

yourself? God, let me go! You're suffocating me.]

 Tae-joo hit Zhenya's arms, which

squeezed him hard, but it was of no use. Zhenya hugged him even tighter, squeezing him so

much that it was hard for him to breathe. Tae-joo tried to crawl to free himself, but Zhenya's

weight on him kept him immobilized.

 [Tae-joo, Tae-joo...]

 Zhenya repeated his name, with

his face buried in Tae-joo's hair. His warm and agitated breathing brushed the scalp and neck

of Tae-joo. He could clearly feel Zhenya's erection pressing against his back. The situationmade him sigh in frustration.

[Wait, a second. I told you to wait! Isn't this the right time?

Listen to me, damn it!]

[Isn't this the time? Even in the middle of a war, people fuck and

have children. It's instinct.]

 45

Zhenya, ignoring Tae-joo's protests, squeezed his chest hard and bit the back of his neck in

sight. The sharp pain made Tae-joo grit his teeth. Zhenya grabbed and twisted her nipples

through the thick uniform, while sucking hard on the skin of her neck. When Tae-joo tried to

turn his head to avoid it, Zhenya nibbled his ear mercilessly. With considerable effort, Tae-

joo managed to free himself from Zhenya by raising his elbows and pushing him.

 [Are you

an animal, really?]

[If you have bothered to excite someone, don't back down; take

responsibility.]

[Even if we do it, it will be later. Not here. Right now, I don't feel good about

this.]

[Should we have done it in the helicopter? Do you think we could do it in a lifeboat?]

[Don't be absurd.]

[You're the one who should relax. As long as we are here, neither Cuba

nor Mexico will dare to touch us.]

Zhenya instantly caught Tae-joo's concern. But the more

he listened to Tae-joo, the more his doubts grew. What kind of person was this, who owned a

super yacht and could not be touched by either Cuba or Mexico, the neighboring countries?

What had Zhenya delivered in return? And worst of all, wouldn't that deal endanger

Zhenya?

Suddenly, Zhenya took Tae-joo by the shoulders and turned him to look at him.

Tae-joo watched him with a look of distrust.

 46

[Are you still worried?]

 [...]

 [Can't you still trust?]

Tae-joo didn't answer. He just looked at

Zhenya with a thoughtful expression. [So, trust me.]

The additional words made Kwon Tae-

joo's eyes widen a little. On Zhenya's face, who stared at him as if he wanted to go through

him, a confident smile appeared. Zhenya's grayish blue eyes, which filled Tae-joo's entire

vision, were full of certainty.

[Put it all in me, Tae-joo. I will make all your worries

disappear without a trace.]

It was amazing to hear that, Zhenya being the same source of

those concerns. Faced with the absurd and daring promise, Tae-joo let out a laugh. But at that

moment, Zhenya's face quickly approached. Their lips met, and Zhenya's deep breath slipped

between hers.

This was a problem. How could that irresponsible statement of "trust only me"

calm his heart in that way? There was no compelling reason, no solid basis for it. Simply, if

Zhenya was on his side, he felt comforted. Although I knew I shouldn't depend so much on

him, it was difficult to keep his balance because he always softened more and more when it

came to Zhenya.

Tae-joo, suppressing a sigh of irritation, abruptly grabbed Zhenya's hair.

Then he turned his head and caught Zhenya's tongue, which was desperately rubbing against

his lips.

 47

["Haah, haah..."]

The torn remains of the combat uniform were scattered disorderly on the

bathroom floor.

Tae-joo was lying under the shower, breathing hard. His chest, oppressed by

the tactical vest, went up and down. The tight T-shirt I was wearing underneath was rolled up

to the neck. Her nipples, marked by bites and hickeys, shone with saliva. The remains of his

underwear, which had been torn off, hung precariously from one of his legs, trapped in the

thigh cover. At the completely unkempt image of Tae-joo, Zhenya's eyes narrowed with

satisfaction.

He carefully observed Kwon Taek-joo's red face while carefully

 It opened its

lower part. Because he had poured all the available body oil in the bathroom, there was not a

single place, neither on the floor nor on the walls, that was not slippery. Kwon Taek-joo could

barely hold his body leaning on both elbows.

 "Ugh, mm, ah..."

 48

Another long finger went deeter. He closed his eyes tightly at the feeling that the orifice andthe inner flesh were explored deeply and with amplitude. Although I had done that with him

countless times, I never managed to get used to that feeling. His body was covered with large

and small wounds, but there was no time to feel pain. All the cells of his body were on alert,

concentrated in the intense stimulation that came from a single place. The more his lower part

relaxed, the more an anxiety grew that did not exist before. Every second seemed to pass

more slowly.

When he stepped back while stroking the inner walls hard, Kwon Taek-joo's

knees, which were wide open, began to tremble. When he went back in, shaking and crushing

a sensitive spot, Kwon Taek-joo gritted his teeth and held his breath. The muscles of his

thighs tensed with the stimulation received. His member, already erect, got up and began to

drool. Zhenya, who was watching that scene, sketched a smile.

 [Taek-joo. Now just by

touching here you shudder.] [Damn... stop wasting time and put it in at once.]

 [I would like

to meet your expectations, but as much as you like pain, now is too early, don't you think?]

[Ah, and since when have you cared about that, damn...?]

[There is no need to seek to be

hated on purpose.]

He quickly extended his hand, grabbed the back of Zhenya's neck and

pulled him towards him. As a result, the foreheads of both collided strongly. Kwon Taek-joo

looked furiously at Zhenya, whose eyes had widened by the unexpected turn of events.

 49

[So put it in, right now.]

 [... Ah?]

Zhenya made an expression as if he had received a blow,

but soon smiled. He wasn't sure if it was his imagination, but for a moment, Zhenya's blue

eyes seemed to shine. Then, the fingers that completely lied his hole slid out. Immediately

after, a heavy and warm mass of meat was placed on him.

[Is this how you get loved?]

Zhenya firmly pushed his member while sketching a smile. The hole, which had loosened,

expanded to the maximum in an instant, slowly swallowing the flesh of him. The mucosa,

which had been tickling anxiously, trembled under the immense pressure. As the member

went deeper and deeper, the corner of Zhenya's lips rose along with him. Zhenya's flesh also

trembled strongly, enjoying the soft flesh inside. Kwon Taek-joo's hands, which gripped the

back of Zhenya's neck and arms tightly, tightened even more.

 Soon, Zhenya's hips and Kwon

Taek-joo's buttocks collided with a strong blow. At the same time, a thick vein appeared on

Zhenya's smooth forehead. His pupils contracted and a fine hair bristled on his cheeks.

 [Ha...

Taek-joo.]

 "Ah, uh..."

Zhenya buried her face in Kwon Taek-joo's head as usual. She rubbed

her nose against his black hair and planted random kisses. The member, which filled his

stomach, also enjoyed the firm pressure, shivering as much as he could.

 It was a feeling that

the skin and abdominal muscles were stretched and dragged.

 50

There was no clear distinction between displeasure and pleasure. Neither between pain and

joy. While his organs were so compressed that his stomach felt heavy, he was also burning

with anxiety. In a contradictory way, he wanted to free himself from the oppressive sensation

that squeezed his throat, while at the same time he wanted to be invaded mercilessly until he

could not think of anything else.

 [Ugh... Zhenya Quick....]

 [Of course, Taek-joo. Whatever

you want.]

Zhenya whispered in a drunken tone. The next moment, his member came out

suddenly and then, with a firm and merciless rhythm, he began to ram hard, making a sound

of "paf, paf, paf."

"Ah, ugh...! Mmm, mm... that... jah!"

 [Ha, ha... Taek-joo... Taek-joo...]

With the strong insertion, Zhenya's heavy pelvis repeatedly hit the perineal area of Kwon

Taek-joo. The sharp sensation that was unleashed from there spread to his limbs. The

oppressive burning made his waist tremble involuntarily. Zhenya hurriedly submerged before

the echo of the sensation vanished, as if trying to mark his presence on Kwon Taek-joo's

inner wall to submit him quickly.

Even if the fight in the bathroom was evident, the sound offriction was so intense that it seemed that it did not stop. Kwon Taek-joo's ear and head were

numb from the stimulation.

The neck and back suddenly cooled before heating up due to the
